“team-ready platform”
Pros
A very user-friendly tool that's simple to work with. It's easy to set up new users and having multiple teams use it at the same time works really well. Customer care and product support have also been excellent whenever needed.
Cons
One downside is that subtasks don't always inherit the parent task properties which can be inconvenient. Response time is occasionally a bit slow and it would be much better if images could be copied and pasted directly into comments.

“tracking with docs”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is how customizable the software is, you can shape it around the way your team actually wants to work. It also does a great job of keeping all development tickets and rollout activity organized in one place. On top of that, having documentation centralized through Confluence is a big plus and makes information much easier to manage.
Cons
At the same time, the way those configurations are actually built can be incredibly frustrating. I'm not the person who administers the system but when I wanted to adjust part of our workflow, I walked through it with our admin and the amount of work involved was honestly overwhelming. My immediate reaction was that the process felt far more complicated than it should be, with too many moving parts just to make a change. The platform is definitely powerful but the customization side of it feels very manual.

“strong team tracking”
Pros
We rely on it to track and monitor the team's work and it has been a really great tool with plenty of features.
Cons
The UI could use some improvement and the admin features should be made more user-friendly.

“perfect tool teams”
Pros
The kanban boards do a really nice job of keeping tasks organized in separate lanes, whether that's by assignee, work type or whatever setup your team needs. There's a lot of flexibility which makes it a great fit for teams trying to build out an Agile workflow.
Cons
One thing that gets annoying is how links inside a task don't open in a new tab by default. Instead, they pull you out of the IT ticket window so you have to keep reminding yourself to manually force them open in another tab.

“better progress tracking”
Pros
With several teammates handling different parts of the work, it's much easier to stay on top of everything and keep track of progress all the way through to completion.
Cons
When scheduling repetitive jobs for the full year, every fiscal week has to be entered manually which takes far too much time. A simple task of adding the weeks ended up taking me around four hours to complete.

“better visibility”
Pros
It does an excellent job of keeping projects organized especially when it comes to accountability and visibility across the team.
Cons
A few updates have introduced bugs. For example, the "Add Watchers" field can automatically select the first suggested name even after a different full name has been typed out so pressing enter after entering "Devindra Sooklall" may end up adding "Devindra Abcd" instead.

“github automation boost”
Pros
It does a great job of helping us keep track of projects and stories tied to releases. The workflow is well set up and integrations like GitHub make automation much more manageable.
Cons
We rely on filters to look up stories that are going into a release by using field attributes. That setup supports our agile process when planning quarterly roadmaps and deadlines.

“great tracking setup”
Pros
Once our admin configured the right fields, the software worked well for tracking project completion and keeping the team updated on project activities.
Cons
Getting everyone on my team comfortable with the software took some effort because there's definitely a learning curve in how it works. Compared with other project management tools that present updates in a more polished and visually appealing way, this one felt pretty plain though it also seems like project tracking isn't really what it was designed for.

“kanban and workflows”
Pros
The Kanban board saves a lot of time and makes it simple to see the status of work assigned to each person. Setting up ticket statuses and building a workflow for a specific type of task is easy as well. On top of that, assigning work is simple and the email updates are very helpful too.
Cons
There are a lot of features and when organizations keep customizing it by adding more and more, it can start to feel complicated.

“real-time tracking”
Pros
Being able to view the projects assigned to me in real time was probably the part I appreciated most and adding notes was very easy. I could go through all of my projects in about half an hour, update everything with the notes that were needed and the system kept excellent track of it all.
Cons
I really didn't run into any downsides, aside from the features we chose not to enable, like the extra widgets and daily notifications. That was a company decision rather than something I personally would have opted for.

“story boards that work”
Pros
Using it day to day feels very natural. Creating stories and epics is easy and since most people are already familiar with the tool, getting started usually doesn't take much effort. It's especially helpful during daily standups and it works really well for managing the user story board as well as the Kanban board.
Cons
The analytics side still needs improvement. It should be more user-friendly when it comes to accessing and working with daily analytics. There's also room to make the difference between stories and bugs clearer because I've seen quite a few people struggle with that.

“Convenient sprint tracking”
Pros
Keeping tabs on issues feels very convenient with this tool. It connects really well with the code repository so I can quickly see whether code has been committed to address the underlying problem. It also does a great job of integrating sprint tracking which makes progress much easier to follow.
Cons
When problems come up, getting support is not very quick. Customer service feels weak overall and the software also doesn't seem to get updated very often.

“reporting made simple”
Pros
One thing that really makes this tool stand out is how easy the reporting functionality is. Depending on the way you use it, that simplicity can make managing projects a lot more manageable.
Cons
When a ticket or issue has a lot of time logged against it, JIRA can get pretty slow while you're trying to log additional time to that same ticket.

“Strong starter features with missing essentials”
Pros
There are plenty of beginner-friendly agile features included in the software which makes it a decent starting point.
Cons
One thing I really don't like is the whole setup of having to buy extra features through the marketplace. A lot of those basic functions should already be built into the product instead of being locked behind add-ons. It could easily bring in or acquire the most popular marketplace add-ons and integrate them directly.

“Perfect collaboration but complex setup”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how it helps cross-functional teams document tasks in one place without losing track of important data. The wide range of integrations is also a big plus especially with tools like Slack, Freshdesk and Confluence since it keeps all the reference information connected and easier to manage.
Cons
At the same time, there are quite a few complicated functions and while that is not always a bad thing, it can make setup confusing for administrators in certain situations. It also takes users a fair amount of time to get familiar with everything.

Pros
Keeping track of both my own work and the whole team's workload is much more manageable with this tool. It makes it easier for everyone to plan projects well in advance and the backlog is a big help for holding onto ideas so nothing gets forgotten.

Pros
It's been a really effective way to assign work and keep an eye on progress. We rely on it across the board, from software development and OKRs to support ticket management.

“packed with features”
Pros
No matter how unusual the workflow is, this tool can usually handle it. It's clearly a mature product that has accumulated a wide range of capabilities over the years making it flexible enough to support just about any type of development team.
Cons
That age also shows in the form of serious feature bloat. The worst part is the security configuration, there are far too many settings and they vary across boards, projects, admin permissions, workflows and more. It really feels like layers upon layers of settings.
