“Easy issue management”
Pros
Creating and managing issues is easy and the ability to link issues across the same project or different projects is really useful. It also helps to tag the right people for comments and quickly check which issues are assigned to you.
Cons
A few features are tucked away so if you are new to the platform, you may need to spend time searching for them especially issue linking. The search function also feels less simple than it should be. For example, I tried pasting a URL to connect issues but that did not work so I had to look up the issue manually instead.

“simple project tracking”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most is being able to include a lot of people even if they only need tracking access. Tasks and timelines are easy to follow through tickets and everything can be organized however needed. Moving from one project to another also takes just one click which is really convenient.
Cons
I haven't really run into any downsides with the tool. The only minor thing is that integrating some older tools can occasionally be an issue but it's not something that really matters much.

“clear team visibility”
Pros
It gives a clear, easy view of workload, performance and goals which makes it really helpful for keeping everything in perspective.
Cons
At times, it can feel a little clunky and I wouldn't say it's the most simple tool right away. It's definitely something you can learn but getting started took some trial and error and I fumbled around a bit in the beginning.

“feasible task management”
Pros
We've been using it to keep up with due tasks and manage internal projects and it's really convenient for both. Creating task lists, monitoring progress and working together with other users all feels very easy.
Cons
Even though I really enjoyed using the software, getting comfortable with all the functionality took some time. That mostly comes down to how many features it offers though so there wasn't any specific part that actually disappointed me.

“Small features that save time”
Pros
Changing issue types, adding labels and making other adjustments feels very easy. The autofill and label suggestions are especially helpful when I'm not completely sure what something is called. I also appreciate being able to click the issue icon to switch its type quickly. Another feature that works really well is the background autosave on descriptions so if I forget to save, my edits are still there. When I come back later, I can see there are unsaved changes and pick up right where I stopped.
Cons
One frustrating problem is how difficult it can be to locate older stories or signals. On top of that, when a story gets archived and a new one is created, the system sometimes reuses the same number which leaves me with two stories sharing the exact same ID. That makes tracking down the correct story much more confusing than it should be.

“boosts team productivity”
Pros
Workflow management, QA and issue tracking were the features we relied on most with this tool and it consistently came through every time. Using this application led to a clear boost in productivity across the enterprise.
Cons
Implementation ended up taking longer than we anticipated which may have been tied to internal infrastructure challenges on the enterprise side. It's worth making sure your infrastructure is fully aligned before rolling out this application.

“Better planning and tracking”
Pros
Keeping our team organized around planning, tracking and releasing software and products was one of the biggest benefits. I also really appreciated being able to monitor team performance and get valuable insights into where the organization could improve.
Cons
Connecting it with some of the tools our organization already uses was challenging. To improve our workflow, we had to install additional software and make sure it was available on our computers before we could move forward.

“keeps projects on schedule”
Pros
Setting up projects in the software works well through its ticketing system and the project tracking with deadline notifications helps everyone stay updated on timelines. The dashboard also gives administrators a practical way to assign tasks to the people involved and the flagging feature makes it clear which tasks need the most attention.
Cons
Some features still need manual oversight from the person managing a large project which can make things tedious to maintain when team members are not actively participating in the tasks assigned to them.

“highly customizable”
Pros
Customization is probably the best part. We can get very detailed with our ticketing setup which makes it much easier to capture data for audits, spot trends and keep track of the details that matter.
Cons
Interface has been the weakest part for me. It's been updated a few times over the nearly three years I've used it but I still think there's room for improvement. The Kanban boards are also still pretty confusing to navigate.

“fits the way we work”
Pros
It can be tailored to match the way our team works which makes it efficient and easy for people across the organization to use.
Cons
Getting everything set up takes a lot of refining and adjustment before it feels fully dialed in. That flexibility is valuable but a more guided onboarding and setup process would help reach the ideal configuration much faster.

“hard to justify the cost”
Pros
One thing that works really well is the integration with Confluence. If you already use Confluence, it lets you display integrated reports and data directly on your Confluence pages.
Cons
I'm not a fan of having to pay for it when there are great open-source alternatives that can handle a similar job even if they do miss the Confluence integration.

“the industry standard”
Pros
Among software management tools, this feels like the go-to standard to me. It offers plenty of customization, supports different project tracking approaches and really lives up to its reputation as an industry standard. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone trying to manage a software development project. It's built natively for multiple methodologies like Kanban, Scrum, SAFe and others so it can adapt well to what your team actually needs. One feature I really appreciate is being able to update tasks in spreadsheets and then send them over for bulk updates. That makes planning much simpler and with just a click, dozens or even hundreds of tasks and changes can be created automatically.
Cons
The way we implemented it ended up being a bit overloaded with too many fields and functions which made updates more tough than they needed to be. Even so, it's still a great platform overall. My only real suggestion would be to keep the setup simpler so it stays easier to use.

“great for teams”
Pros
Having both scrum and kanban board options is really useful because teams can pick the setup that matches the way they manage work. Whenever I bring this tool into a new team, I usually spend about 15 minutes giving a quick walkthrough after the initial setup and most people understand it almost immediately. It also does a great job of supporting scrum and kanban practices with features like story points, sprints, backlog, burndown charts and more so it works especially well for teams trying to adopt either of those methods.
Cons
On larger, longer-term projects, I still end up needing a Gantt chart and the one included here is too basic for tracking the level of project detail I need. Because of that, I usually have to rely on another tool for detailed Gantt planning while using this one's scrum board to manage sprint work. I also ran into difficulty when trying to duplicate tickets across two scrum boards especially when one task belongs to two different projects and needs to be followed by both teams.

“easy daily workflow”
Pros
Using it day to day feels pretty easy especially when the workflows are set up properly. The agile boards are also really well done and simple to follow.
Cons
This tool moving away from the server version and pushing users toward the cloud and datacenter is really disappointing. The huge jump in cost creates a serious barrier for users and is making us think about moving to another platform. On top of that, administration can be confusing because a lot of settings that seem like they belong to one project are actually global which makes it hard to handle projects that need their own changes, like renaming fields or workflow states.

“better project accountability”
Pros
This program has been excellent for managing projects. It's easy to roll out, very user-friendly and does a really good job of tracking both the projects themselves and the work being completed on them. It's especially useful for keeping the right people or teams accountable for their assigned tasks and deadlines while also giving everyone involved in the project a way to communicate openly and stay aligned.
Cons
There's not much to criticize here, aside from the fact that it can be a bit resource-heavy on certain computers. If your system has enough capacity, it probably won't matter but some users did mention that the program caused laptops or older machines to slow down a little while it was running. It's not a major problem for most people, just something worth keeping in mind.

“simple sprint planning”
Pros
Creating user stories in this tool is really easy and managing them is just as simple. The same goes for setting up sprints and keeping them organized which makes planning work much more convenient.
Cons

“keeps requests organized”
Pros
Our team gets a lot of value out of it. It keeps customer feature requests organized, helps us stay on top of bugs across our app and web software and stores everything in a clean way. The information is quick to access and the whole system feels very user-friendly.
Cons
Not a con but one issue that comes up fairly often is when I'm trying to search for a product repair ticket. The search bar doesn't always return what I expect even when a word I typed is clearly in the title. I usually do end up locating it eventually so I'm not sure if it's some kind of indexing delay but the search can definitely be inconsistent.
