Any question or issue you might encounter has likely been addressed and solved by someone else. The community is excellent always providing step by step solutions. New features are introduced continuously and it integrates with almost everything out there.

Jira is not ideal for large-scale delivery. Although the planner tries to address this, it lacks the same level of user insight as the rest of the Atlassian suite.
