“kanban project tracking”
Pros
Managing a large project is much more organized with this tool because it keeps all the work that needs to be done clearly tracked. Creating epics, tasks and subtasks is easy and the ability to link them together adds a lot of value. I also really appreciate the kanban-style view which makes it simple to see what needs attention right now and stay focused on current priorities.
Cons
Even with all the helpful features for tracking work, the biggest downside is performance. Once the backlog gets larger, loading times become frustratingly slow, pages can take 20 to 30 seconds to open and sometimes even a single issue takes minutes just to display.

“helpful tracking tool”
Pros
This software works well for planning and project management. The way it's designed helps everyone on the team stay updated on how the project is progressing from beginning to end.
Cons
There's quite a bit of confusion around the products under this brand and who they're actually meant for. On top of that, the learning curve feels pretty steep.

“widely trusted”
Pros
It's easy to use and there's plenty of reference material available when I need help. Since so many people already know the system, it also makes hiring much simpler.
Cons
At times, the reports and exports can be confusing to read or format. If the setup is done incorrectly, it can create major problems and some of the plug-ins don't add much value.

“customizable workflows”
Pros
It is incredibly flexible and supports a wide range of implementations which makes it possible to build very customized workflows while still keeping processes aligned and consistent.
Cons
That same flexibility can also make things confusing at times especially when trying to figure out the right place to manage certain features. It also seems to have a pretty fixed view of which features belong in the product even though a lot of users are applying it beyond traditional agile development use cases.

“scales with teams”
Pros
Ticket and epic management is really strong, with built-in alerts and issue tracking that help keep everything organized. It also integrates well with the other tools our product and engineering teams rely on which makes collaboration much more connected. On top of that, it handles growth very well and scales without becoming a problem.
Cons
Getting new team members up to speed can be challenging if the right training materials are not available.

“powerful but takes learning”
Pros
The platform offers a lot of capability overall and brings plenty of value once you get used to it.
Cons
Handle on permissions and workflow setup can feel overwhelming at times. The editing experience also isn't fully consistent, Markdown works oddly in the older editor while the newer one is much better. Unfortunately, ticket creation still relies on the old editor.

“sprint tracking tools”
Pros
Right out of the gate, this tool gives me everything I need to organize work properly. I can create epics, stories, tasks and sub-tasks without any hassle. It also helps a lot with planning because I'm able to track effort using story points and at the same time monitor the actual effort in hours. The Sprint view is very convenient and creating as well as managing Sprint Boards is easy. Another big plus is how well it integrates with Bitbucket and Confluence which makes collaboration and development tracking much better.
Cons
At the beginning, getting familiar with all of the features took a bit of time so there was definitely a learning curve for me. Another limitation is that each project has its own separate board. Compared with some other tools, I can't just log into one dashboard and immediately see all of the accounts or projects assigned to me in a single place.

“project management standout”
Pros
This one really impressed me. I've worked with plenty of project management tools and this platform outperforms most of them. It feels a little complex at the beginning but after a short time it starts to feel natural and becomes second nature to use.
Cons
Getting started can be tough for a beginner because the learning curve is definitely steep. That said, it doesn't take long to get past that and the strong management features more than make up for the initial complexity.

“flexible for teams”
Pros
Setting up groups is easy and the platform adapts well to different kinds of teams, whether it's for project management or handling issue resolution.
Cons
The one drawback is that navigating the software can sometimes be a bit tricky especially when trying to locate specific individual tasks.

“strong team integrations”
Pros
Across our teams, this has been really effective at keeping different departments aligned and working together better. The integrations with Google Forms and Zendesk are especially powerful and they've played a big role in improving our internal workflows.
Cons
Reporting is one area that could be much better. For anything beyond basic reports, we've had to export the data into Excel which feels inefficient and adds extra work.

“reliable for years”
Pros
Using this software has been very easy for us. I'm not even sure there's a real alternative that fits the same need. It makes it simple to see all tasks, whether they're assigned or still unassigned. Our company has been using it for more than five years and we've had no doubts about sticking with it.
Cons
I can't point to any major downsides, honestly. That said some people might need a little time to adjust to the system at first. It is user-friendly overall but getting fully comfortable with it can still take a bit of time.

“Great workflow but poor navigation”
Pros
It works really well for coordinating our DEV, QC, QA and other teams and it does a great job of tracking software development issues along with client requests.
Cons
It doesn't operate like most other tools so I have to keep a list of keyboard shortcuts nearby. Navigating it isn't very simple and overall it's not that user-friendly.

“remote teamwork boost”
Pros
Being able to capture, assign and prioritize work in one place has been really helpful and keeping track of progress is very easy. It also lets me collaborate remotely with other team members without any trouble.
Cons
Since I was previously managing tasks and projects only with spreadsheets, I honestly haven't run into any issues with this software so far.

“versatile agile platform”
Pros
Whether you run your team with Agile/Scrum or prefer Agile/Kanban, this platform handles both really well and keeps projects organized. The plugin ecosystem makes it highly extensible so there is always room to adapt it to different needs without feeling limited. Setup is fairly easy and with the newer versions it's also quite manageable to build it in HA environments, for example on AWS.
Cons
Even though the product is very mature, it still comes across as a large monolithic system despite having a plugin-based architecture. Plugin pricing is also too high for features that often feel fairly basic. On top of that, the Marketplace could use much tighter control and would benefit from working more like the Apple or Google app store model.

“clean design”
Pros
Right away, the interface stands out with its polished look and feel. The application is easy to navigate and making changes is simple and hassle-free.
Cons
One area that could use some improvement is the emails the system sends out, as they could be cleaner in layout and a bit easier to read.

“planning that delivers”
Pros
After using it for a long time, I can say this app has been excellent for planning jobs. It's highly customizable and very simple to work with.
Cons
App is really good overall but the IT team can be a bit slow when it comes to fixing bugs. Some CSS issues show up and seem to stick around for a very long time.

“calendar and ticket tools”
Pros
Having the calendar feature built in is really useful because it helps me stay on top of all my projects. The tools inside each ticket are also easy to navigate and being able to upload multiple files, including different file types, to the same ticket is a big plus.
Cons
Feature I liked least is the watch feature. Other people can add me as a watcher to different tickets and once that happens I keep getting email notifications for everything related to that ticket. If I'm not actually needed on it, I have to open that specific ticket and remove myself manually.

“custom workflows that fit”
Pros
One of the best things about it is how customizable it is. You can set up workflows to match the way your company already operates instead of having to change your processes to fit the software.
Cons
That level of customization does come with a trade-off when it comes to usability. At times, it can be hard to figure out how to make certain administrative changes in the system and reporting can feel a bit tough as well.

“better team visibility”
Pros
Having this software in place has been fantastic for our development work because it gives the whole team clear visibility into what's happening on a project. Everyone has a single place to check updates, track blockers and stay aligned on ongoing work. It's also really useful that people outside the development team can still look up projects through the read-only access without affecting anything.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating is the search feature when trying to locate certain projects or tasks. At times, the search logic seems to focus more on keywords or syntax from the project title rather than the details written in the project description which makes some results harder to find.

“centralized resources”
Pros
Using it has been very easy and it does a good job of keeping specific resources together in one central place. It also offers smaller sections within the software that help organize extra details for each individual topic.
Cons
The dashboard layout and overall setup could be improved so the program is more simple and easier to understand.
