“better team communication”
Pros
Communication is really well connected here especially with the strong email integration. It feels convenient to stay in touch with team members through the cloud app as well as several Microsoft programs.
Cons
One downside is that the update cycle moves a bit slowly. There are a few smaller feature improvements that would make the software better but they either take quite a while to reach production or never seem to become available.

“makes scrum easier”
Pros
Across both my current and previous organizations, this tool has been used extensively and it has consistently been amazing. I genuinely love working with it because it makes scrum management simple to maintain and tracking tasks is very easy. On top of that, the defect tracking is excellent and stands out as one of its best features.
Cons
I've heard the pricing is a little higher compared to some other tools.

“easy activity tracking”
Pros
Built-in Kanban board and agile-based project management make it really convenient to track every activity without needing extra setup. It also connects well with other tools so handling notifications is simple and efficient.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is stronger integration with shared folders and SharePoint for storing reports.

“great for team visibility”
Pros
The Scrum and Kanban boards are the best part for me, along with how customizable the platform is. It also makes project management easy and I can quickly see who is working on each task at any given time.
Cons
Because it's built for enterprise use, everything can be customized which also makes it a little fragile. Without someone dedicated to managing it, things can start to feel disorganized pretty quickly.

“fits many use cases”
Pros
It can be tailored to fit just about any use case, whether that's task tracking, bug reporting or collecting customer feedback.
Cons
Setting everything up can be a bit frustrating at times and it's pretty common for things to get overlooked or lost in the mix.

“packed with useful features”
Pros
One thing that really stands out with this software is how many features it includes. It also comes with plenty of extensions that connect well with Office 365 tools. On top of that, you can set up workflows, track progress and assign tasks without much trouble. The technical support team is quick to respond and the email notifications for tasks are always useful.
Cons
The weak point of this software is the menu layout. A lot of users do not seem to like it very much because it can be hard to navigate, with too many branches and layers to go through.

“best for large teams”
Pros
Out of all the tools I've used with large teams, this one has been the best. It does a really effective job of keeping projects organized and managed.
Cons
At the beginning especially if you're new to the platform, it can take a little while to figure out. There's definitely a bit of a learning curve at first.

“fast and reliable”
Pros
As someone who works in IT regularly, this product has been a favorite to use. It's simple to navigate, easy to use and compared with other tools I've worked with, it has very little downtime. I rely on it every day to submit technical tickets for our engineers and I genuinely enjoy using it. It's fast, user-friendly and our team has been able to customize it in a way that matches our workflow really well.
Cons
I do wish there were more ways to query tickets. That might come down to how we've customized it on our side but that's really the only area where it feels a bit limited.

“strong project collaboration”
Pros
A really strong project management platform for rolling out new products across the company especially with the collaboration features and the high level of security that makes it possible to work with outside partners as well.
Cons
One thing to watch is the setup. If the tool or the project structure isn't configured properly, people can lose visibility and things can get confusing. It's definitely best to have experienced, knowledgeable people handle the implementation.

“keeps progress visible”
Pros
This has been really useful for managing stories and defects, working with the team and keeping track of progress throughout the process.
Cons
Looking at previous iterations isn't very easy so we usually need to rely on reports to track them properly.

“great backlog management”
Pros
One thing that really works well is the set of features for creating issues, whether it's user stories, child tasks or defects/bugs. It also does a really good job of helping prioritize the backlog and keep sprints organized.
Cons
I'd still like to see better visualizations that are more user-friendly for viewing dependencies across stories. That would help make everything feel more organized.

Pros

“easy to get started”
Pros
Getting started is easy, adding collaborators is simple, the dashboard is excellent and there are plenty of customization options for each user. It works especially well when using a scrum approach.
Cons
At first, it can feel a bit confusing to understand but after spending enough time with it, it becomes much clearer. It also isn't very well suited for managing projects with a traditional Waterfall approach.

“feasible workflow tracking”
Pros
Tracking and visualizing a project's workflow feels easy and even enjoyable with this tool. It brings together the resources teams need in one place, like seeing who is assigned to each task, how long a task has stayed in the same column, file management, story points and more. The learning curve is short and the interface is clean and pleasant to use.
Cons
Only things missing for me are productivity reports, team performance metrics and deadline-focused productivity insights. It also doesn't offer a Portuguese translation.

“better team collaboration”
Pros

“simple ticket management”
Pros
Our company relies on it for ticketing and it's been really easy to use. It makes working through website issues with the Engineering team a lot more manageable and efficient.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues with it at this point. Everything has been working the way it's supposed to. If anything, one improvement would be for our company to add more ticket options.

“great for task tracking”
Pros
As a task tracker for software developers and product managers, it's really simple to use. The part I appreciate most is how it lets you organize tasks into stories. That makes it much easier for our team to see exactly which step we're on and how close we are to finishing a feature.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a GitHub integration, where tasks can be linked directly to the repository I'm working on.

Pros

“strong reporting tools”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the reporting, along with how simple it is to collaborate on issues. It does a great job of helping manage releases and the overall project lifecycle. JQL is probably the strongest feature since it makes it much easier to write queries and quickly find the exact issues we need.
Cons
I think reporting still has room for improvement and the integration capabilities could definitely be stronger.
