“valuable security features”
Pros
It's a very great option when you need to add an extra layer of security to online applications used in day-to-day business operations.
Cons
Getting started is extremely complicated for beginners and at this point it would take a few hours of dedicated training before someone can really begin using it properly.

“teamwork dashboard”
Pros
Working in ecommerce, this platform has been really useful for my role. We rely on it to create tasks and keep work moving between different departments. It helps a lot that I can follow the progress of a job, stay in touch with coworkers and see everything laid out on one dashboard which gives a clear and organized overall view.
Cons
One minor downside is that the platform gets updated pretty often so the layout can change a bit right after you get used to a certain view. It's not a major inconvenience but it does take a little adjusting.

“workflows for every team”
Pros
Just about every software development process we need can be set up in this tool. The wide range of configuration options is a huge plus and it helps all teams across the company work in one place to manage tasks efficiently.
Cons
It could be a bit faster overall. On top of that some tasks would benefit from being more user-friendly and simpler to complete.

“sprint and task hub”
Pros
This has been the best place I've used for project and task management. You can create sprints and keep everything organized without much effort. The task cards, status tracking and quick updates are what really set it apart from other tools.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any downsides since it makes managing projects and tasks very convenient.

“confusing setup at times”
Pros
As a team member, it works pretty well for creating tasks, updating projects and keeping day-to-day work moving. Having all of the team's tasks gathered in one place is really helpful and it's useful to be able to go back and check older comments or past tasks whenever something needs to be referenced.
Cons
Setting it up is where things get frustrating. I oversee multiple teams and even though we configured all of the boards the same way, the features still don't match from one board to another. Reporting might function on one board but not on the rest and some boards let me assign due dates while others don't. The interface also feels awkward and some labels are confusing. It makes no sense that active sprints would appear in the backlog. On top of that, reaching customer support is harder than it should be. It often feels like you have to jump through hoops or come up with a special reason just to get help, otherwise they push you toward the community boards instead.

“convenient team tracking”
Pros
Plenty of software tools feel bloated and overpromise but only a handful actually deliver with a product that works the way it should. Its products have always had that reliable, polished feel and this one definitely keeps that standard. It really helps teams manage and track work at scale. Every task is organized into cards and any Slack updates or comments show up right away in the card history. Not having to jump across multiple screens saves a huge amount of time and honestly makes day-to-day work much easier.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have anything negative to point out. Everything feels well put together and, very much like Apple products, it all just works. I'd absolutely recommend giving it a try because chances are you'll really enjoy using it.

“proven and reliable”
Pros
Packed with just about every feature you could want and it's a tool that's been battle-tested by plenty of teams. When it's used the right way, it can be extremely effective.
Cons
When a team uses it poorly, it can quickly become a massive time sink that nobody needs. To get real value from it, you really need a strong scrum master guiding the process efficiently.

“great for team projects”
Pros
This has been an amazing tool for our team when it comes to managing and tracking multiple items across a project and working together to resolve issues. The part I use the most and value the most, is tracking progress and keeping updates current.
Cons
Like many project management platforms, there's definitely a learning curve if you haven't used this type of software before especially if you want to use it efficiently. Another challenge which is common with tools like this, is getting hesitant coworkers to fully adopt it and actively contribute.

“integrations and reporting”
Pros
Three things made us choose it in the first place and keep using it today. First, the integrations, we rely on Adobe XD for design and GitHub for code hosting and having both connected in one collaborative workspace has made our process much more manageable. Second, the reporting, being able to see what worked, who exceeded expectations and even get predictions right when we need them is essential for us and it actually delivers. Third, the Kanban workflows, after moving over from a more Basecamp-style setup, we really appreciated how much we could tailor the workflows to match the way our team works.
Cons
Interface and the overall thinking behind the product are very good but the biggest issue for me has been the learning curve. Since I don't come from a project management background, everything initially felt like it was moving at hyperspeed. There are tutorials and articles available which helps but I still wish there were some kind of beginner mode something that would let you try it out or set it up with just a few clicks and only the core features enabled. It's clearly very configurable but it took me a few months of using it before I really started to get comfortable with it.

“customization that stands out”
Pros
One thing that really sets this software apart is how much you can customize it. That level of flexibility is a big differentiator and makes it stand out from other options.
Cons
Using it can be challenging at times especially when it comes to pulling reports from the system. That part is not very simple and takes more effort than it should.

“story and bug tracking”
Pros
Once the project is set up properly, it becomes a really useful tool for managing stories and bugs. It also offers a huge number of settings, properties and plugins.
Cons
It is not always very user-friendly. Some properties stay hidden when you do not have permission to change them which makes it hard to tell whether access is restricted or the option is simply difficult to locate.

“issue tracking powerhouse”
Pros
Across the full project management lifecycle, this is a really great tool for handling issues, defects and enhancements. It fits well for software cloud rollouts, deployments and transformation projects which is why so many consulting firms software companies and end-user organizations rely on it to track issues at every phase of development and go-live rollout. Setting it up for a project is easy and I also appreciate how configurable it is. The product can be customized without much trouble to match the needs of almost any organization.
Cons
One thing I would still like to see is a more powerful standard dashboard on the landing page that gives a clear summary of issues, defects and enhancements, along with their current status such as WIP, Closed, New, Deferred and similar categories, plus the related severity levels.

“endless customization”
Pros
There's a ton of flexibility built in here. The customization options feel almost unlimited, the different view choices are really useful and being able to add tags and build your own project management workflow makes it fit the way you want to work.
Cons
One weak spot is the search feature which doesn't feel very functional. It's also frustrating that tags are case-sensitive especially when multiple teams are using the same tags and not everyone follows the exact same capitalization style.

Pros
Each card feels distinct which is the part I enjoy most. I also really appreciate the labels and the different options available for creating and identifying every card.

“github links help”
Pros
This has been an excellent communication tool for our team. We can quickly see what everyone is working on, how much progress has been made and what has already been completed. It's easy to use and does a really good job of keeping everything organized while helping us stay in sync throughout the day. One feature I especially enjoy is being able to connect a project or task to GitHub or another repository. It automatically shows the status in the repo, whether it's in a PR stage, already approved and merged or still open.
Cons
One thing that's frustrating is that I can't actually delete a project or task. I always have to rename them instead.

“drag-and-drop ease”
Pros
From the start, it was simple to pick up and understand. The Product Owner handled the initial setup and after that the rest of the team could use it with nothing more than easy drag-and-drop interactions. We were also running several projects at the same time and it performed really well across both without any issues.
