“helpful ticket tracking”
Pros
The priority flags and ticket system work really well and it helps keep track of everyone's story without things getting lost.
Cons
Document upload area is terrible. Everything just gets thrown in there with no real organization.

“helpful guides”
Pros
Using it has made me really happy because every task comes with guidance so there's no confusion about what needs to be done each day. The features are very powerful and they make the work much more manageable.
Cons
The work timer is something I really appreciate because it reminds me what I'm supposed to be doing which helps me stay on top of deadlines. It pushes us to stay focused and work harder when a deadline is getting close.

“bug tracking that helps”
Pros
Working in technical support, this has been really valuable for our team because it helps us coordinate effortlessly with engineering whenever we hit bugs or app issues. It makes it simple to follow a bug from the moment it's first reported all the way through to a new product rollout.
Cons
At times, the variety of labels and boards can feel a little confusing though that may honestly come down to user error on my side.

“scrum powerhouse”
Pros
The UI feels really polished. It lets us set up project-specific boards and add work to the right board without any confusion. Creating user stories or bugs is very easy and assigning them to the appropriate team is just as simple. It also supports building out a sprint structure and placing stories into those sprints. For teams working with agile SCRUM methodology, it's an excellent fit.
Cons
It's definitely a heavyweight tool with a huge range of features and functions. Someone using it for the first time may feel a bit overwhelmed at the beginning. There are also plenty of shortcuts and remembering them all isn't easy early on. Still, once you get familiar with it, using it becomes much more convenient.

“github integration win”
Pros
Being able to clearly see the progress of our projects during daily agile ceremonies has been really valuable. It's also very easy to spot blockers and dependencies across the project. The GitHub integrations are a big plus too. We can automatically connect git branches to tickets and keep track of releases and deployments so product and project managers have full visibility.
Cons
One thing I really wish it handled better is detecting when you've been logged out and warning you before you try to update a ticket. There have been plenty of times when I've written a long, detailed comment on a ticket, clicked "post," and then lost everything because my session had expired. A heads-up beforehand would have saved me a lot of time.

“feature-rich but dated”
Pros
Plenty of useful features for building trackable tickets, with clear visibility into open, backlog and completed items. It also offers great organization options and a fair level of notifications.
Cons
The interface feels quite outdated and cluttered which makes the learning curve pretty steep. It works better for defined task items, like a specific development bug, than for ongoing issues such as feature exploration.

“flexible ticket search”
Pros
One of the best parts is how customizable the ticket searches are. I can use either JQL or the drop-down filters, depending on what I need and it lets me look up almost anything, including create date, assignee, reporter and more.
Cons
A few of the interface changes have made certain tasks less convenient. For example, the most recent update made adding watchers harder which is why I ended up switching back to the old view.

Pros
As one of the market leaders, this platform connects with a wide range of other services and applications and getting those integrations configured and linked up is pretty easy.

“Great organization with poor usability”
Pros
It helps keep our scrum organized and tidy and having everything in one place gives us a single source of truth.

“bitbucket-friendly platform”
Pros
This tool covers a lot and works really well alongside Bitbucket. Using it day to day feels easy and setting it up, configuring it and managing it are all pretty simple.
Cons
For a smaller company like ours, with fewer than 50 people, the cost feels a bit high. I do wish the pricing were more budget-friendly.

“powerful but confusing”
Pros
One area where this tool really delivers is project workflow management. It gave us the flexibility to build custom workflows that match the way our development team actually works and that made it much easier to monitor progress throughout each project.
Cons
Many of those advanced capabilities seem to come at the cost of usability. The platform is fairly hard for less experienced users to navigate and we've even had developers say they dislike using it because the whole experience feels too confusing.

“tracking that delivers”
Pros
Across the company, it covers most of what we need to track, from bugs all the way to OKRs. It's flexible enough to be customized for a wide range of workflows and it also integrates well with other tools we rely on, like QTest and TestRail.
Cons
Searching can be pretty frustrating at times and the tracking metrics/data aren't always presented in the most accessible or useful way.

“extensible workflows”
Pros
The flexibility is the biggest advantage here. It can genuinely adapt to just about any kind of user or team. We've built a wide range of business workflows in it, including advanced software development processes, contract and invoice handling and support operations for incidents and service requests with approvals. On top of that, the large developer community and huge marketplace of add-ons give us a lot of confidence that we can keep extending it to match whatever we need.
Cons
Without a great understanding of Agile development principles some parts of the platform can feel unfamiliar and may end up not being used at all. The admin side also comes with a pretty steep learning curve. Because there are so many features and configuration options, it's not always obvious what choices are available. The project administration "schemes" can be especially tricky and they sometimes make troubleshooting configurations more complicated than it should be.

“Logging issue”
Pros
It worked really well as a place to record issues and technical faults for both customers and staff. The system is stable overall and definitely felt worthwhile to use.
Cons
We stopped using the platform about two years ago though I still use it occasionally to log customer issues. My biggest complaint has always been that it feels fairly basic and used to crash quite often although a lot of those problems have been fixed now.

“helpful collaboration”
Pros
Keeping project updates organized is simple with the status update feature and adding comments helps the team stay aligned. I also appreciate being able to track estimated hours alongside actual worked hours which makes planning much clearer. The watcher feature is useful for keeping the right people informed and having a documentation link connected to the task is a nice touch.
Cons
The comment section could be more user-friendly especially with a better WYSIWYG-style editor. It would also be helpful to have a more flexible way to add task types like QA, Review or Testing, similar to how Version One handles it.

Pros
The interface is very simple to use which makes the whole platform feel really user-friendly while still being highly effective for keeping track of all your bugs.
Cons
