“Team collaboration”
Pros
Our development team genuinely relies on it every day. We use it for the entire workflow, from sprint planning all the way to production support. It helps the development and support teams work closely together making it much easier to spot weak points in the platform and decide where improvements are needed.
Cons
It could be a bit more user-friendly and simple. On top of that, the reporting features feel sakmaod awkward.

“Structured workflow”
Pros
It really works well to be able to create different kinds of tickets and assign each to the person responsible for that task. It also makes it simple to follow progress, update task statuses and discuss issues along the way. Overall, it brings much more visibility and structure to project processes.
Cons
there's a lot to appreciate about this software. The only downside is that email notifications can sometimes become overwhelming which makes it possible to miss something important.

“Project tracking tools”
Pros
Getting around the platform feels very easy and it comes with a wide range of features that make it simple to monitor projects and keep up with progress on every deliverable.
Cons
From a business perspective, it makes project tracking very manageable and it's also easy to build dashboards and stay updated on progress.

“Helpful sprint tracking”
Pros
Our team uses it as the board for biweekly sprints and it does a really good job of keeping tasks and stories visible especially when multiple cross-functional teams are involved.
Cons
Keeping the labels updated can be a little tedious sometimes and every now and then the sprints can get a bit mixed up.

“Scales with templates”
Pros
Right from the start, this tool feels incredibly broad and adaptable, to the point where you can manage almost any kind of project in it, not just software-related work. Even with how extensive it is, getting started is still fairly easy and it works well for simple workflows in smaller teams thanks to some handy prebuilt templates. What really makes it stand out is how well it can expand from something basic into a full platform capable of supporting a large organization. Scalability is easily its biggest strength. On top of that, there's a huge plugin marketplace that adds extra functionality and helps tailor the system to the very specific needs of different companies or projects. Pricing is also very affordable for small teams.
Cons
It's surprising how some basic features are still missing given how massive this tool is. Simple things like sprint planning, capacity tracking or even moving and editing issues can be unnecessarily hard and in some cases you end up needing paid plugins from the marketplace to handle them. Some of the more advanced features especially workflows, are also quite complicated and confusing and they take a fair amount of time to properly learn. Another major downside is the pricing once you move beyond the starter tier. Going from $10 to $1000 just by adding an 11th team member is honestly shocking. Because of that pricing jump, we unfortunately won't be able to continue using it after crossing that limit.

“Sprint tracking features”
Pros
Keeping tabs on stories and the team's effort during a sprint is really convenient with this tool. It includes a poker session feature where each team member can assign points to a story and the final story points are decided based on the majority. On top of that, it lets us mark the start and end of a sprint, export sprint details to Excel without any hassle and add tasks, spikes or stories whenever needed.
Cons
At this point, I honestly don't have any complaints about this software.

“Versatile platform”
Pros
After using it for project and task management in both smaller teams and larger companies, the biggest advantage to me is how wide-ranging the platform is and how many features and integrations it includes. It covers everything from GitHub hooks and customizable status workflows to testing suite integrations and all of it is pretty easy to work with.
Cons
At the same time, it can feel bloated and slow in day-to-day use especially when opening a ticket page. The pages also tend to get cluttered and there are often noticeable delays between different parts of the page loading. For instance, when I need to reassign a ticket, I sometimes have to wait for the assignee's name to appear even though the ticket status showed up several seconds earlier.

“Plugins and customization”
Pros
With its huge plugin ecosystem, this software can be configured to do nearly anything and the interface has gotten noticeably better over the past few years.
Cons
Getting everything set up can be a real headache especially for larger companies since it takes a lot of detailed configuration. Costs can also climb pretty quickly once you start looking for plugins to build the exact system you want although that flexibility can pay off when you find the right ones.

“Daily story tracking”
Pros
It gives you a practical way to handle the complexity of user story attributes which makes it much easier to stay on top of status updates every day.
Cons
One frustrating part is that it's not always clear what each UI view is meant to do. When you need to complete a task, figuring out how to actually do it can be confusing.

“Global access but poor navigation”
Pros
Being an enterprise product, it works well for global use. Our admins are based in Japan and the platform is still accessible for anyone on the team to use.
Cons
Actually using it is really difficult. We can't make our own customizations and even though the ticketing system is available to everyone, it's still very hard to navigate.

“Approval workflows”
Pros
Working in an organization with more than 200 people, this was a really useful tool for aligning processes that had originally been handled by multiple people and departments. It made it much easier to bring together and organize documents that needed several rounds of review and approval.
Cons
At first, my department was excited to start using the software alongside the other teams. Once we began applying it to our own workflows though, it turned out to be a bit more confusing to use than we had expected.

“Organized and user-friendly”
Pros
Getting started with it was very easy and it's simple enough to learn on your own. It does a really good job of keeping everything organized and it's also easy to find help whenever I need it.
Cons
One limitation I've run into is exporting more than one ticket at a time by grouping items together. That makes it harder to get a full overview that shows multiple projects at once.

“Team organization boost”
Pros
It's hard to pin down just one best thing about this tool because the way it supports task tracking and team organization is outstanding. I've worked with other team management platforms before but this is the one that has helped us improve efficiency the most and really get the best out of the whole team.
Cons
Getting started with the backlog and sprint features was a little confusing at first but once we got used to how they worked, it was amazing to see how well a project could be organized.

“simple workflow”
Pros
Working with this software has been a pleasure. It feels very simple and more than anything, it has made my professional life much easier. I really appreciate how simple the tool is, along with its connectivity and the way it handles notifications.
Cons
There really aren't any major issues I'd point out with this tool. The only thing is that it can get a bit confusing when you start creating a lot of projects and subprojects. Even so, everything still feels well organized and manageable.

“Works on every device”
Pros
It strikes a really good balance between having useful features and keeping things simple. I also appreciate the attention that's clearly gone into both the mobile and desktop apps since that's something a lot of tools tend to overlook.
Cons

“Handy filters”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the filtering. It's very practical and helps a lot when you need to sort things quickly while working. Another feature that has been especially useful is epics. Since my team has a lot of people handling different projects at the same time, epics do a really good job of keeping tasks organized. Cloning an item is also a big time saver whenever we have repetitive work to set up. On top of that, the time-tracking details are extremely useful for resource managers.
Cons
I use this tool regularly in my day-to-day work and honestly haven't run into any feature that feels unnecessary or pointless. Everything in it seems to serve some purpose so there really isn't anything specific I can say I dislike about it.

“Release tags that work”
Pros
After using Redmine, moving over to Confluence felt like a natural step once we were already on It. The biggest advantage for our team has been the release management features and the tagging system which are the most important parts of how we work.

Whenever they redesign the interface, it can be a little confusing at first and I sometimes feel a bit lost but it's not a major problem.

“Bitbucket sync”
Pros
One of the best parts is how flexible it is. It adapts well to different stages and connecting it to Bitbucket for branch development is really useful. Overall, it's simple to work with and fits different workflows nicely.

Pros
After moving over from Trello, this app has been a really nice change. The standout feature for us is the customizable board which makes it much better suited to how we like to work.
