“Team hub”
Pros
Having issue tracking, customer support source code management and internal project management all in one fairly user-friendly platform has worked really well for our team.
Cons
The downside is that setup can be inconsistent across multiple projects so getting the user experience to feel as uniform as possible has taken some extra effort.

“limited workflows”
Pros
Packed with a lot of features and advanced capabilities especially if you know how to configure it properly. If your team follows hardcore, structured project management practices, this is a very great fit.
Cons
Out of all the project management systems I've used, this has been the least simple for me, both as an end user and as an admin. Even the basic setup is hard to get through and the many configuration differences between project types make the whole setup process extremely difficult.

“Kanban boards”
Pros
Having a flexible Kanban system built in is a big plus. The software is easy to use, tracks both projects and bugs well and works nicely for agile methodology. I also appreciate having all user stories in one view, along with the ability to keep records of documents. The interface is simple, customization is strong and it's helpful to be able to work remotely from mobile while tailoring the workflow to match specific needs.
Cons
The pricing feels expensive. It also seems to be designed mostly for software engineers so it may not suit every type of team. Another downside is the lack of collaboration features for communicating with teammates and the setup can be difficult at first.

“Smart search”
Pros
Right away, the number of useful features really stands out. The dashboard is especially simple and feels very close to a WYSIWYG setup so what you see is pretty much what you work with. The fields are laid out clearly which makes everything simple to access and understand. On top of that, the quick search and basic search options make issue tracking much faster and the option to use JQL adds even more value because it allows very precise project searches. Another strong point is the reporting it offers, not just for individual users but for the entire team involved in a project. Reports like BurnDown charts and Velocity charts give a much clearer visual picture of team activity and help improve both project management and the way the team works overall.
Cons
One area that still needs more attention is next-gen project management features. Starting from the template selection process, it would be much better if there were a more accessible and easy way to choose a template and create a project. It is also not very easy to discover the features available in next-gen Kanban and next-gen Scrum projects. Since it is still being developed, that is understandable but it clearly needs more work especially when it comes to adding features such as more simple boards similar to the classic Kanban boards.

“Workflow leader”
Pros
Running complex workflows across larger teams is where this tool really shines. Beyond handling tasks and process management, it also gives you plenty of ways to analyze cycle time and just about any other metric that matters to your team. As a project management platform, it stands out as the best option available on the market.
Cons
Looking up a ticket using a keyword can be surprisingly difficult. Pricing is another downside since the cost can climb fast and become quite expensive for small to mid-sized teams.

“Reliable agile tracking”
Pros
Over the last four years, I've been using it almost every day as part of our agile process. As a software developer, it's been an excellent tool for managing and tracking my work, both for myself and for my manager.
Cons
One area where it could make this product better is by offering more UI-based options for JQL so non-technical users like my manager can work with it independently. Reporting is another part that could be improved with additional tools and more flexible options.

“Handles QA workflows”
Pros
Practically every hour, we're in this tool because it keeps tabs on just about everything we need, test cases, stories, epics, test cycles, partner support, helpdesk and releases. It's covered every use case we've thrown at it so far and we really haven't run into anything we couldn't manage with it.
Cons
One thing that would definitely help is support for larger file uploads. The current 20MB cap feels pretty restrictive from a QA standpoint especially when you need to attach a longer video.

“Shared launch tracker”
Pros
As a new user, I'm still learning how everything works but I really appreciate having one shared board that the whole organization uses to stay updated on what's launching and when.
Cons
It hasn't felt as simple as I hoped so I get the sense that I'm probably not taking full advantage of everything it can do.

“Student teamwork tool”
Pros
Working on web development as a two-person university team, this has made it really simple to keep track of everything we need to do.
Cons
A few of the more advanced options, like filtering, take a bit of effort to set up. With so many possibilities available, it's also possible to get a little lost in the complexity.

“Budget-friendly start”
Pros
There's a big user community behind it so finding customizations that match your business needs is pretty much right at your fingertips. On top of that, the upfront cost is low and getting it installed is almost effortless.
Cons
Setting up two-way integration with our Zenoss monitoring application was a little complicated. It would be nice if they provided an automated option for two-way communication with monitoring tools since that would cut down the implementation time.

“Update alerts”
Pros
One feature I really love is the email notification system. Whenever there's an update, the server can send emails to specific people which helps everyone stay informed right away.
Cons
One thing that could be better is how edited comments are handled. After a comment is updated, it still shows the original time it was first posted instead of reflecting the edit properly.

“Flexible card boards”
Pros
Being able to set up custom workflows for each of my card types is a big plus. I also appreciate that non-development cards don't require a mandatory PR instance which makes the process much more practical.
Cons
One thing that's missing is a simple abstraction layer for making basic changes to card fields so those small updates aren't as easy as they could be.

“GitHub integration”
Pros
It adapts really well to the way each team works which makes it quite flexible to use. The GitHub integration is especially useful since it automatically shows pull request links directly on a ticket. It also works well for Agile project management.
Cons
Moving around the platform doesn't feel very fluid. At times there's a delay which becomes frustrating when you're doing the same actions repeatedly. On top of that some operations take more clicks than they should.

“Agile dashboards”
Pros
Creating agile epics, stories, tasks, bugs and kanban items for software development is really easy. Setting up and tracking releases is just as simple. Adding labels or components to a ticket is quick and hassle-free which makes searching much more convenient later. User management is also quite user-friendly. The standout part for me is the dashboard feature for monitoring project progress since it turns ticket tracking into a one-stop activity.
Cons
The dashboard-sharing step during creation could definitely be simplified because right now it feels more complicated than it should be.

“Chaotic interface”
Pros
Whether it's handling trouble tickets or supporting product management, the platform can cover just about anything you need it to do.
Cons
Actually using it feels like trying to fly a plane through a hurricane with no training while your copilot can't even follow the manual. It's honestly that frustrating. The entire front end needs to be scrapped and rebuilt, otherwise tools like Trello, GitHub Issues, Wrike and others will keep taking market share.

“Ticket visibility”
Pros
Lately, we've been relying on it mainly for request tracking. I've used it a lot for IT requests and more recently I've started coordinating with our Ops team to monitor certain cross-functional projects as well. It's really useful being able to set the priority level and also add more users to a ticket after it's been submitted which gives them extra visibility when needed.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is a Slack integration. I'm not sure whether that already exists but it would be really helpful to receive updates such as when the assignee last viewed the ticket and to be able to schedule reminder frequency in cases where a ticket hasn't been acted on yet, without having to go into the app myself.

“Team task tracking”
Pros
One of the things I like most is how easy it is to manage tasks and collaborate with teammates. Assigning work is easy and having everything organized in one place is especially useful when working as a team.
Cons
The platform's appearance feels dated and the user experience still has a lot of room to improve. Some features aren't very easy to locate which can make navigation frustrating at times.

“Progress boards”
Pros
What stands out most is how effectively it keeps user stories, technical debt and bugs organized. It also lets you assign items and follow progress clearly and features like the burndown chart make tracking everything much more useful.
Cons
At times it can be pretty slow and updates do not always appear in real time so refreshing the page is sometimes necessary. On top of that, certain pages are harder to locate because the interface is not very simple.

Pros
The platform gives you plenty of flexibility in how your information is displayed. It also includes a wide range of customization options that help with setting up and managing projects the way you want.
