“Great for scrum teams”
Pros
It's been an extremely helpful agile project management tool for us. Our entire scrum process runs through it and it's a really great product for handling tickets efficiently.
Cons
The only downside I've noticed is that it doesn't offer much in the way of drag-and-drop functionality.

“perect across teams”
Pros
Working with cross-functional teams feels much more manageable with this tool. As a software product manager in an agile setup, I rely on it to prioritize my product backlog, write user stories and organize sprints so I can monitor progress on each feature or task. On top of that, it's highly configurable and very user-friendly.
Cons
this is a hard question to answer. There really isn't much I would want to change about it overall. It's a critical tool for getting work done.

“Works well with everything”
Pros
This is a really strong tool with plenty of ways to connect with other platforms which makes the overall experience feel convenient. We use it as part of a suite and with integrations like Opsview, Confluence and Insight, it gives us a very capable ITSM toolkit that brings great business value.
Cons
Nothing specific to complain about at this point, the experience has been fully up to expectations.

“Great for project management”
Pros
A very stable platform for project management and plenty of other use cases. One of our customers uses the product and we're involved in the project management there as well. The kanban board is laid out clearly and it also gives you a good amount of design flexibility.
Cons
Notification emails can stack up pretty fast so having one daily summary with all the updates would be much more practical.

“Helps teams stay organized”
Pros
A wide range of features really helps with managing the team's day-to-day work. It includes everything from estimation tools like planning poker to checking metrics on the team's performance.
Cons
At times, certain user actions feel less simple and some interface components behave in unexpected ways which can make using it a bit uncomfortable. Over time though, those behaviors become familiar and easier to work around with continued use.

“Easy task tracking”
Pros
It works really well for creating issues, assigning them to the right people and staying on top of progress as work moves forward. Using fix versions also helps a lot when it comes to grouping related issues together for deployment.
Cons
One area that could be improved is how tasks and subtasks relate when it comes to totaling development time. Since users can still add new subtasks to a task that has already been completed, it would be much better if the system separated time logged before an issue was finished from time added after it had already been released.

“Keeps work moving”
Pros
Working with it has been excellent. It feels like setting up a task, then letting other people pick it up and keep it moving while other tasks are also in progress, all without losing the structure, ideas and features that keep everything organized.
Cons
It could be more user-friendly for someone who only needs to monitor the case and not really take part in it.

“Good for collaboration”
Pros
Using the collaboration tools with our sales team and management has been fantastic. Everything feels well organized and helps keep everyone on track. We also connect it with our CRM and it works really well for email management too. We make use of a wide variety of tools the software offers and overall it feels worth the cost.
Cons
The only real drawback for us was the implementation process. It was a little challenging at first but support was extremely helpful when we reached out. Once we got through the initial setup, everything became much more manageable, it was just tougher in the beginning.

“simple to use”
Pros
Sharing information is easy and keeping up with tasks is very manageable. It lets you create separate sprints and backlogs so everything stays organized and is usually quick to locate. It's especially helpful when working within an Agile methodology.
Cons
One downside is that the platform feels a bit heavy so loading can take some time. It also doesn't auto-refresh when multiple people are updating the same Kanban or sprint board. On top of that, the workflow isn't as simple as I'd prefer, completed sprints are hard to find, task flow isn't very clear and tasks can disappear from view if they aren't tagged the way the system expects.

“Easy sprint planning”
Pros
Sprint planning is very easy with this tool which makes it simple to organize work without much hassle. It also gives a clear visual view of projects so tracking progress feels more manageable. On top of that, the end-of-sprint reports are genuinely useful for reviewing team performance and seeing which tasks are still pending.
Cons
It doesn't integrate as well as expected with Confluence. It also lacks proper interoperability with tools such as Perforce and Git which can be limiting. Another issue is that the UI occasionally gets stuck or feels jammed up at times.

“Simple bug tracking”
Pros
Creating bug tickets is fast and easy which makes it simple to track issues and plan new sprints. The Bitbucket and Zendesk integrations are really useful and responsive and they save a lot of time since there's no need to keep switching between different programs.
Cons
At times, the UI/UX can make it a bit hard to locate certain tasks and the user stories connected to them.

“Priority management challenges”
Pros
One thing that worked well was being able to submit tickets directly to the software team, choose the priority level and put together a detailed request with deadlines, attachments, sprints and other helpful context. It was also really useful to have a bird's-eye view of our projects which made it feel like nothing I sent over was slipping through the cracks.
Cons
When a lot of people are sending in tickets, it can become difficult for teams to figure out what should actually be handled first. There were times when users marked nearly everything as high priority which made it much harder to tell which ticket truly needed attention before the others.

“Slow and frustrating”
Pros
For good reason, it's considered the industry standard and I often see competing tools compared against it. The feature set is incredibly comprehensive, with very few gaps and I find the custom fields and broader customization options especially valuable.
Cons
At the same time, it has by far one of the slowest and most irritating interfaces I've had to deal with. It's hard to understand how a company the size of it can ship something that feels this sluggish. Day to day, it becomes extremely frustrating because I need the software to keep up with me while I'm performing thousands of actions regularly and instead it often feels like I'm waiting on it constantly.

“Flexible project views”
Pros
One feature I really appreciate is the ability to switch between different views, such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards. It works well for tracking progress across multiple projects and I like how many customization options are available.
Cons
It can feel overly complex especially when you're just getting started. Compared with simpler project management tools like Trello, the learning curve is definitely steeper.

“Central to our workflow”
Pros
At the center of our workflow, this platform manages both new feature development and defect tracking. In my experience, if something isn't logged here, it essentially doesn't exist for the team.
Cons
One downside is the limited flexibility for building ad hoc reports. Filters are available but they only go so far. There are also a few strange restrictions, like certain fields on a page not being editable.

“easy to customize”
Pros
What stands out most to me is the user-friendly interface and the ability to customize it to fit organizational needs. It helps me capture and organize issues, assign tasks, track team activity and automate workflows while maintaining clear visibility into progress and follow-ups.
Cons
Setting up the configuration is difficult and it's not realistic to expect a new user to handle it correctly without help. It's a very capable solution but the cost is high.

“keeps projects organized”
Pros
Keeping projects organized, setting realistic timelines and prioritizing tasks becomes much easier with this tool. I rely on it regularly to stay on top of project requirements.

“fits any team style”
Pros
Whether my team is fully committed to agile practices or simply needs a reliable way to track progress, this platform handles both scenarios well. I can manage sprint boards, backlogs, stories, features, tasks, subtasks and defects with ease. It also includes time logging, estimation tools, blocker tracking and customizable dashboards that allow me to align everything with the team's workflow.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating is that the UI changes from time to time so you sometimes have to spend extra time figuring out where things have been moved. Since it offers so many features and a lot of them are customizable, there is definitely a learning curve. For more advanced functionality, it may even be necessary to get help from an IT expert to make full use of everything available.

“clean and simple tool”
Pros
A strong feature set combined with a clean and simple interface makes this platform easy for me to use. Its integration with tools like Slack is particularly helpful because it keeps me informed about updates made by other team members.
Cons
Since the update a while back, there honestly isn't much to complain about. The only thing that still feels off is the mobile app's push notifications which don't work as reliably as they should. They only come through some of the time in my opinion.

“easy team adoption”
Pros
Since most people are already familiar with it, adoption tends to be very easy. I can use it for highly structured processes involving story points, burndown charts and velocity tracking or keep things simple by focusing on issue workflows. That flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of teams and project styles.
Cons
There are some quirks when moving between on-prem and cloud versions especially with exporting and importing. Keeping up with updates can be frustrating too.
