“one of the best choices”
Pros
Among the project planning and management tools available, this is easily one of the best. My overall experience with it has been excellent and I use it every day with the team to deliver whatever content-related items they need.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that the text editor seems to be designed only for English. When I add Arabic text, the formatting looks slightly off.

“clear task ownership”
Pros
Assigning tasks to team members is easy and creating workgroups makes it simple to organize responsibilities. It also gives a clear overview of each sprint so everyone can see what needs to be done and what each group member is expected to complete.
Cons
I'd just like to see a few more features included in the free plan so smaller teams with limited budgets can make better use of it and then upgrade once they've grown enough to need the next tier.

“great for support teams”
Pros
Right from the start, this tool felt very user-friendly and simple to work with. It lets you track urgent tickets, monitor documentation and keep an eye on your progress by showing how many tickets you've handled. The features have been especially useful for people like us working in IT support and helpdesk roles.
Cons
I can't think of anything I dislike about this app. Even an average user should be able to get comfortable with it pretty quickly.

Compared with other tools it costs more and the setup process is difficult.

“quick help desk setup”
Pros
Getting a custom Help Desk ticketing system up and running in only a few days was the biggest win for us. It helped increase our team's productivity and reduced the time it takes to close tickets.
Cons
Toughest part was the learning curve. The platform is capable of a lot of impressive things but administrators will probably need formal training or a class to really understand how to use all of its features.

“keeps daily work on track”
Pros
This has been a very efficient tool for tracking day-to-day activities, managing team allocation and keeping an eye on quality.
Cons
It does feel a little complex and the team needs some training to use it properly. File sharing is not very convenient and there's still room to add more features.

Pros
Story/defect template is really well done and the way it ties into git branches while keeping the full history together is something I've appreciated a lot.
Cons
Every now and then it freezes up and I have to retry a few actions to get things working again.

“better project visibility”
Pros
Best part about using it has been how user-friendly and helpful it is. It lets us track projects and their tasks clearly which gives us better visibility into the project outcomes and how everything is being implemented.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind. I don't feel this software is missing anything and we use it every day to keep track of projects and their tasks.

“great for sprint planning”
Pros
Using it for project management and sprint planning has been really helpful. It lets you create tasks, assign each one to a specific person, set the sprint, update the status and even link pull requests. The swim lane view is especially useful since each lane represents a status like "To do," "In progress," or "Testing," so it's very clear who is working on what and where each task stands. Being able to drag and drop tasks to change their status makes the whole workflow feel much more practical.
Cons
It works well most of the time although there are occasional minor glitches. Still, they haven't been serious enough to get in the way of us using it.

“flexible workflows”
Pros
One of the best parts of this software, like with many modern tools, is how customizable the tracking workflows are. For issue tracking, we've been able to build well-structured workflows that clearly capture the different stages an issue goes through.
Cons
In our particular setup after adding so many options over time, it can get a bit confusing to find the right information. That said, the recently introduced new look and feel has made things more organized and improved access to what's needed.

“clear project visibility”
Pros
Connecting it with tools like Git and Confluence works really well. It gives excellent visibility into projects through releases, labels, fix versions, version numbers, tracked hours, assigned resources and overall work progress. Creating stories, tasks and epics also makes organizing work much more structured and efficient.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints. It's a very great project management tool and includes all the features needed to manage projects effectively.

“easy issue tracking”
Pros
Creating tickets and bugs is easy and the fields can be customized to match our requirements. The ability to build queries based on exactly what we need is probably the strongest feature overall.
Cons
This tool would be helpful to have a one-click option for moving subtasks and tickets. It would also be nice if queries allowed selecting specific sprints instead of being limited to open sprints only.

“keeps tickets organized”
Pros
Keeping track of my tickets is much more manageable because I can clearly see what's currently in progress and which tasks are still waiting for attention.
Cons
My biggest frustration is the load time tied to time logging. I use one ticket for general time tracking so the list of logged times has become very large and now takes quite a while to open. It would work much better if it only showed the most recent 20 entries first and then let users choose to load more. Automatically pulling every single time entry isn't ideal when there are a lot of them.

“great tool”
Pros
Using it day to day has been very easy and the collaboration and task management features work really well together. We rely on it to handle our agile sprints, user stories and tasks and it consistently performs very well.
Cons
One thing that's missing is simple version control within user stories so it can be difficult to tell when a specific piece of content was added.

“organized backlog management”
Pros
Running projects with this has been a really good experience. It's especially useful for tracking work and keeping backlog items much more organized and manageable.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve if you're not familiar with agile or don't have experience with scrum development. Once the basics start to click though, it becomes much more approachable for anyone in the organization.
