“keeps everyone updated”
Pros
Over the past year, this has been a really convenient way for us to track issues and the status updates are visible to everyone on the watcher list which keeps the whole team aligned. Since it's a web-based tool, there's also no need to install anything on work machines and that makes access much simpler.
Cons
One thing I'd still want is a better export option on mobile devices because the export file there can't be customized.

“works for any team”
Pros
This is a really powerful project management tool with a lot of flexibility. It works well whether you're in a small business or a large company and it connects with almost every other platform which makes it very convenient to use across different systems.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve at the beginning and the filtering could be better. The initial setup also needs to be handled by someone experienced especially the first time.

“all work in one place”

The overall experience with the software has been very satisfying and at this point I do not have any additional expectations.

“great for issue tracking”
Pros
Among the best tools I've used for capturing bugs and managing issues across an engineering team. The way it organizes tickets, assigns work and tracks the status of every reported issue is excellent. It fits especially well in SaaS organizations where both customers and internal teams are logging issues every day. 1. It does a really strong job of automating day-to-day issue handling and workflow. You can set up different groups, assign tasks, monitor progress and stay on top of follow-ups. 2. The reporting is detailed, showing when an issue was created, the full history of work done by each assignee and the exact close date and time. That visibility helps engineering and support teams operate more efficiently, keep an eye on resource bandwidth and improve capacity planning.
Cons
A couple of things could still be better. 1. Building a performance dashboard that shows the team's performance in one click is not very easy right now. There are too many filters and reporting choices which makes it harder than it should be to get to the exact output you want. 2. There's also no reminder or notification feature to bring attention to backlog issues.

“helps teams stay on track”
Pros
Across our team, this tool gets used for a lot of different things, from bug tracking and product or project management to software development work. It comes with a variety of useful features and makes it possible to keep track of issues, tasks and other work items in one place. We've been using it in my company for a long time and it has helped us stay on top of projects and get them implemented before the deadline.
Cons
There are still a few concerns with the tool though. The mobile app isn't the strongest, upload size limits can be restrictive some parts of the UI feel confusing and the integrations can be complex to deal with. That said, I believe the team is working through these issues and once those bugs are addressed, it will be even better to use all the time.

“built for agile work”
Pros
After using this tool for more than two years, it still feels like one of the best options for managing tasks and projects especially in incremental delivery environments. It covers everything needed, from defining sprint goals and objectives to breaking down tasks, assigning work, tracking story points and velocity, as well as handling time tracking and reporting to keep an eye on progress throughout the full project lifecycle.
Cons
One thing it still lacks is a built-in team collaboration feature so activities like story point voting have to be handled in a separate collaboration tool first and then manually updated back into the stories and tasks.

“great for teams”
Pros
This tool works exceptionally well for Kanban and Agile and it covers a wide range of needs really well. It's incredibly flexible, almost like an amoeba so getting the best out of it takes real focus and a thoughtful setup.
Cons
Because it's so open-ended, it can be hard to configure it the right way.

Pros
It has put together one of the most powerful professional suites out there, right up there with Microsoft and Google. Its project management tools are highly customizable while still being very simple to set up.
Cons

“everything in one place”
Pros
Having everything in one place makes work much more organized and convenient for the whole team. It connects well with other programs, is clearly built to improve performance and really delivers on that. The dashboard can be tailored to show only the information you actually need, tasks can be assigned without hassle and tracking everyone's progress is easy. It also improves communication through Confluence which makes collaboration much better overall.
Cons
Because it comes with so many features, there was definitely a bit of a learning curve at the start. I'd also love to see the loading speed improved.

“better workflow management”
Pros
This is a really great workflow management tool that fits all kinds of software delivery models. It makes it simple to assign tasks, keep an eye on progress and follow up when needed. The reporting features are especially useful for measuring progress against milestones.
Cons
JQL is an important feature if you want to build custom dashboards but it can be quite challenging to learn especially for someone without a programming background.

“easy sprint planning”
Pros
Getting stories entered for the development team to pick up is very easy. It also makes it simple to map out and plan several sprints ahead so the team has a clear sense of where things are going.
Cons
One change has been frustrating, it used to be possible to click a hyperlink and open it in a new tab but now it takes extra clicks to do the same thing. I really wish there were a user-level setting to turn that behavior on or off. When I'm on the sprint board and a developer has a question about a specific story, I don't want to navigate away from the board just to check it, I just want the story to open quickly. The small panel on the right is too cramped and squeezes all the information so opening the story in a new window would be much better. I've noticed plenty of other people handling it that way too.

“great work visibility”
Pros
This platform gives us everything we need to track work and issues effectively. The reporting is excellent, creating new items is easy and the platform offers several customizable views for different users.
Cons
Getting started takes a pretty steep learning curve and without prior ticket management experience or a strong IT expert on the team, you'll probably only use a fraction of what it can do. At times, it really feels like it could use an actual "easy" button.

Pros
Creating websites with it feels convenient and it keeps me connected with colleagues in real time without noticeable lag. It's consistently available and the connection stays dependable most of the time.

“great reporting insights”
Pros
Reports feature is the highlight for me, with plenty of calculations and different charts that give clear insight into everything happening across projects. It's an excellent tool for anyone building a career in project management.
Cons
At first, the tool can feel a little confusing because there are so many options and features and not all of them are very user-friendly. After spending some time with it though, it becomes much easier to handle.

“complete project management solution”
Pros
Out of all the project management tools I've used, this one feels the most complete. The task management stands out because it lets you set priorities, assign work, create subtasks and stories and handle a lot more without feeling limited. It also provides useful team performance statistics which makes it especially valuable for project managers. The interface looks excellent and the drag-and-drop support makes everything more practical to work with. Another big plus is that it supports both Scrum and Kanban so it fits different team workflows really well.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints about the software. If there's one thing I'd improve, it would be the markup formatting. At times, the comments I leave end up being formatted strangely and then I have to go back and fix everything manually.

“Flexible and easy to use”
Pros
