“Perfect for reporting”
Pros
This tool works really well for software development especially for product optimization and issue tracking. The agile reporting is useful for understanding sprint action items and the velocity chart gives a clear view of what is still left in the project to meet the sprint goal. Its query language is also helpful for filtering bugs based on sprint requirements. The cloud-based infrastructure is a strong fit for startup organizations and the advanced permission settings do a good job of controlling user access.
Cons
One area that needs improvement is anonymous access which should come with more restrictions. Many times, issues get resolved but the customer never receives that information because the report was submitted anonymously. The support service could also be simpler since it is quite complicated to figure out which server should be chosen for a new product when there are so many options available.

“sprint reporting tools”
Pros
Managing several sprints at the same time is very convenient with this tool. It also makes it simple to monitor tickets by status, whether they are open, in progress or already resolved/closed. On top of that, generating reports is easy and those reports help a lot when checking metrics and overall progress.
Cons
Initial setup and configuration take some effort and can feel quite complicated. It is also a little on the expensive side. Since the platform comes with a lot of features, beginners may find it harder to understand and get comfortable with at first.

“great for bugs and scrum”
Pros
Compared with other tools I've used, this one stands out as the best option for both bug tracking and Scrum boards. Its usability is a huge advantage and one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back to it.
Cons
Updated interface hasn't been very impressive although thankfully it's still possible for now to switch back to the old layout. The new version also feels like it's missing several important fields needed for bug reporting.

“essential for product teams”
Pros
Among all the tools I have used in my professional life, this has probably been one of the most important. It makes day-to-day work much better for product managers like me and the integrations with other software are really easy and highly functional.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into bugs that I cannot resolve myself and I am not always able to find answers in the community either. That has been a consistent concern for me although I am confident they will address it soon.

“versatile tracking hub”
Pros
Whether it's software development or handling support requests, this works as a highly versatile solution for just about any use case that needs issue or ticket tracking. It really serves as the central hub for keeping everything organized and moving.
Cons
When we first started using it, a few workflows felt a bit awkward by design. It has continued to improve the platform over time, along with the rest of their product suite.

“success starts here”
Pros
From organizing a service department around ITIL best practices to improving collaboration with clients, this has given us exactly the support we needed. It is also essential for modern project management and managing the full project lifecycle. we would not be as successful as we are without it.
Cons
I really do not see any downside here. The software is so mature that it has been able to handle every challenge we have run into.

“real-time project tracking”
Pros
Being able to monitor project progress in real time was a big plus. It worked really well for project communication and helped reduce a lot of unnecessary meetings.
Cons
Downside is that it wasn't the most simple tool to use. Commenting and sending messages was fairly simple to figure out but setting up a project or task took more effort than it should have.

“customizable features”
Pros
From requirement analysis and task management to bug tracking, this application covers a wide range of needs. It supports multiple functions in one place and the customization options available for every entity make it useful across different situations. The various plugins also add to its flexibility and overall value.
Cons
Its performance is heavily influenced by the quality of the server and internet connection. On top of that, having to customize nearly everything by yourself can feel confusing for some users.

“workflows and customization”
Pros
Getting new employees up and running with it doesn't take much time which is a big plus. At the same time, it has plenty of depth for advanced users especially with custom queries and the ability to tailor ticket fields, the Sprint Board and the overall ticket lifecycle.
Cons
One area that still feels unclear is the difference between a Ticket, a Story and a Sub-ticket. Knowing when each one should be used can be confusing and that often leads to mistakes. The day-to-day experience also depends heavily on how a project administrator has configured the ticket lifecycle, custom fields, board layout and other settings. If you're a regular user and not an administrator, you can't really adjust things or build a personal view that works better for you so you end up relying on the administrator's idea of what fits the company or project. Since every IT project can be set up differently, moving a ticket from one project to another can be frustrating because the required fields may change and in a large organization you may not always have enough context to understand what those fields mean. It would help a lot if every custom field included a hint with an explanation and example and if each project or component had a default assignee who could triage tickets when you're unsure who should receive them.

“scalable and flexible”
Pros
Getting started with it is fairly easy and the level of customization is impressive. If you begin with the right design in place, onboarding goes well and the system can grow with your team without much trouble.
Cons
Product's approach is clearly built around being highly customizable but that comes with two tradeoffs. The first is cost, if you want features that most teams will eventually need, you'll likely have to buy add-ons from the marketplace. It works fine out of the box but once a team starts scaling some important features just aren't there by default so extra spending is pretty much expected. The second issue is that all this flexibility creates design and feature challenges. The more freedom teams have to customize, the harder it becomes to keep the program consistent across the board.

“agile tracking powerhouse”
Pros
Being able to adapt this tool to different agile methodologies has been a huge advantage for my team. That flexibility, along with how easy it is to track progress and deliver design solutions across the organization, has made it an essential part of how we work.
Cons
This is a very mature product and there's a lot to appreciate about it. Still, a few small overlooked details can be frustrating, like clicking a link and having it open in the same tab instead of a new one by default which can end up causing work to be lost.

“strong integrations”
Pros
Its flexibility is a big advantage and the platform is powerful enough to handle just about any workflow scenario we need. The recent UI updates have been a welcome improvement and for end users working with basic to moderately complex workflows, it feels fairly simple. We also use the Freshdesk integration for client support and that connection has been working quite well for us.
Cons
Setting everything up can still be pretty confusing especially when creating new projects from the ground up. The configuration details provided for the templated or out-of-the-box projects are not very clear or helpful. It does become more manageable once someone understands how it works but getting people up to speed quickly enough to confidently own updates is still a challenge.

“workflows with alerts”
Pros
Having the ability to tailor internal processes around pre-defined tags for different projects is really useful. The task follow notifications are also a big plus and help keep everything on my radar.
Cons
There's definitely a lot to learn and the interface feels quite crowded. Since we already use several task-tracking tools, it can get overwhelming trying to stay on top of multiple layouts at once.

“team-friendly workflows”
Pros
It offers plenty of ways to tailor your workflow and keep communication organized across different projects with your team.
Cons
At the same time, the number of customization options can become a bit overwhelming, both the ones you control and the changes made by the IT team. We originally customized our cloud instance four years ago and some of those changes were later overwritten by more recent updates.

“multi-project tracking”
Pros
Across our software work, this has been one of the most reliable and great project management tools we've used. It helps us stay on top of different issues and defects in our application while also making teamwork much better through collaboration and clear communication around issue status updates. The support for multiple projects makes it even more valuable since it lets us manage several projects and teams from one place.
Cons
One downside is that it doesn't link with other CRMs or ticketing systems which can be limiting. Still, its core purpose is project management and it does that well enough that I can live with that gap.

Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and the whole setup process is simple to handle. It also offers plenty of customization when you need to tailor things further.

“flexible boards but confusing setup”
Pros
It's a useful and compelling tool for organizing team work. Being able to assign and customize different ticket statuses is especially valuable and the option to manage sprints across different board styles like Kanban or Scrum is another strong point. The integration with other products such as Confluence is also a nice benefit. On top of that, the UX feels simple and easy while still offering plenty of options for different kinds of users.
Cons
Once you start setting up a lot of boards or sprints at the same time, it can become a little confusing. It is not always very clear which boards have already been created or which tickets belong to each one. There are also some limitations depending on the issue category. For example, subtasks can only be created from an issue configured as a "task," and it would be more useful if that kind of option were available no matter which issue category is being used.
