“Highly adaptable”
Pros
Everything feels well organized and easy to use. It integrates nicely with different repos and DevOps environments and setting it up for things like Epics or User Stories is quick and simple to adopt.
Cons
Working with Azure DevOps alongside SonarQube can be a bit challenging when it comes to integration. Also, creating customized reports could be made simpler.

“Keeps improving”
Pros
After about three years of using it, I can see they've been putting real effort into modernizing and simplifying the platform. The recent updates have been noticeable and I genuinely appreciate the direction it's going. On top of that, it's incredibly powerful.
Cons
Power can also be part of the problem. It can get extremely complex, pretty complicated and at times just hard to fully understand.

“Clean ticketing”
Pros
Compared with other IT service tools I've used, Service Desk was by far the simplest system for submitting problem tickets. The interface was clean and uncluttered and using it felt almost ridiculously easy. Once I started working with it, that usual sense of dread after running into an issue pretty much disappeared because the software was so clear and direct.
Cons
What stood out less positively was that it may have been a little too stripped down, possibly because of how my company configured it. The bare-bones setup was nice in some ways but there were moments when I wanted a bit more from it. That said, I do think it's highly customizable so the limitation may have been more about our company's setup than the software itself.

“Task management integrations”
Pros
Using it online has been really easy even when creating and managing more complex tasks. The integration options are a big plus too especially with tools like Confluence which I honestly find way better than Slack.
Cons
One downside is that getting new employees trained on the software takes more time than it really should. I'd also rather have a more simple interface.

“Strong for development but weak for support”
Pros
Used for managing software development teams, it does a really strong job. It's widely adopted across the developer community which makes collaboration much more easy and you can tell it was designed by developers for developers. Because of that, it includes a lot of practical features and functionality that make software building faster and more flexible.
Cons
Outside of development-focused use cases though, it tends to fall short. As a support ticketing system, there are much better alternatives available. The user experience beyond software development is weak and among corporate IT end users, "open a ticket in it" is practically something people dread hearing. Problems you submit often feel like they vanish into an IT black hole and never get addressed. That may partly come down to the teams managing it but it's a recurring issue I've seen quite a bit.

“Easy to learn”
Pros
It's basically the standard product management tool which makes it a comfortable choice to work with. Since just about everyone uses it, getting up to speed doesn't take long and the learning curve feels pretty minimal.
Cons
Tailoring it to fit your specific needs is honestly very difficult. I struggled a lot with the setup and eventually stopped trying. On top of that, finding your way through the account settings can be frustrating too.

“simple tracking that works”
Pros
Keeping an eye on weekly timesheets is pretty easy and it works really well as a project management tool especially for teams using agile methods. The interface is user-friendly so getting work done in it doesn't take much effort. It also connects nicely with Cucumber Studio and Aha! which is a big plus. Another thing I appreciate is the variety of filtering options available.
Cons
There are no major problems overall but every now and then we do run into slow file uploads and report generation can take longer than expected.

“Teamwork boost”
Pros
Working with our business partners has become much better with this tool. It gives our team a great way to collaborate and the customization options make it fit our needs well. On top of that, it's very user friendly so getting everyone on board has been simple.
Cons
It would be even better if there were more ways to build your own custom options instead of relying so much on the default ones. Aside from that, it has been working really well for us.

“Project workload hub”
Pros
After the initial learning curve, the platform becomes quite easy to use. It works well for organizing project workloads across different teams, from design and engineering to learning and training.
Cons
Getting everything set up takes more effort than expected and the customization options are not as flexible as we would prefer. It also feels more tailored to backend groups like Engineering than to teams such as Customer Success.

“simple powerhouse”
Pros
After five years of relying on this software, it has become essential to my daily work. Our team uses Agile most of the time and Kanban as well and this tool supports both really well. It lets me organize sprints cleanly and I can capture sagas, epics and stories with all the details I need. The filtering and search options are also very useful. On top of that, I'm able to build out my portfolio and keep track of progress and performance without any trouble.
Cons
One issue I still run into is that updates I make and save do not always show up right away in the quick views and there can be a delay before everything syncs properly. Most of the time, I have to open the story, epic or sub-task itself before I can actually see the changes reflected.

“great hub”
Pros
Right out of the box, it comes packed with strong agile capabilities. The setup options are almost unlimited, you can keep it fairly easy even though it still takes some learning and training or build it into something as advanced as you need. On top of that, the feature set keeps growing, with additions like Roadmaps making it more reliable over time. The built-in integrations with its own tools, such as Confluence, plus third-party platforms like Asana that we use, make it possible to put together a best-of-breed setup.
Cons
It can be pretty complicated to work with and for a large, complex organization like ours, having a dedicated admin is almost a must if you're outside IT or the PMO. It's also not really something business stakeholders can jump into comfortably because it's so heavily geared toward project and software management. Better testing features would be a very welcome improvement as well.

“Bug tracking features”
Pros
Compared with other bug tracking tools, this one stands out as the best option and it's clearly why so many tech companies rely on it. It comes packed with really useful features such as adding dependent items, including watchers and handling links and attachments without hassle.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is having a lighter version available especially for situations where the internet connection is weak or unreliable.

Pros
Across six years and in several different companies, this tool has consistently worked well for me. We've run projects using different methodologies and it has always given us a practical way to manage everything without trouble.

“Team hub”
Pros
This has turned out to be a really versatile tool. It lets you set up all kinds of projects, build forms and track issues such as software bugs. For each issue, there's even a Facebook-style comment thread which makes communication between stakeholders much easier. You can also create product documents and export them as PDFs without extra hassle. On top of that, it's simple to put together web pages, tables and plenty of other content. Our development team uses it heavily and it also works well as an interface for collaborating with customers.
Cons
Hosted web-based version can be a bit slow when pages are loading at times although most of the time it still works fine.

“easy bug tracking”
Pros
After using it for a couple of months, I can say it makes posting information about bugs pretty easy and developers seem very comfortable working with it. It fits well with the Agile approach which makes it especially useful in a business setting. The tools for updating issues and sharing videos or images are also simple to manage.
Cons
At first, it can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many options and buttons all over the place. It may seem really complicated in the beginning but once you get familiar with it, it becomes much easier to use effectively.
