“versatile ticketing”
Pros
Across our company, this has become a regular go-to for handling tickets and staying on top of tasks. Everyone from IT engineers to customer support relies on it and it's a practical, useful tool that people can pick up and learn without much trouble.
Cons
Initially, we weren't sure it was the right fit because it looked a bit complex. After going through a few online tutorials though, we realized it was much easier to understand than expected and the features it provides are really strong.

“too complicated!!”
Pros
Using this has been pretty frustrating because almost every task feels more complicated than it should be. I much prefer a wiki that's clear and easy to use and since we have to work with both this and SharePoint, I honestly end up preferring SharePoint instead, which is something I never thought I'd say since I'm not a fan of that either.
Cons
It just feels unnecessarily complex overall. Even basic things like search are frustrating because it seems to return everything except the information you're actually trying to find.

“transparent tracking”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how clearly it shows group work and tracks both individual effort and overall project time. It has easily been one of the most efficient tools I've used as a business analyst.
Cons
The downside is that it's a little expensive so not everyone can afford the full version even if they want to use it. In my opinion, it would be much better if it were completely free so more people could access it and benefit from it.

“clear project visibility”

This app has been excellent for our team when it comes to mapping out projects and giving us a clear way to monitor and follow the progress of each one.

“automation and reporting”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for me is how much automation it supports for generating reports and dashboards. The RESTful APIs are genuinely useful and with a few easy JQL queries, you can pull exactly the data you need which helps automate a lot of tasks efficiently.
Cons
Oddly enough, the same thing that makes the software powerful is also what can make it frustrating. There are a few caveats where getting what you need becomes difficult especially when you are trying to work with an object in your script. Because of how heavy it is, the software can also feel slow at times and it does not always keep up well with the number of requests being made.

“strong sprint tracking”
Pros
Across our project teams, this has been a great tool for project management and for keeping track of software development progress across different sub-groups. It comes with several useful features especially the ability to configure projects and sprints based on the specific needs of the project and the SDLC approach being followed. We can also build different dashboards that display sprint velocity and overall project progress which has been very helpful for monitoring and tracking work.
Cons
One issue my team kept running into was that creating tickets and logging issues sometimes took longer than the actual task some team members had completed. At times, certain features were also harder to reach because the interface felt a bit complex. On top of that, new versions would sometimes be released with little to no guidance and a few features seemed to be missing without much explanation.

“boards with ticket control”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how much control it gives me to customize my boards, graphs and ticket management exactly the way I want. I can also set up my teams and organizations the way I need and manage tickets accordingly without any hassle.
Cons
It does take a bit of time to get familiar with at first but that's mainly because there are so many options available for customizing your own boards.

“easy ticket tracking”
Pros
From day one, this has felt like one of the best applications to use. Creating tickets is simple, closing them is just as easy and it helps us keep track of all our issues without any trouble.
Cons
there is very little to complain about. It works well for everyone, there's no need to pay anything, the interface is user-friendly and it feels very secure for all users.

“reliable project hub”
Pros
Having used it for software project management and bug tracking since 2005, I've seen it improve a lot over the years. It works really well for distributed teams because the setup is minimal and everything is web-based. The security settings are also very useful, with permission controls that let you limit users to certain projects and views. There are plenty of plugins available now to expand its functionality, including things like a Kanban board and the Fisheye source viewer. The messaging integration is great and it can send email or push notifications whenever someone is tagged in a comment. It's fast, efficient and covers everything I need for project management.
Cons
It does require DevOps support to restart the servers when services stop responding. From what we've seen, most of those service issues usually come from a plugin extension acting up.

“great for dev teams”
Pros
Nearly a decade in, my team still enjoys using it because it's easy to manage and practical for everyday work. It fits especially well with the rest of the ecosystem since the products connect with each other without much effort. As a software development company, we rely on it heavily for bug tracking, task management and keeping projects moving on schedule whenever possible. Since adopting the suite, including this tool, we really haven't felt any need to switch.
Cons
If there's one part I'm not thrilled about, it's the maintenance side and that applies to most of the suite as well. We host everything on-premise and keeping it all updated can feel pretty overwhelming at times. Anyone who doesn't want to deal with that side of things would probably be better off with it's cloud-hosted option. I've used the cloud version too and honestly it feels almost the same as the on-premise setup.

“highly adaptable”
Pros
There's a huge range of features here and the level of customization is impressive. Once it's set up, it can be tailored really well to match what your team needs.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it takes a bit of time since it's not the most simple platform at first. It also may require quite a bit of configuration before it fully fits the way you want to use it.

“bug tracking with integrations”
Pros
We use it for bug management and it covers the essentials really well with labeling, tracking, reporting and email integration. It also includes notifications, watchers and plenty of other helpful features that make staying on top of issues much easier.
Cons
The Search API could definitely be improved. It occasionally throws errors and when that happens it is not clear what is wrong with the search request which makes the whole process confusing.

“integrations that add value”
Pros
One thing we really appreciated was how capable the software is. It also comes with plenty of third-party integrations which made it much more useful for our team. For example, we were able to use the Freshdesk integration and that added a lot of value for us.
Cons
At the same time, that flexibility can also be a drawback. It offers more features than we actually need and handling integrations with other systems created extra hassle for us. We also ran into issues with other tools which is why we ended up switching from other products to Azure DevOps and didn't look back.

“project management powerhouse”
Pros
Compared with more basic options, this has been one of the most powerful project management tools we've used. It outperforms simpler tools in a lot of ways.
Cons
That depth of features and functionality does come with a trade-off in simplicity. It isn't always the most simple to navigate.

“favorite team tool”
Pros
This has become my favorite collaboration tool. It lets me create tickets whenever I need to, in a very simple yet detailed way. Its structure also makes it easier for people to support one another and stay focused on the actual issues that need to be solved.
Cons
At first, it can feel difficult for people who have never used a tool like this at work. Once they get past that initial learning phase though, it usually becomes much easier to use.
