Fast setup

Pros

Getting started with it is really quick and easy. The interface feels user-friendly and customization is simple to handle.

Cons

It would be even better if the UI colors could be customized as well.

Integrated workspace

Pros

Having everything in one place makes it simple to manage and gives us a single source of truth. It also connects really well with other apps and tools which helps create a more complete workplace setup.

Cons

Sometimes setting up the right workflows can be a bit tricky and integrating with certain add-ons is not always easy. On top of that, many features come with extra costs.

Complete project tracking

Pros

It covers a lot and includes a wide range of sections that help keep close control over every task being carried out within a project.

Cons

The interface and overall user experience feel somewhat complex which makes the learning curve slower for new team members.

Full project visibility

Pros

Across digital product teams, it does a really good job of keeping work organized and trackable. It gives the company a clear handle on what's already finished, what still needs attention and what's currently blocked. There's strong visibility across each project, from large initiatives down to the smallest detailed tasks. Each task can also hold plenty of useful information, like ownership, value, timing, descriptions, multimedia and links to related work.

Cons

Because the tool is so powerful, it can also feel pretty overwhelming. Getting around the platform isn't always easy and it's easy to lose your way or overlook important items when there are so many elements and so much information on the screen.

Scrum visibility

Pros

Right from the start, this has been a very good tool to use. The interface is clean and user-friendly and it really helps simplify task organization. It's especially useful for Scrum masters, managers and team leads who need a quick way to track things. Monitoring resource effort is easy and it also supports team building and balancing workloads well. Getting a quick view of the team's work is one of the most helpful parts.

Cons

There's still room for improvement though. With the frequent releases and updates, I expected stronger feature enhancements. The export functionality could definitely be better and it feels like not many new features have been added over the past few years.

Clear collaboration

Pros

The collaborative workflows are highly configurable and the commenting and audit trail features make teamwork and tracking changes much more effective. It also feels relatively simple to use overall.

Cons

One limitation is that configuration access is only available to admins and it would be better if more users across the organization could manage those settings.

convenient planning

Pros

Agile development management is where this tool really shines. Setting up epics and stories is easy and assigning story points fits naturally into the workflow. It also lets you build swimlanes on your team's Scrum or Kanban board which helps keep work organized and visible.

Cons

One thing it still lacks is a built-in, convenient way to create a Gantt chart. If you need that, you have to rely on a third-party plugin or another off-the-shelf solution.

Useful integrations

Pros

It comes with all the features and integrations needed to get the job done.

Cons

At certain points, the interface is really frustrating to work with. Moving around the system can be extremely slow, with long load times depending on the time of day and it's definitely not caused by my internet connection.

Feature-packed but tough to use

Pros

Among the ticketing systems I've worked with, this one has the widest range of features.

Cons

Using it can feel a bit tough. A lot of the functionality is buried which makes features hard to locate and the on-prem instance I use is also quite slow.

Flexible platform

Pros

There's a lot to work with here especially the powerful feature set and the availability of third-party add-ons. It also offers a high level of customization which makes it a strong fit for unique workflows.

Cons

Getting everything configured and set up isn't very easy and the cloud-only version still feels limited in several areas especially when it comes to things like bulk user editing. Permissions also seem unnecessarily tough.

Strong integrations

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how flexible this software is and how simple it is to work with. It also connects with a wide range of other tools which makes bringing data in and pulling it back out much more convenient.

Cons

Design has some downsides depending on the type of developer using it. It offers plenty of helpful features for managers especially those tracking burn-down charts but it often feels less accommodating for people doing the hands-on work day to day, like QA analysts and software engineers. A lot of the workflow can feel awkward, adding steps that may help project leads but end up creating extra work for the people actually working through the projects.

Affordable Scrum tool

Pros

Working in a Scrum team, I rely on it every day and it really helps us collaborate better. It makes teamwork on shared projects feel much more organized and easy. Another thing I appreciate is how simple it is to keep track of my team's workflow from one place. On top of that, it is reasonably priced compared to other tools in the same space.

Cons

One area that needs work is customer support because the response time hasn't been very good. I'd really like to see them improve how responsive and helpful their support service is.

Kanban visibility

Pros

Having the kanban board makes a big difference because I can view all my tasks at once along with their current status. I'm also a big fan of the timer shown on each card since it tells me how long that card has been sitting in a particular stage. That helps a lot when I need to decide what to prioritize first.

Cons

One thing that really annoys me is how external links behave. Clicking a link doesn't just open it separately, it opens inside the same tab instead. If I want to keep my place, I have to manually choose to open it in a new tab every time from a card.

Sprint planning

Pros

Setting up sprint planning and workflows is very easy and the customization options make it adaptable to different team processes. The overall user experience also feels polished and user-friendly.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to getting around the software and figuring out some of its quirks. The area that could use the most improvement is ticket navigation and search functionality.

Team communication hub

Pros

Compared with other project management tools I've used, this one does the best job of keeping everyone on a project or team in the loop. You can add "watchers" to a ticket so anyone who needs to stay informed gets every update. Comments, attachments, ticket closures and pretty much any change at all trigger alerts for everyone watching the ticket.

Cons

One issue I ran into though I'm not sure whether it can be changed, is that anyone can add you as a watcher. That means you can end up getting added to items that aren't very important or even relevant to you personally, just because you're part of a certain department. The result is a flood of IT update emails and important updates can easily get buried or missed. Getting 100 IT update emails in a single day was not unusual. It would be much better if there were a way to control who is allowed to add certain watchers although I'm not sure whether that option already exists.

Project lifecycle tracking

Pros

Managing projects with this has been very easy. It lets us set up activities for each stage of the project lifecycle, including issues, SCNs, change requests, deployments and more.

Cons

At times, the error messages are not very clear and can be quite hard for non-technical users to understand.

Browser-based dev tracking

Pros

This has been the best platform I've used to manage software development progress. It's simple to access and use, works on any browser and makes sharing data and comments really convenient.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to point out. It stands out as one of the finest platforms for managing development.

Packed with features

Pros

Right from the start, the platform feels very simple to navigate. It does a really good job of helping organize the team's activities and deliveries and features like time tracking within tasks, delivery dashboards and project planning make it feel very complete overall.

Cons

It already covers a lot and feels very complete. The only thing I'd still like to see is the ability to create team conversations directly within the platform.

All-in-one ecosystem

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how many features it includes. It puts you inside a full ecosystem for agile workflows, code and documentation management. Rather than juggling several separate services, we switched over and congreatated everything into their platform.

Cons

It's definitely not the most affordable option and getting started can feel less simple than some competing products, probably because there's such a large set of features packed into it.

Clear planning

Pros

Creating tasks, stories and epics is pretty easy. It does a great job with planning and tracking execution and any slippage becomes visible quickly. It's a really effective way to capture progress and supports data-driven decision-making well.

Cons

At times, the filter criteria and swim lanes can be frustrating when you're trying to find the right information. It takes a bit of practice to get comfortable with how those work.
