“flexible connectors”
Pros
There are tons of ways to organize information and present it however you need. It also comes with connectors that can fit pretty much any workflow you can think of.
Cons
The interface isn't the lightest and some alternatives give you better value for the price or are simply free.

“better accountability”
Pros
Right away, the biggest plus for me was how easy it is to use and it also does a really good job of keeping everyone accountable for their responsibilities on projects and support requests.
Cons
I haven't come across anything I truly dislike at this point, it's an excellent product. The only thing I'd still want is a quick status report showing all the tickets I've submitted in one simple, easy-to-read view.

“story linking done right”
Pros
The way this tool creates stories and connects them to other cards is one of the best parts for me. It fits really well with Scrum methodology and makes the whole workflow much more useful and organized.
Cons
The pricing feels a bit too high for smaller teams. For a company with only four people, it becomes difficult to justify and afford what they are charging.

“team task tracking that delivers”
Pros
Keeping projects and tasks organized across several teams is really convenient with this. It lets you assign work to specific people and supports multiple handoffs on the same task all the way through to completion which helps a lot with coordination.
Cons
Customization options are fairly limited. Because of that, you sometimes have to come up with workarounds and those aren't always the most efficient way to handle things.

“project tracking that works”
Pros
Assigning project tasks and keeping an eye on status and workflow has been especially impressive.
Cons
One issue comes up in Confluence when creating a new page, if several people try to edit it at the same time some changes don't get saved. It really should support at least a small number of users updating simultaneously without affecting each other's work.

“flexible boards and workflows”
Pros
Ticketing is simple to handle and I really appreciate being able to customize the fields and workflows. The kanban boards and dashboards also make managing work very convenient.
Cons
I do wish it came with stronger built-in tools for testing. On top of that, the site can sometimes feel a bit tough to navigate.

“scrum done right”
Pros
Running work teams with this tool has been excellent especially when it comes to organizing projects around SCRUM. The part I appreciated most is how naturally projects can be adapted to the platform since it lines up really well with that methodology. It includes everything you would expect, like backlog management, sprints, user stories and more. It is also very practical for assigning responsibilities to other team members and the interface is attractive and simple which makes daily use pleasant. On top of that, the per-user subscription price feels quite reasonable.
Cons
Although the interface is pleasant and fairly easy, the platform includes a lot of project configuration options and if those are not set up properly they can create unexpected restrictions within a project. That said, the product is constantly receiving updates aimed at improving the overall user experience.

“better team communication”
Pros
It has completely changed how we communicate around the office. Before this, we were using Google Hangouts for everything and it was often difficult to stay on top of who was handling what.
Cons
There's definitely a bit of a learning curve once you get past the very basics. If you want to pull reports on who did what, you have to spend a little time figuring out how that works.

“great for SDLC tracking”
Pros
As an SDLC tool, this has been one of the best options I've used. Creating tasks and keeping them organized is much more manageable with it.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that some modifications or add-ons don't perform very well. It may just need more frequent updates to keep everything working properly.

“project tracking powerhouse”
Pros
Across all kinds of software development work, this has been a really flexible and user-friendly tool for us. We rely on it for everything from long-term, multi-developer projects to quick patches handled by a single developer. The interface is clean, easy and adaptable and features like attachments, comments and voting do a lot to support issue tracking and overall project management.
Cons
One downside to that flexibility is that it can sometimes feel a little too open-ended. There are several ways to categorize tickets and assign statuses and without clear standards in place, that can end up hurting reporting.

“helpful for teams”
Pros
Coming into this as an engineer during my internship, I ended up relying on it quite a bit. It was my first time using the product but it was very simple to get around and turned out to be really useful for our whole team.
Cons
The only improvement that comes to mind would be reducing the number of required fields a bit and adding more customization options for issues.

“agile tracking done right”
Pros
From day to day, this tool helps our team manage the tasks assigned to each member and supports the way we apply agile methodology. As soon as work starts on a task, everything keeps moving instead of waiting for that task to be fully completed first, people continue working based on their own assignments. It also gives us clear visibility into the progress of each person's tasks and we can review extra details as evidence of what is currently being worked on.
Cons
it's hard for me to point out any real flaw because it has been very useful for putting agile methodology into practice. Another helpful part is that whenever someone updates the status of their development, notifications are automatically sent to the people assigned to the task or to supervisors which makes progress even easier to monitor. Personally, I haven't come across anything frustrating or any missing feature so far. It seems to include everything necessary to do exactly what it is meant to do.

“quick team adoption”
Pros
Getting started as a user feels very easy so both brand-new teams and more experienced ones can transition over without much delay.
Cons
The initial setup does require quite a bit of time spent reading documentation or watching videos. It's especially important to look closely at the differences between the cloud and on-prem server versions if you're planning to move between them since the available features can vary a little.

“useful boards but weak search”
Pros
Across the team, this product does a great job of helping us prioritize work and making the status of tasks more transparent. The backlog, the current sprint board and especially the burndown chart are easily the strongest features.
Cons
Using it can be extremely slow. A lot of the labels are confusing and really need to be clearer. The search is also quite awkward, if you don't already know a story number, finding what you need is almost impossible.

“strong collaboration”
Pros
One thing that really helped was how it kept our team aligned across a wide range of disciplines, from data science and web analytics to urban planning.
Cons
Getting around the platform can be frustrating because navigation feels awkward and there are a few dead ends. JQL also comes across as a pretty awkward language for searching.

“full of potential”
Pros
Its modular design opens the door to almost unlimited functionality for both administrators and end users.
Cons
There are quite a few paid plugins that really feel like they should already be included in the core product. Having to buy add-ons even for very basic features is one of the less appealing parts of tools.

“helpful defect tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of defects and issues with this tool has been really helpful. The way information is displayed is clear and informative and the search features work well for finding what I need.
Cons

“great project management”
Pros
Managing projects with this software has been really effective. It handles a large number of open tickets and bugs very well and it makes it simple to link related items together or organize them using tags.
Cons
At times it can be a bit confusing since some edit boxes work differently depending on which screen you're on. There are also moments when pages don't refresh properly so a manual reload is needed to make sure the correct data is showing.

“simple team tracking”
Pros
After trying quite a few project management tools, this one stands out as one of the most simple I've used. I'm able to monitor projects my team creates and assign tasks directly to specific users without any hassle. It also does a good job of keeping communication flowing between everyone involved.
Cons
One area that could use some attention is the UI. It would be helpful if users could locate their logged jobs more easily and visibility could be improved a bit after a job is no longer tied to the original reporter.
