“Confusing workflow”
Pros
One thing that works well is the way issues can be tracked either by the person who entered them or by everyone involved and it's also clear to see the status of each item as it moves through the workflow.
Cons
At the same time, it can be hard to understand what's supposed to happen, who is responsible for it and what the impact will be when certain changes are made in the system. It doesn't really feel like it was designed with real people in mind.

“Polished workflow hub”
Pros
Right out of the box, this software feels powerful. It supports both sprint planning and Kanban boards, offers a high level of customization and has one of the most elegant, well-designed interfaces I've used. It also connects easily with Confluence, Service Desk and other integrations, plus there are plenty of apps available to extend it even further.
Cons
nothing to mention here.

“Story linking”
Pros
Tracking stories is very easy and the story linking feature is especially useful because it helps eliminate duplicates. It also does a really good job of keeping work progress visible and easy to monitor.
Cons
The setup wasn't very simple for me at first. That said, after going through the tutorial, I was able to get everything configured properly. Other than that, I don't really have any major complaints.

“Organized bug tracking”
Pros
Keeping bug reports organized is something this tool does really well. It lets you customize and prepopulate fields when creating a new bug which makes the whole process much more structured. The integration with apps like Slack is also very helpful since it makes logging new bugs possible right from chat groups.
Cons
At times, the integrations with other tools can be slow and they do not always work as expected. It is a valuable feature so I would really like to see it work more easily.

“Well organized”
Pros
Navigation feels pretty self-explanatory and every time I use it, I come away with useful information. It branches into several categories in a way that makes everything simple to work through.
Cons
A few step-by-step guides would make onboarding better and it would also help to have sidebar suggestions that point you from one relevant page to the next. It took a little while to learn at first but once I got used to it, using it became really easy.

“simple dashboards”
Pros
Works really well for agile teams since you can tag and link features, stories, epics and even defects in one place. It also includes dashboard creation which is helpful for tracking work and getting visibility across the team.
Cons
The downside is that customization is only available at the enterprise level, with no option for user-level customization. The only workaround is creating tags but those can't be published or shared with everyone else.

“Task tracking workflows”
Pros
Logging issues and managing stories feels very easy here and it's simple to add, remove, edit or complete tasks while keeping track of everything in one place. There are also plenty of configurable workflows which are really helpful for pulling stories directly from Bitbucket onto the board, creating issues and resolving them efficiently.
Cons
Even though it's a great web app, a lot of newer tools on the market now compete closely with it and offer more polished solutions, like Monday.com. Those alternatives seem to have a better interface and make it easier to stay agile without everything feeling so cluttered.

“Weekly sprint tracking”
Pros
Keeping weekly sprints organized is very easy. It also works really well for tracking issues across each project and checking tests before publishing a review.
Cons
One downside is that the UX/UI changes quite often so you have to keep adjusting to the updates. You also need a separate app to export your time logs and it took me a while to find the right one. At the moment, I use Clockwork Free and it works very well.

“Great for daily work”
Pros
It comes with a huge range of features and at our company we keep all our information uploaded there. It works exceptionally well alongside Drive and makes our everyday tasks much more manageable in an outstanding way.
Cons
The interface could still be improved and made a bit more user-friendly especially so it feels simpler and more simple to navigate.

“Trusted standard”
Pros
Across every company I've worked at, this has basically been the standard so most developers and QA team members already know their way around it. It handles the core job reliably and the Google Sheets integration is especially useful because it lets me pull data out and turn it into meaningful reports.
Cons
One thing that has consistently frustrated me is how hard it can be to find what I'm looking for. The dashboards feel either far too limited or too difficult to customize into something people actually want to see. I was also surprised that there wasn't a built-in export feature and I ended up needing to install a Google Sheets add-on just to access the data. Thankfully, that part worked well once I figured it out.

“Disjointed experience”
Pros
It feels like this product has potential and could be useful but right now it comes across as pretty unpolished in a lot of areas. Getting comfortable with it seems to require fairly in-depth training just to understand how everything works and that training is unfortunately very expensive. Even as software engineers, we still had a tough time figuring it out and using it effectively.
Cons
Whole experience feels disjointed. It seems like the product is trying to cover every possible use case for everyone instead of narrowing in on a more focused and coherent feature set.

“Helpful ticket tracking”
Pros
Being able to keep track of all my tickets in one application has been really helpful. It's much better than trying to manage everything through an email log.

“Extra steps required”
Pros
This software works well for creating and monitoring web analytics tagging projects that require code changes from IT developers. The board feature is especially helpful because I can separate requests by region, such as America versus Canada. When I'm handling a US tagging project, I go straight to the America online ordering board and for a CA tagging project, I use the Canada online ordering board. It also lets me search for a specific project by keyword when I need to check its status, like whether it has been resolved so I can move forward with SIT or UAT testing. After submitting a new project, I can attach images and add comments to answer follow-up questions from IT product analysts, developers or product owners. Overall, it gives me a good way to document project updates and testing results for future reference. I also appreciate that it sends email notifications whenever there is a project update or someone has a follow-up question.
Cons
This project tracking tool does not let you copy and paste images directly from Gmail or the clipboard. Any image that needs to be included in a project has to be saved first as a file in a folder and then uploaded as an attachment. That extra step of saving each image as a JPG makes the whole process more time-consuming. It can also be difficult for business users to adopt if they do not already have agile or waterfall project management experience in IT. Since it is not integrated with Google Suite tools, documenting and tracking web analytics projects takes more effort and ends up feeling like duplicate work.

“Thoughtful updates”
Pros
Right from the menu layout, the software feels very user-friendly. The latest update also gave it a really nice design which made the whole experience even better. One feature that has been especially useful is the option to add extra columns. That has helped our QA team a lot since they can keep a separate column just for testing review.
Cons
One thing that still slows us down is adding a new photo or video to a ticket because not all characters in file names are supported. I have to rename files every time before uploading them and that ends up taking quite a bit of time.

Pros
Keeping project releases organized across the team is much simpler with this tool. It lets you set up your own variables for tracking and there's plenty of flexibility to define different components that can be used within projects.

“Cross-team support”
Pros
Working with this tool has been excellent for IT and cross-department support. It comes with plenty of useful features that are easy to use and really help with raising and resolving tickets. Another big plus is that it stores information securely within the system which is a strong benefit from both an information security and GDPR standpoint.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the onboarding training for employees who are not already familiar with the platform. With so many features available, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first when trying to learn it all. Aside from that, I really don't have any negative comments about this industry-standard solution.
