“not my preferred setup”
Pros
The services and project setup work really well and it's simple to stay aligned with the team's objectives.
Cons
Webview-based authentication feels inconvenient, the object visualization isn't very clear and the overall approach doesn't feel very common.

“easy defect tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of defects is very easy, whether they're open, closed or reopened and it works well across multiple projects with different tasks.
Cons
Interface doesn't feel very dynamic or powerful right now. If the GUI were improved, the software would become much more useful and visually appealing.

“keeps teams aligned”
Pros
It works as a central status tracking tool where every team working across different modules can stay aligned in one place.
Cons
One limitation on our side is that company policy doesn't allow external vendors to access the tool.

“simple to adopt”
Pros
Because it's used pretty much everywhere, most people already know the basics without much training. The reporting tools are also really useful especially for calculating throughput. It also makes working together with the team much more manageable and we'd have a harder time collaborating without it.
Cons
At times, the cloud version can feel limiting when you compare it to the server-based one and that can be frustrating for some users. That said, if you've never worked with the server version, it usually doesn't feel like a big issue. You just need to get a bit more inventive with how you approach certain solutions.

“fast and reliable”
Pros
Pretty much every feature has been useful but a few really stand out to me, the look and feel, the quick response time, the Kanban board and the dependency tracking are the ones I enjoy the most.
Cons
I'm not sure whether there's currently a way to integrate repositories like TFS and Git.

“better for growing teams”
Pros
In a lot of companies, this tends to get used mainly by teams like Data or Technology so plenty of people still don't fully realize how useful it can actually be for their own work. The biggest advantage is that the larger the team gets, the more valuable this kind of tool becomes for keeping everyone coordinated.
Cons
I'd still want for the alert emails to include the information the person entered in the text message.

“flexible dashboards”
Pros
There's a lot of depth in the available options especially when it comes to setting up the dashboard exactly the way you need to view it.
Cons
Instructions aren't very clear and it can be difficult to find the right support to get the dashboard into a usable state.

“fits any workflow”
Pros
It's excellent for handling tasks and building a workflow that matches exactly what your team needs. You can set up more advanced, detailed workflows to support all kinds of use cases and there's a lot of flexibility in how everything can be organized.
Cons
Interface could definitely be better and feels less polished than it should. It also takes a while to really learn the platform and figure out which workflows work best for your team. On top of that, if you want more advanced features like time tracking or recurring tasks, you'll usually need to pay for an add-on.

“built around customization”
Pros
This tool offers a huge number of configuration and customization options so you can shape it around the workflows you want. The site runs quickly and consistently and since it's widely used, most engineers already know their way around it.
Cons
That same level of customization can also be a downside. It's pretty easy to get turned around in the settings and end up with a workflow that doesn't work quite the way you expected or a report that captures different data than you meant to include.

“great activity tracking”
Pros
The notification system has been really useful and being able to track every change, who made it and the exact time it happened is one of the features I appreciate most. The Slack integration is also something I value a lot.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the comment section. If I'm typing a comment and someone else posts one at the same time, their update doesn't appear on my screen unless I refresh the page. It would be better if new comments were added automatically as they come in.

“simple project tracking”
Pros
Keeping tabs on projects is very easy with this tool and bug tracking works really well too. It also lets us keep records of documents which is useful and it brings a lot of value when working with project methodologies.
Cons
Getting everything set up can be challenging and the user interface feels complicated for beginners who are just starting out.

“easy to work with”
Pros
Handling it feels easy, the UI is user-friendly and it comes with a great bundle of functionality. It also lets users create subtasks and close them separately and related stories can be cloned to create new ones without much effort.
Cons
At times it doesn't add or tag a user in comments properly. Usually, reloading it fixes the issue and it works fine again.

“works with everything”
Pros
Level of customization is impressive and the number of integrations it offers is a big plus. It can be used to manage just about anything.
Cons
Only downside is that it could be more simpler to navigate. After spending some time with it, things start to make sense but the initial user experience and design feel pretty overwhelming when you're first getting started.

“adapts to any workflow”
Pros
There are tons of features covering different methodologies and it's highly customizable so it can be adapted to all kinds of workflows. It also comes with plenty of integrations which makes it work really well with GitHub, Zendesk and a lot of other popular apps.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the interface takes time and in many cases some training too because there are so many features to absorb. It's obvious the platform can do a lot but most things have a learning curve since the interface feels pretty overwhelming. It has improved over the years though much of it still feels largely the same. On the plus side, the user community is big so finding answers and solutions usually isn't difficult.

“covers every methodology”
Pros
This feels like a complete management platform. It covers pretty much every major development approach, including Kanban, Scrum and others.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside, it would be the pricing. It costs more than GitHub and Microsoft Planner though it's probably still cheaper than Azure DevOps or Trello.

“reporting needs improvement”
Pros
One thing this does well is support clear roadmap planning. It includes resources that help teams map out the bigger picture, share plans with others and connect broader roadmap goals to the team's day-to-day work.
Cons
Reporting side is where it falls short. Reports can't be reused and there's no option to download graphical reports as an image. Trying workarounds affects the resolution so the images end up looking poor.

“more useful over time”
Pros
Getting started with it felt very easy and once you understand how it works, you start to see all the different ways it can be used. I've also seen people apply it in broad, creative and pretty unique ways.
Cons
There really weren't many issues or complaints on my end. At times it did seem a bit simplistic but that also fits its intended purpose and keeps it focused on what it's meant to do.
