Interface is easy and user-friendly. Connecting related issues is simple and the Kanban functionality works really well.

Cons

Integrations with other project management tools are fairly limited. It works well for agile delivery but it's not a strong fit for waterfall or hybrid approaches. The Confluence integration is great though support for other collaboration apps is lacking.

“Great for collaboration”

Pros

This has been a really great project management tool. It helps keep everything related to a project in one place which makes staying organized much easier. It's also very useful for collaboration and working with others.

Cons

One downside is the browser compatibility. It really only works properly with Google Chrome and performance isn't as good in other browsers.

“Keeps projects organized”

Pros

With several projects running at once and different teams involved, this helps us stay on top of everything in one place. It lets us monitor active projects, follow issues closely and manage the work across teams without losing visibility. We're able to keep track of which features and issues are currently being worked on, along with the progress being made on each one. We use it across the board for project management as well as sprint planning. The available charts especially Gantt and Kanban, are really useful for checking project progress and keeping planning organized.

Cons

One area that needs work is the mobile app since it can be a bit laggy at times and the interface could definitely be improved. Another thing I'd like to see is automatic page refreshing after updates are made. Right now, when something changes, it only shows a message asking you to refresh the page manually before those updates appear.

“Great for agile work”

Pros

It covers issue tracking, hour logging, story creation and the rest of the core agile work really well.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. Everything has worked well for me. I've used Rally before in our agile development process and this feels much more powerful than Rally.

“Easy ticket tracking”

Pros

Day to day, I relied on it while managing ticket requests from the stores I support. Keeping track of tickets was easy and the system automatically sent reminder messages to the reporter whenever I was waiting on their response. The Kanban board also made it practical to stay on top of everything and monitor ticket progress.

Cons

Since the recent update, attaching photos or PDF files has been problematic. Any time I add a photo or screenshot, the page refreshes automatically and the file ends up saved in a way that all users can already view it. Because of that, I have to manually switch the comment status to Internal only which takes extra time especially when I need to attach several photos at once.

“Covers the essentials”

Pros

A big plus is the web interface, along with great integration with on-premise authentication and email. It covers the essentials well and works nicely for day-to-day use.

Cons

Biggest gap is the lack of an offline client and connecting it with other products can be challenging.

“Helps with planning”

Pros

It works well for planning and organizing project roadmaps, whether the team is using Agile or a more traditional approach and it covers most of the features we need for development work.

Cons

The platform feels like it was built mainly for internal teams where labor costs are already absorbed into the IT budget. It doesn't really fit agency workflows especially when you need to handle multiple clients and track team-wide productivity. measuring productivity is one of the biggest weaknesses of the system.

“Trusted by teams”

Pros

Using this has been a really positive experience overall. It's widely relied on in business operations as a standard tool for tracking project milestones and creating tickets for upcoming tasks.

Cons

Creating a ticket involves quite a few complicated steps so it can be confusing for someone using it for the first time. The dashboard could also use some improvement to make it more user-friendly.

“Keeps requests organized”

Pros

This platform works really well for creating customer requests that need input from another team before they can be completed. Having everything in one place makes it a great way to manage those requests and keep track of their progress.

Cons

The software does feel a little outdated visually. Functionality-wise it does the job very well but the overall design could definitely use some improvement. Even so, the functionality is what matters most.

It's simple to add all the details needed to create a ticket and assign it to the right owner.

Cons

Moving between sprints isn't very simple the first time you use it.

“Great automation support”

Pros

Bitbucket integration is excellent and makes automation really effective especially for moving tasks based on actions in Git.

Cons

Mobile app is frustrating to use and support has been disappointing some issues have stayed unresolved for years, with workarounds being offered as paid plugins.

“All in one workspace”

Pros

Between the project and issue tracking, Kanban board and time and effort tracking, it covers everything I need. It also brings together the full project management setup along with great collaboration features.

Cons

I really haven't come across any standout drawbacks with this project management software.

“Easy team coordination”

Pros

Breaking up and organizing project work across the development team is really easy with this tool. It's very simple to locate tasks assigned to me or to anyone else on the team and when a project is set up with separate sprints, the relevant boards make everything much easier to follow. Reassigning tasks between developers and updating ticket statuses is also very convenient, with some actions being as simple as drag and drop. On top of that, it includes a range of reports and charts that give useful visibility into the project from several different perspectives.

Cons

The sprint and release management process could still be made more easy than it is now.

“Better project organization”

Pros

Managing bigger projects is much more organized with this because it lets our team split the work into smaller tasks, assign each one to the right people and keep track of progress as everything moves forward.

Cons

One thing that can get frustrating sometimes is searching for a specific task when I don't know the task ID number. It's still possible to find it but it can take more effort than it should.

“Can feel overwhelming”

Pros

One thing I appreciate is how flexible and customizable it is especially when it comes to building workflows. The way workflows can be created and managed works really well.

Cons

It feels like the platform is trying to cover too many different needs in one single tool and that can make the overall experience confusing at times. I've also noticed that when other teams make changes in the software, it can affect my own dashboards which isn't ideal. Better separation between teams would definitely help.

“Quick to get started”

Getting started was quick and the platform comes packed with features. It's also being updated and improved on a regular basis which is really nice to see.

Cons

Using it is easy in a lot of areas but some parts still aren't as simple as they should be. It can also become hard to track down information once the data starts to grow.

This has to be one of the most comprehensive project management tools out there and the level of customization it offers is impressive.

Cons

After a medium-sized company tailors it to fit its workflows, performance starts to slow down and page load times get noticeably high. Keyboard navigation also needs improvement.

Getting started is very easy so even brand-new users can pick it up quickly. It supports roadmap requirements, offers a high level of customization and works really well for Agile teams.

Cons

I'd still like to see more audit-related fields added so change history can be tracked in more detail.

“Secure and adaptable”

Pros

Its ability to connect with other tools and be expanded with apps makes it highly adaptable for different needs. The customization options are a big plus. On top of that, the security is excellent, with features like consent controls and encryption that help keep information protected and give real peace of mind.

Cons

Getting started with it can be fairly complicated especially at the very beginning. Training and deployment also take time and it falls short on collaboration features that would make communication with team members easier.

“Slow at times”

Pros

Process-building tools, roadmaps and collaboration features are the parts I value most. It covers a lot and comes with a very rich toolkit which makes it feel quite comprehensive.

Cons

At the same time, the tool feels slow. Compared with something like Asana, it seems less engaging and not as beginner-friendly to get started with.
