“task tracking win”
Pros
Having one central platform that different teams and functional areas all use to assign and track work is really valuable. It keeps everything visible in one place and with this tool, we no longer have to worry about important tasks slipping through the cracks.
Cons
As more issues have been added and tracked over the years, there has been some minor slowdown when running searches and queries.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Agile development works really well with this. The ecosystem lets me log time, manage issues as tasks and sub-tasks, see exactly when work is completed, build estimates and break large, complicated projects down into smaller, more manageable parts.
Cons
Support feels pretty disconnected from the actual user base on a number of issues and they've been unwilling to add features that could help hundreds or even thousands of users. Migrating, updating and initial setup can also be quite tricky. Some plugins are paid so the costs can stack up although I personally haven't spent much compared with the value I've gotten out of it.

“handy work tracking”
Pros
Packed with useful features for project managers, developers, scrum masters and others, this tool has been really helpful in my day-to-day work as a developer. It lets me track my tasks properly, log the time I spend on work, update ticket statuses and add comments directly on those tickets.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is free training for the software, such as tutorials available on a centralized platform. In the earlier days of using it, there were times when we didn't really know how certain options worked and had to keep asking others about almost every feature.

“great for parallel projects”
Pros
Handling multiple projects at the same time is one of its biggest strengths. You can sort and filter things by project, product or other attributes like tags which makes organizing work much more manageable. It's a very powerful tool overall and we rely on it for technical project management around software releases.
Cons
There's a lot packed into it but that also means the learning curve is pretty steep. Finding tickets can be frustrating when you don't already know exactly what you're searching for and the search feature is one area that could definitely be better.

“valuable development insights”
Pros
When it's set up and used properly, it gives really valuable insight into how your teams have been working. For any complex development environment, it feels like a must-have tool.
Cons
For smaller teams, it can feel overly complex and may not be the best fit. At the beginning, we weren't using it correctly and had to spend time reconfiguring it.

“fun sprint workflow”
Pros
Planning team projects with Sprints feels effortless and it's actually enjoyable watching your avatar move across the board as work gets completed.
Cons
there's not much to complain about. The only thing that comes to mind is that it occasionally goes down for maintenance so I do wish there were fewer interruptions in service.

“Great teamwork but poor search experience”
Pros
Communication across different departments is definitely better with this tool and it helps a lot with tracking tasks while keeping conversations in one place.
Cons
Looking up tickets I created is incredibly frustrating. After using the software for years, whenever I need to go back and reference an old ticket, it can take anywhere from 10 to 29 minutes just to find my way through the system.

“clear roadmap visibility”
Pros
Seeing the team's overall accomplishments in one place is really valuable because it helps everyone stay aware of where the product currently stands. The roadmap overview is another strong feature since it gives the whole team a clear big-picture view of the final goal.
Cons
At the beginning, it can feel a little confusing and there's definitely some learning curve, probably because the software includes so much in one platform. Once you get familiar with it though, it becomes a very powerful tool.

“flexible project tracking”
Pros
From small to-dos to large-scale projects, this product handles both really well and the ability to break each project into stages makes everything much easier to organize and follow.
Cons
Keeping up with tickets can feel tough at times especially when the same one triggers 10+ alerts. On the other hand, there are also moments when alerts are not tracked the way they should be.

“helpful bug reports”
Pros
We use it to report bugs and it has been really useful while still being simple to manage. The reporting side is also quite helpful especially features like the burndown chart.
Cons
It would be better with more integration plugins, more detailed reporting options and a much stronger mobile app.

“collaborative and powerful”
Pros
Working with this platform has been very collaborative and using it feels easy. It's highly customizable, adapts well to the workflow you already have in place and integrates with a wide range of tools.
Cons
I really haven't come across any notable downsides with the application. It does what we need it to do and honestly feels far ahead of the competition.

“fast setup and integrations”
Pros
Getting spaces up and running is quick and the integration with other products works really well. There are also plenty of third-party integrations available that help cover any missing functionality.
Cons
This platform is definitely a beast. It's far from plain and simple and you really need to know exactly what you want from it to make sure it delivers what you actually need. It's not very friendly for non-technical users who just want to build a workspace.

“Easy task management but limited visibility”
Pros
Our company rolled this out for the marketing team to manage tasks and campaigns and for basic task management it's fairly easy to use. One thing that works really well is being able to reply directly to an email notification and have that update the ticket.
Cons
Since the platform was originally built more as a development management tool, using it for marketing tasks and campaigns creates a few frustrations. I often struggle to find current tasks and I don't like that when a ticket gets moved forward, you have to cycle all the way back through it if you want to change the status again. More than anything, it's just hard to get a clear view of my tasks although that may partly come down to how my company configured the system.

“great for complex projects”
Pros
Excellent flexibility overall. This software works really well when your company is handling a lot of projects especially when each one has a different workflow, task setup and structure.
Cons
At times, it can be a bit slow. The cloud version pricing has also become less appealing lately and the interface is not very simple for beginners.

“rich docs and plugins”
Pros
It provides a huge amount of documentation which makes installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance very easy. Getting projects and workflows up and running is simple and creating or updating tickets, issues and bugs is just as manageable. Another big plus is the massive library of third-party plugins that can cover almost any feature or function you might need.
Cons
A few things feel like they should already be included in the core product, like recurring tickets. Also, the sheer number of features can feel a bit overwhelming for some users.

“powerful task hub”
Pros
There's a lot here for handling work at scale, multiple tasks, different workflows and plenty of users can all be managed in one big environment. The task management is easy, the interface looks good and the available add-ons make it even more capable. Overall, it's a very useful tool.
Cons
The downside shows up as your team expands. Once you need more and more users, the pricing climbs very quickly. Also since it's a large company, product issues or support requests don't always feel like they're taken seriously.

“daily dev essential”
Pros
Across the software teams I've worked with, this has been one of the most common tools for planning, assigning and tracking project work with coworkers. It covers sprints, retrospectives and agendas and the integrations with GitHub and Confluence are a big plus. In a software development company, there's a good chance you'll be using it every single day.
Cons
Because it's so customizable, it has looked a bit different at every company I've joined which creates a small learning curve at first. Even with that, it's still an excellent tool overall.

“dashboards and sync”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how well it connects with other systems which makes it much easier to keep multiple projects and teams aligned. It also lets you build really powerful dashboards that bring a lot of useful information together in one place. On top of that, the entire suite works together easily which adds a lot of value if you're already using their tools.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about overall but setting up workflows can feel a bit tough. It's also not very convenient to make changes once a project already has a large number of records in it.

“great for large sprints”
Pros
Any time I join a project that uses this platform, I usually know things are going to run well. It's especially valuable on large-scale projects where a lot of people across multiple teams need to stay coordinated over several sprint cycles. The integrations with GitHub and Bitbucket alone make it feel worth paying for.
Cons
New users may need a bit of time to get comfortable with it but the payoff is worth it. Since it's highly customizable, the setup can also look a little different from one organization to another.

“organized support tracking”
Pros
Having this in place has made me much more organized at work. It helps me handle support issues quickly and efficiently and I really appreciate that we can set up separate projects for different needs. For example, using a feature request project to track customer suggestions has been really helpful for improving our service.
Cons
Because the system is so flexible, a few tasks can feel a bit tough. Searching through past or current issues can be pretty taxing and I wish the search tools were more user-friendly since they seem designed more with developers and programmers in mind.
