“helpful collaboration”
Pros
It works really well when I'm collaborating with my product and engineering teams.
Cons
It's not quite as simple as some other project management tools for the non-technical people I work with.

“custom ticketing”
Pros
Setting up and tailoring ticket templates and fields is very easy and it's simple to customize them based on what's needed.
Cons
The newest release has a terrible user experience and adds a lot of unnecessary friction. Even the most important and frequently used ticket fields are now extremely hard to locate. Accessing many of those fields takes several clicks and my whole team ended up going back to the previous version just to avoid the frustration.

“agile tracking win”
Pros
There's quite a lot you can accomplish with this software. It's really helpful for project tracking, monitoring and managing Agile user stories.
Cons
Some of the add-on features come at an extra cost and it can feel a little tricky to get used to in the beginning.

“bug tracking workflow”
Pros
It's a really great bug tracking tool. We can monitor bugs for each user by setting up individual dashboards and filters and the integrations with Slack and GitLab work very well. On top of that, it supports Scrum nicely which makes it fit well into our development process.
Cons
There's still some room to improve the UI and at times the website feels a bit slow although that could also be due to network issues. Other than that, I haven't really come across any major downsides so far.

“reliable ticketing”
Pros
From day one, this ticketing software has felt dependable and the workflow is simple. It keeps requests organized in a easy and simple way.
Cons
A downside is that some of the built-in reporting feels limited which makes OKR tracking harder for users who can't write code.

“complex project tracking”
Pros
Linking boards and tickets, setting up dependencies and adding tasks directly into sprints are all things this platform handles better than a lot of competing tools. It does cost more but for projects with multiple priorities happening at once and several initiatives moving through different stages, the added expense feels justified.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is the option to create subtasks under a main task, similar to how ASANA does it. That would make progress much easier to monitor and would help cut down on the ticket clutter that tends to build up in tools built around separate tickets.

“helpful scheduling view”
Pros
One thing this product does really well is give a clear schedule for every person assigned to a specific job so managers can quickly understand the team's overall performance. It also makes work tracking very easy and convenient.
Cons
Cross-checking functions and integration with other engineering software could be improved which would make the program more practical and easier to use day to day.

“agile planning fit”
Pros
Setting it up to match our business needs is easy and doesn't take much effort. It works well for planning stories, adding estimates and collaborating with the team. Overall, it's a great tool for Agile practices.
Cons
At the same time, the platform feels overly complex because there are so many options available. A lot of them could be simplified and made more simple to understand. It would help to have a more basic version focused on the features teams actually use every day since the number of options can get confusing pretty often.

“ticket and issue tracking”
Pros
It's an excellent option for handling tickets and keeping track of product issues. There's plenty of room to customize it so you can shape it around the way your team already works.
Cons
At times, it can feel quite slow. You'll also need to learn CQL if you want to fine-tune it and get better performance.

“dashboards and sprint flow”
Pros
One thing that really works well is the custom dashboards. Having the epic, product backlog and current sprint all visible on the same page makes planning and tracking much more practical. It's also very useful to generate a sprint retrospective document at the end of each sprint and to set up templates for release notes. Another helpful feature is the ability to attach files which makes issues much clearer and easier to understand.
Cons
It doesn't really require formal training to learn the tool because with daily use most users become comfortable with it pretty quickly. The only downside I see is with filters. In Kanban, you have to rely on the administrator to create a filter and that's something that should really be available for all users to manage on their own.

“teamwork made easier”
Pros
Whether the project is simple or highly customized, this tool can adapt to just about any workflow you need. It supports collaboration in plenty of useful ways, including comments, assignees and time tracking and the card fields are highly flexible. You can configure them around your project's specific needs, such as team ownership, task or work type, priority, difficulty and much more.
Cons
One downside is that it's fairly complex so getting a board set up for your team can take a good amount of time. It also uses a lot of system resources which means loading can be extremely slow on a less powerful computer. Keeping fewer tabs open does seem to help a bit.

“excellent task visibility”
Pros
Across the projects I've handled over the past two years, this has been the best tool for tracking and monitoring everything that needs to get done. It makes it much simpler to see which parts of a project are moving along well and where action is needed to fix a possible bottleneck or other issue before it grows.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it didn't happen right away and the learning curve was a bit longer than I had expected.

“workflows for every team”
Pros
It offers a full set of features for tracking bugs and managing project tasks without hassle. Assigning work feels very flexible and the ability to build custom workflows makes it fit well for teams of any size, whether small or large.
Cons
Backlog board and active sprint view could use more ways to rearrange tickets, such as moving an item to the top of a sprint. Quick filters also need improvement so it's easier to view tickets assigned across more than one resource effectively.

“QA tracking done right”
Pros
Back when I was working as a digital project manager on website builds and other technical projects, this was something we relied on heavily. It's a must-have for technical development work because it helps keep track of every required update during the QA process and it does it in a way that feels very user-friendly.
Cons
I don't have any negatives to point out. It fit our use case perfectly, matched what we needed as a business and delivered on all of our requirements.

“handy sprint tool”
Pros
Using this has been very convenient. It's simple to work with and analyzing and tracking the way we work is quite easy. It's also very flexible since we can update it the way we want, like filtering by person. The graphical layout makes it much easier to compare sprints and overall it's one of the best tools for keeping track of our work.
Cons
UI could definitely be improved and when I was just getting started, it felt a little hard to understand. The user manual could also be better and more helpful.

“packed with features”
Pros
Among the agile tools I've worked with, this is arguably the best because it comes with a huge range of features and plenty of third-party integrations. Creating and managing issues is simple and easy and the search function is excellent for quickly finding tickets that already exist. Filtering issues is another standout feature, if I need to view only my own items or those assigned to a specific teammate, it's fast and convenient. Progress tracking is also very useful for making sure a sprint stays on course and gets completed successfully. On top of that, the reporting across the project management workflow is really strong and the sprint reports are especially impressive. One of the biggest advantages is how well it connects with communication tools like Slack. It also has mobile apps which is pretty much expected now but still a really valuable addition to have.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve at the beginning so it can feel a bit difficult when you're first getting started but once you understand how it works, it's hard to switch to anything else. It also sends a large number of emails which can get annoying sometimes although that can be managed. Another downside is the pricing since the licenses are charged on a per-member basis which can become expensive.

“workflow transformation”
Pros
Scalability is the biggest win here. We were able to roll it out across our software development teams and tie everyone's work together with continuous integration, QA testing and sprint planning. Managing multiple groups became much more organized even with teams spread across 15 different time zones as well as people working in-house.
Cons
Getting started was definitely challenging. I was coming from Trello and a much smaller internal team so figuring out how to use this effectively for a QA team, a remote user, a remote development team, a supervisor who needed reporting and in-house developers took some effort in the beginning. At that stage, all of our tasks had been living in Trello and we didn't have sprint schedules in place yet so the transition was a bit tough at first.

“organized task flow”
Pros
Everything is laid out in a very organized way and it makes the flow of tasks really easy to follow.
Cons
One limitation is that only one person can be assigned to watch a task so it's not very helpful for work that needs multiple people to oversee it or stay updated on progress.

“Simple and effective but not fully featured”
Pros
Using it day to day, the biggest advantage is how easy it is. We rely on it regularly to follow development work, manage issues and assign sprint points. New users can get up to speed quickly and it really doesn't take much effort or technical know-how to start using it effectively.
Cons
On the downside, there are more complete product and lifecycle management tools on the market, such as HP ALM and SAP SOLMAN. Those platforms offer capabilities like requirements tracking and building a traceability matrix and recreating that in this tool feels somewhat complicated.

“customization and flexibility”
Pros
There's a huge amount of depth here, with tons of customization options and integrations that let each company tailor the platform to fit the way they work. It covers a wide range of needs and most use cases a company can think of can likely be handled within the system.
Cons
That same level of customization can also make it feel overwhelming and awkward at times especially for the team responsible for setting it up and managing it in day-to-day operations. We've also run into some odd bugs and a few missing features that a lot of users have been asking for yet they still seem to sit in the backlog for years.
