“Sprint tracking”
Pros
Being part of a scrum team, I use it regularly to track stories within the project and follow progress throughout the sprint on a daily basis. It also helps a lot with identifying sprint tasks each day which makes it especially useful as an agile board.
Cons
Tracking and monitoring sprint tasks is very easy and posting comments for group members directly on sprint tasks works really well. The updates are shared with everyone so the whole team can stay informed about task activity without any hassle.

“Kanban for teams”
Pros
It covers far more than just development work, with a wide range of use cases across different kinds of projects. The Kanban boards are especially useful and do a really good job of helping teams stay organized and manage work efficiently.
Cons
Unfortunately, the platform feels too slow at times. The pricing structure is also more complicated than it should be and managing permissions can be confusing.

“Public tickets and Confluence”
Pros
Public tickets make it possible to search for almost anything which is a big help day to day. The workflows are easy to follow and that gives project management better visibility into progress so they can plan schedules more effectively. I also really enjoy how well it integrates with Confluence.
Cons
Getting down to more granular details, such as setting up components, does take some extra effort. Integrations with other apps are not particularly strong either. When we attempted a Jama integration, we ended up needing third-party software to make it work.

“Excellent coordination”
Pros
This tool was an excellent tool for managing a large technology development process. It really helped keep communication efficient across different teams.
Cons
I didn't run into any downsides while using it. I would get well-organized task lists showing what needed to be done and I simply worked through them.

“Flexible features”
Pros
There's a lot to appreciate about this product especially the functionality. It's user-friendly overall and the feature set, assignments and other tools make it really useful.
Cons
At times, it feels a little awkward and harder to navigate than it should be. I'd really prefer a simpler, less cluttered version of the board.

“Project tracking”
Pros
Each product can be configured on its own which makes it possible to manage and track different projects in whatever way fits best. It's also really helpful that tickets can be moved between projects whenever needed.
Cons
Getting everything set up takes time because the learning curve is pretty steep. On top of that making changes later can be difficult.

“perfect workflow boost”
Pros
Using this software has shown me that it does more than just display the agile process. It also includes the terminology used in software methodologies which really makes it feel like a true agile management platform. One thing I especially appreciate is the way it lets you manage software tasks through different software versions and that is a very useful setup. It also gives test engineers the ability to write test cases for each scenario which is a strong feature from a tester's point of view. On top of that, scrum masters can manage their team tasks separately which adds even more value. If someone wants to understand how software methodology actually works, getting training on this tool would be a practical and effective way to learn it hands-on.
Cons
At this point, I really can't point out any drawbacks because I haven't come across any disadvantages while using the software yet.

“Project management fit”
Pros
It covers everything our company needs to manage projects, whether they're internal or client-facing. And when something isn't built in, there's usually an app in the Marketplace that fills the gap.
Cons
That level of flexibility can also be a downside. There are times when the number of project configuration options feels overwhelming and makes things harder to grasp at first. Once you understand how the pieces connect though, it starts to make a lot more sense.

“Fully customizable”
Pros
Joining Delta, I had barely used the platform for anything beyond submitting tickets in previous roles. Our IT team had already built a basic shell which was a great starting point and with help from an intern, we completely revamped and improved the experience for both the people submitting tickets and the teams working them. At first, the system can feel a bit overwhelming simply because there are so many options and variations available. Once you take the time to think through what you want to accomplish and who you want to accomplish it for, it becomes very easy. Nearly every part of the interface can be adjusted and customized, whether for the whole company or even for specific departments. You can even design it so it feels like a natural extension of your company's actual website. On top of that, the reporting is very strong, you can pull data on a wide range of KPIs and metrics to track performance or SLAs and the reports update in real time.
Cons
Biggest challenge is really just the number of options available because it can feel a little overwhelming at the beginning with how many changes and configurations you can make. That said, there are also plenty of resources available to help you work through it.

“Kanban keeps work moving”
Pros
Using this has been a really great way to keep the team's tickets and tasks organized. I especially enjoy the Kanban-style boards for staying on top of my day-to-day work and support tickets. It also helps my product manager quickly filter by my name or other team members' names to get a clear view of what everyone is working on each day.
Cons
Interface could definitely be improved though. I often end up digging deep through a backlog or other ticket lists and that part isn't enjoyable to navigate. A better search experience or a more polished UI would make it much faster and simpler to find what I need.

“User-friendly ticketing”
Pros
Interface feels very user-friendly. There's a handy quick button for creating an issue or bug and assigning it to someone else right away. It also comes with plenty of useful filters so searching for tickets by user, title or keyword is pretty convenient.
Cons
One thing that would really help is a quicker way to view daily project activity. Also, the older version looked better and honestly felt more user-friendly than the new one.

“Feature-packed platform”
Pros
I haven't come across another bug tracking tool that offers this much functionality. It gives you a lot of different ways to look at both your own workflow and the team's task flow and the number of plug-ins and customization options is impressive.
Cons
At the same time, it can feel overloaded with features compared to other bug tracking software. Permissions for users and workspaces aren't always very clear and it's sometimes hard to tell what can be customized versus what's set by company policy. Saving a view and returning to it later also hasn't been very easy in my use.

“Clean project tracking”
Pros
UI feels polished and easy to move through. The layout is clean and uncluttered which helps keep the focus on getting work done. It also does a great job of making project tracking both simple to manage and detailed enough to stay on top of everything.
Cons
There are still some functionality problems that make the product harder to use than it should be. The biggest issue is the occasional lag in the interactive elements, along with slow updates when several users are making changes at the same time. Because of those delays, our team has been looking at other project tracking tools where we do not run into the same performance issues.

“Kanban and epic tracking”
Pros
The kanban-style board is one of the things I enjoy most because it lets you organize work items into clear stages like backlog, concept, review, in progress and complete. It also makes it simple to assign priorities to the work. Another useful feature is the ability to create epics so related tasks can be grouped under one larger project. As things move forward, comments can be added along the way and stakeholders can be tagged in those updates to keep everyone informed on progress.
Cons
It can start to feel complicated and a little cluttered once tasks, projects and epics are all being linked together.

“Beautiful design”
Pros
Right away, this felt like a very capable platform packed with features for software development and design. The flexibility is one of its biggest strengths especially in how projects can be configured to fit different teams, workflows and user needs. Time tracking is a major benefit and the built-in project management structure is really useful from the start. Swim lanes make it much simpler for managers to review what their team is working on. On top of that, prioritization, commenting and integrations with tools like Zeplin and Slack make collaboration work really well. Another big plus is that the interface looks beautiful.
Cons
Getting the most out of it does take time though because the learning curve is fairly steep and you need some training or trial and error to really understand the core functions. A few features are not especially simple so they require extra reading or help before they make sense. Also, when using swim lanes, the scrolling can get pretty tedious. It would be much better to have a way to jump quickly up and down the page.

“Testing management hub”
Pros
Among the project management tools I've used, this is one of the most efficient. It has helped me organize my testing really well since I can keep all my test cases, defects and release details in one place. The ticketing system works very effectively too and the defect section is detailed enough to capture all the important information.
Cons
It did take a bit of extra time to get comfortable with the software but in the end it was definitely worth it.

“Project dashboards”
Pros
Back in 2016, I started using this after a friend suggested it to me and it has been really handy for managing projects. It lets you build dashboards, set up user dashboards, customize project features and handle tickets without much hassle.
Cons
One frustrating part though, is that I still can't tell whether this is a feature or a bug but the system goes down pretty often for upgrades or new fixes.
