“works across the company”
Pros
Among all the issue tracking systems I know, this one offers the broadest functionality and it can be customized to fit needs across the entire company. We actually rely on it for much more than engineering work, HR and even building maintenance use it too and it has worked really well for all of those teams.
Cons
One downside, possibly related to the fact that we use the server version instead of the cloud one, is that the interface feels a bit outdated. The code highlighting also leaves a lot to be desired.

“helpful ticket updates”
Pros
The best parts of this tool for me are the way it alerts me whenever anything changes on a ticket. That makes it much easier to keep customers informed about whatever we're currently working on.
Cons
Search bar can be a little tricky at times and it's not always simple to locate things right away. Still, if I remember the right keywords, I can usually find what I need again.

“fast queries and visibility”
Pros
One of the best parts of this tool is how quickly the query feature pulls the exact data I need. Managing user stories and assigning tasks feels effortless and the dashboards give a clear picture of where the project stands so the team can respond quickly. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to work in a more agile way.
Cons
The interface is clean and simple to move around but editing or updating existing issues can be frustrating at times. I'd also really value a way to capture a full project snapshot after each sprint for deeper data analysis and that feature isn't available right now.

“accurate issue tracking”
Pros
Using it feels easy and simple but it still provides all the complete information needed for reporting issues. The updates are real-time and accurate and it lets you attach almost anything, including files, images and screenshots. If the wrong information gets entered by mistake, it's quick to edit and adjust. The clone feature is also really useful for copying one item to another and the move option helps a lot. I also appreciate the step-by-step transition from testing to development, plus the flexibility to open it on either a local server or a remote server.
Cons
One downside is that information can be deleted too easily which means retyping and re-entering everything again if an error happens. The word limit in each column also feels restrictive. On top of that, it sometimes freezes while I'm working on something especially when the internet connection is slow.

“flexible planning”
Pros
When it comes to project planning and management, this software feels very powerful. There are plenty of customization options available and it can be adapted to handle a wide range of different tasks.
Cons
Soemtimes it can feel quite laggy which slows things down. The search feature also has a bit of a learning curve and takes some time to get comfortable with.

“highly configurable”
Pros
This platform feels very great, offers a wide range of features and can be tailored to fit your company's specific needs.
Cons
The downside is that it can be pretty complex and it takes quite a bit of time to figure out how to make updates. The design could be more simple and some of the changes feel a bit too drastic.

“reliable defect tracking”
Pros
Every day, we rely on this for defect tracking. Our Support team can submit tickets, follow their progress and keep clients informed with timely updates.
Cons
At times, finding the right query to pull the exact list of tickets can be a bit tricky and I often need some help with it.

“helps stay organized”
Pros
It does a really good job of helping us keep track of the work currently in progress especially when we need to stay focused on priorities.

“Perfect workflows and kanban”
Pros
One of the best parts is the ticket management especially being able to set up custom workflows for each project. It fits nicely with agile ways of working and the integrations with tools like email and Slack make it much more practical for day-to-day use. The Kanban functionality is also a big plus.
Cons
One downside is that some important features are only available at an extra cost and not every organization is willing to pay for those add-ons.

“unified teamwork”
Pros
Having incident management, asset management and project management together in one platform really helped our organization work more cohesively and collaborate better. It also supports a knowledge base and lets us connect projects to incidents so there's always a clear point of reference when needed. On top of that, the setup process and workflow configuration were excellent.
Cons
I didn't really see any downside myself. If anything some users might feel the IT incident management module is still fairly new and could use a bit more development.

“collaborative ticketing”
Pros
It makes it efficient to create, track and close tickets and projects, set up a workflow that fits your needs, keep all communication in one place and attach all the necessary documents in the same spot. It feels simple and works really well for collaboration.
Cons
At times, comments get overlooked especially when someone isn't tagged directly. It's also not immediately clear how to handle certain task actions, like reopening a ticket so there is a bit of a learning curve.

“team tracking overview”
Pros
Across the team, it helps us create and track bugs, tasks and new feature development in one place. That gives a strong high-level view of what work is assigned to each resource and makes it much easier to monitor overall progress.
Cons
It does offer a lot of flexibility when it comes to adding or removing features and building workflows but that flexibility can also make things feel complicated at times. Because of that, this tool really should provide training directly for new users.

“flexible issue tracking”
Pros
Standout benefit for me has been how many different ways there are to assign or resolve issues, along with the ability to customize the various fields to fit our needs.
Cons
The only problem I've run into is the occasional glitch with custom workflow options. In a few situations, issues had to be reopened or passed through a complicated chain of assignments before they would show the correct status.

“strong roadmap but tricky setup”
Pros
Used alongside other products, this becomes a pretty powerful suite. Having everything in one ecosystem makes a lot of financial sense and it also simplifies support. The project roadmap visuals are very helpful for the team and one thing I really appreciate is how customizable the ticket view is for my team's specific workflow.
Cons
Getting this set up in a user-friendly way takes a lot of effort. It's definitely a powerful tool but you have to put in substantial configuration work before you can really use it to its full potential. I'm not convinced that smaller businesses will always find that extra work worthwhile especially when something like ClickUp or PivotalTracker might be simpler. Search is also less simple than I would like and we ran into limitations because of the single-assignee restriction.

Pros
This software has been outstanding for staying on top of workloads. Our team recently started using it within our sprint cycles and it has made a huge difference in improving productivity.

“extremely flexible”
Pros
Flexibility here is outstanding. You can tailor your IT environment so it works easily with your team and if separate teams prefer different workflows, the software gives you plenty of room to support that.
Cons
One downside is that it's very easy to configure it the wrong way. If you're bringing this into your workplace, it really helps to have someone experienced handle the setup. Once everything is configured properly though, it works really well.

Pros
Right from the start, this product has been very simple to work with. The details are presented clearly and the user experience feels clean and well designed for a software tool.

“perfect sprint fit”
Pros
Our marketing team works with more of an "agile light" project management style. We run sprints on the same rhythm as the design and product teams even though we don't estimate or point tickets. Since those other teams are already using it, adopting it on our side was an obvious choice.
Cons
Because it was originally built by developers for developers, it can be a bit tough for more creative users to get comfortable with. That said, the Next-Gen version feels much more approachable and friendly for business users.
