“customization options”
Pros
One of the best things about it is how customizable it is. There are tons of possibilities with integrations and configurations so you can adapt it not just for IT processes but for other uses too, like managing to-do lists.
Cons
Biggest downside is the pricing especially when you need a large number of users. It can get expensive even for people who only log in once a year.

“all requests together”
Pros
Having all requests gathered in one place makes it simple to keep track of what I'm working on and also see what everyone else is handling.
Cons
At times it ends up creating extra work, like having to close out old ITs and the search can be hit or miss when it comes to finding the most relevant ones.

“backlog and scrum tools”
Pros
One of the strongest parts of this software is its backlog management. It does a really great job supporting SCRUM and Kanban workflows and there are plenty of tools and add-ons available to help track time, progress and other useful metrics. It's also a big plus that it integrates well with Bitbucket and Confluence.
Cons
The downside is that navigation could be more simple and the frequent UI changes sometimes make the platform harder to use. It often feels like every major interface update comes with a need to relearn where things are.

“outlook and kanban win”
Pros
The platform is very user-friendly and the integration with Microsoft Outlook works really well. The Kanban functionality is also a big plus.
Cons
At this point, there's nothing to complain about. We're using it to log time and manage user stories and it's been doing that job well.

“highly configurable”
Pros
This software is extremely powerful and gives power users what feels like endless flexibility to configure projects around their specific environment.
Cons
One area that still needs work is the customization of user access levels. It's basically an all-or-nothing setup which becomes a real issue in mid-sized to large organizations.

“team collaboration hub”
Pros
Running projects through this feature-rich platform has made team collaboration much more organized especially with its ticketing system. It's a far better way to work with teammates when fixing issues, rolling out updates and coordinating day-to-day work. By using it across employees, departments, consultants and other contributors, we've been able to make project collaboration much more efficient. It also comes with plenty of integrations, including Slack which helps speed up notifications.
Cons
There's definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning and it can take some time to really understand how everything works. Once that clicks though, the interface starts to feel much more logical.

“custom reports that help”
Pros
Coming from a smaller company that used this tool, I honestly miss it all the time now that I'm at a different company using another ticketing system. I really enjoyed working with it and even though the feature set almost felt too extensive for a very small team, I appreciate it even more now. Being able to build our own sprints, set up swim lanes, customize ticket types and tailor just about everything made a huge difference. Sprint planning was very easy and adding time estimates to tickets made the whole process even more manageable. It's especially well suited for larger companies, probably 100+ people creating tickets because of how flexible it is. The reporting is another standout feature since it saves a lot of time and removes the need for manual reporting.
Cons
One thing I still wish it had is a way to save message drafts. There are times when I want to write out all my thoughts before I'm ready to actually submit something. I'm not sure they would ever add that since the idea is probably that tickets should be written, submitted and acted on right away but I'd still love to have the option.

“powerful ticketing”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how many features this tool includes which makes the ticketing system feel very capable. It lets you create multiple projects and assign different teams to each one which is very useful for staying organized. The monthly reporting is also detailed and gives a clear view of activity.
Cons
There is nothing major I can point to as a problem with this product. The only small issue is that there are a few unnecessary fields in the system that cannot be removed.

“great for developers”
Pros
Built with software development projects in mind, this platform feels very great and purpose-built. There's a reason it's so widely recognized and commonly used, it handles development work really well and serves as a dependable, powerful system of record for tracking everything.
Cons
That same level of powerfulness can also make it feel a bit overwhelming. If someone is less technical, it can become fairly tough to learn, understand and move around in.

“helpful project kanban”
Pros
At work, I rely on it as our ticketing system for larger projects. Using the kanban boards and cards to track projects along with all the related subtasks has been really helpful for keeping everything organized.
Cons
Getting fully comfortable with the environment does take a bit of time. It took me a while to figure out where everything was and learn my way around.

Pros
There's a lot of functionality here and that part is really strong. It can also be customized to fit the needs of different programs which makes it very flexible.
Cons
Usability can be confusing at times and generating quick reports isn't as easy as it should be so that area still needs improvement.

“clear status dashboard”
Pros
Having all the management features gathered in one place is what I really appreciate about this software. It works as a very great management tool for keeping everything together. The feature I enjoy most is the issue organization especially the status tracking that uses colors and percentages because it makes everything much clearer and easier to follow.
Cons
The part I enjoy the least is the learning curve. It is not the most beginner-friendly tool so getting used to it takes a bit of time. Still, once you learn how it works, the time invested feels worth it overall.

“organized task tracking”
Pros
Right away, I appreciated how organized and easy it is. There aren't a lot of extra flourishes or unnecessary bells and whistles and it really feels built for technical teams that need to stay on top of prioritized tasks and workflows. That no-nonsense approach actually worked well for me, just the task list, clear priority labels and a simple way to follow progress through stages like fixed, ready for QA and verified.
Cons
Oddly enough, the thing I appreciated about the software is also part of why I didn't enjoy using it as much. I still prefer Basecamp or Slack because they feel a lot more fun and engaging to work in. This is definitely a great tool for strictly technical teams but as a producer I want a bit more creativity and color in the tools I use and I was never really excited to log in. Setting up new projects and adding people to teams or projects was also harder than it should have been.

Pros
Everything stays well organized and on top of that, it gives you a lot of customization so you can set it up exactly the way you want.
Cons

“dashboard and ticket control”
Pros
After using this product for more than three years, I can say it's a very user-friendly tool for tracking tickets across different projects. There are plenty of options available which helps keep everything well organized instead of becoming messy. Another feature I've really appreciated is the ability to build custom dashboards or use the standard dashboard view, both of which present tickets in a clear, readable way.
Cons
Getting started was a little confusing because, as a new user, it wasn't immediately clear what everything meant. That said, after about a week of using the software, I understood it fully and was able to navigate it without any trouble.

“feature-rich platform”
Pros
I like how it helps organize work in a clear hierarchy, offers customizable dashboards, allows workflow adjustments and makes team collaboration much easier.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve so you need to spend some time getting familiar with all the features. On top of that, customizing the dashboards can take a while and the mobile app experience isn't the strongest compared to the desktop version.
