“efficient ticketing”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits for our company is how well this tool helps us create tickets for the tech team in a structured organized way. Because everything comes in clearly, our CTO can review and triage issues quickly and set priorities without things getting lost. It has played a big part in making our tech team the most organized and efficient group in the company.
Cons
They recently launched a new version called Tech Ops which is a promising addition but it is still lacking a number of important features. I have also tried reaching out to their team about it and the lack of response has been frustrating.

“filtering and assignment tools”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most is the filtering tool. It makes it really simple to find tickets opened by me or by other people. Reassigning a ticket is easy too, just start typing someone's name and it pops up right away.
Cons
Feature I like least is how linked subtasks are shown under a parent ticket. At first glance, it's difficult to tell that this is happening and the child ticket can look like a separate individual ticket unless you actually click into it. I'd really like to see some kind of indicator on the search results screen.

“Tracking boost”
Pros
Working with tools like Bitbucket and Confluence has been a big plus. It really helps with project management and issue tracking and inside each ticket I can quickly see all the commits and branches where the ticket number is mentioned.
Cons
Every now and then, I have to reload the page before I can edit something or upload a file. It gets frustrating especially after writing a lot and then not being able to save right away. Reloading the page usually fixes it but it's still annoying.

“Feasible and easy”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about this software is how easy and user-friendly it is. It doesn't rely on gimmicks which makes it feel practical and clear to use.
Cons
The part I like least is that there are a lot of pages to go through. Even though the software is user-friendly, it still involves quite a few buttons to click.

“friendly interface”
Pros
At the beginning, it felt a bit overwhelming but once I got used to it, it really became part of my routine and now I can't imagine working without it. The interface is friendly and doesn't take long to get comfortable with.
Cons
I'd still love to see a brighter-looking interface. The cloud version's performance hasn't been all that satisfying for me although I'm confident it will improve over time.

“powerful workflow tools”
Pros
Our company had a well-built, efficient setup for this platform and it made a big difference. The workflows helped us get things done quickly and made it clear where each project was in the process. It also comes with a broad range of features and customization options so it can be tailored to match just about any company's needs.
Cons
At the same time, it can feel overwhelming pretty fast especially for anyone who is new to the software or working in an organization with a poorly configured setup. New users usually need some training before they can really start using it comfortably.

“clean and fast”
Pros
Right away, the simple interface stood out to me and I've also really appreciated how many features and use cases the software offers. On top of that, pages and tools load quickly which makes using it feel efficient.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve so it's not something you master quickly. End users can also run into issues when forms and tickets become too customized or cluttered which can make them feel overly busy.

“Simple SDLC tracking”
Pros
Among the apps I've used for the software development life cycle, this has easily been one of the best. Bug tracking and update management feel convenient and the overall feature set is very simple to work with.
Cons
I've noticed a bit of lag when scrolling through the comments section. That part could definitely use some improvement.

“feature-packed platform”
Pros
Every day, I rely on it to manage bugs and tasks and it has proven to be a highly versatile and powerful product that justifies the cost. It comes packed with features and is easy to use.
Cons
A few areas feel less simple even though they are documented and it takes a bit of time to learn how to use them properly.

“navigation needs improvement”
Pros
After spending a long time searching, it does help when I finally locate what I need. That part is useful.
Cons
Getting around it is very difficult and finding what I need takes more effort than it should. The search only works if I use very specific terms which makes it frustrating. Explanations for why something has an issue are hard to track down and usually not descriptive enough. It doesn't feel very user friendly and moving from one screen to another without saving is also difficult.

“flexible standard”
Pros
There are plenty of ways to set it up for different project management styles which is a big reason it's often treated as the standard option. In my current marketing use case, it doesn't feel like the perfect match but we still haven't come across a better alternative.
Cons
With so many customization choices, add-ons and upgrade paths, it can be hard to build exactly what you need without spending quite a bit more. It also tends to require dedicated people who can help manage the tool itself.

“awesome and easy to use”
Pros
Using this software has been fantastic. It's very simple to use and teaching other people how to work with it is just as easy. Our company enjoys using it a lot.
Cons
There really isn't much negative to mention. Every now and then the software freezes but after shutting down the computer and turning it back on, everything works fine again.

“useful boards but tricky setup”
Pros
Keeping the team aligned during software development is one of the biggest benefits here. The board gives a clear view of what people are working on now, what has not been started and what still needs that final push to get done. For this kind of workflow management, it honestly feels like one of the best tools available. It also handles backlog grooming really well and being able to customize swimlanes is a feature I use a lot.
Cons
Once you try to go beyond basic swimlane customization on the active board, things become complicated very fast because of the ticket status setup. A lot of the time, doing something that should be easy means digging through endless screens just to figure out where the setting lives. Even after all that, I still run into permission limits that stop me from customizing things like what appears when a ticket is dragged from one column to another. That part is a nightmare. Another thing that really needs fixing is how links are handled. If I click a website link that goes to a different domain, it should open in a new tab or window, not replace the current tab. Same-domain links opening in the same tab are fine but outside links absolutely should not. It is incredibly annoying to click a link in a comment, get distracted and then realize my backlog is gone because the app replaced it. It happens more often than I want to admit. One more feature I really wish it had during backlog grooming is the ability to bulk select tasks and instantly see the total estimated time or story points. Right now, there is no simple way to do that unless I create a fake sprint and throw everything into it which is ridiculous. A running total at the bottom when multiple tasks are selected, similar to how spreadsheets automatically sum highlighted cells, would be a huge improvement. I should not have to jump through hoops just to see the combined estimate for several tasks.

“great for structured testing”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths here is how well testing is organized, along with the wide range of issue types available for QA work, such as Features, Test Cases, Test Sets, Test Executions, Test Plans and Bugs. It does a really good job of tracking both test runs and bug progress which makes follow-up much more manageable. It also adapts very well to Gherkin and Cucumber and it aligns nicely with ISTQB testing standards. On top of that, it works well for teams using either Scrum or Kanban and the boards and views, like follow-up dashboards and sprint boards, are genuinely useful. Another plus is the flexibility to add Xray, Zephyr or any other test plugin that fits the team's needs.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve at the beginning so users really need some training before getting started because the software can feel a bit complex the first time around. From a tester's perspective, one limitation is that the same test case cannot be executed more than once within a single test execution. It also becomes increasingly harder to manage when doing end-to-end testing across multiple applications at the same time.

“frustrating ticket visibility”
Pros
It works as a dependable ticketing platform for our advancement team to manage requests and issues and it has made their project management process much more effective.
Cons
On the user side though, it can be pretty annoying since you need a separate login just to check your open tickets. The responses inside the system also tend to get cut off which makes things harder to follow. Once you have several tickets going at the same time, it becomes confusing very fast.

“bug tracking that works”
Pros
Keeping up with bugs that come up during day-to-day work is really simple with this tool. It's very easy to use, updating items takes almost no effort and it makes it easy to keep everyone informed whenever those updates happen.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the visual side of it. The interface feels a bit plain and there aren't many options if you want to customize how your views look.

“professional sprint management”
Pros
Among the tools available, this is one of the best for handling sprint activities in a very professional way. The test story workflow is easy and can be learned pretty quickly.
Cons
Filtering a specific group of stories is quite difficult because it can only be done through a query. A more user-friendly filtering option would be really helpful.

“workflows and notifications”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the broad feature set which makes it adaptable to all kinds of projects. Features like custom workflows across different boards and trackers give you a lot of flexibility. Task management feels very easy and subscribers can decide exactly how they want to follow specific items or ignore them. The notification system is quite powerful and adjusting those settings is simple. On top of that, updates can be made without causing major lag or interfering with changes already in progress.
Cons
While using the Kanban board recently for story management, moving cards around for stories, tasks and similar items felt pretty awkward and awkward. It also falls short on plugin support compared with other tools I've used. Another weak spot is querying across a repository of IT projects which doesn't feel as convenient or as accurate as I'd expect.

“fits any business”
Pros
Biggest advantage for me was how customizable this product is. It can be adapted to almost any type of business, whether you're selling wine, running a bakery or just trying to keep a close eye on how things are moving in your operation. You can pretty much tailor everything to match the way your business works.
Cons
One downside is that it's quite difficult to suggest a new feature and actually see that feedback turned into something implemented. On top of that, support can sometimes struggle to resolve issues when you're a more advanced user.

“complete SaaS platform”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels very well designed and clearly built to handle a wide range of use cases. It works as a complete SaaS solution and the community around it is a real plus especially since people actively share fixes and ideas for challenges that other organizations are likely to run into as well.
Cons
Pricing climbs quickly as the number of users increases and adding extra features from the marketplace can drive the overall cost up even more.
