“useful sprint insights”
Pros
Sprint planning works well here because tasks can be pulled into the sprint and estimated clearly. When the team sticks with this process consistently, the payoff is really helpful burndown charts that senior management can quickly understand and over time it also helps improve the accuracy of estimates.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve and the software isn't the most simple to navigate. Updates to the platform especially around the user interface, also feel quite slow and the newer version has been missing some older features that were genuinely useful.

“scales with growth”
Pros
Whether you're managing complex workflows or just basic ticketing, it handles both really well. It can also grow alongside the organization so it fits changing needs without much trouble.
Cons
It can feel a bit complicated for end users especially at the beginning.

“great for stories and bugs”
Pros
It's been really useful for writing stories for our development team and logging bugs for the Maintenance team. The workflow feels very simple and getting those tasks into the system is easy.
Cons
A few things, like issue linking, are tucked away more than expected and can take a little time to locate. That said, once you figure out where a feature lives, actually using it feels very natural.

“strong sprint tools”
Pros
One of the most widely used tools for sprint tracking and project management in tech teams and technical departments.
Cons
Getting started the first time can be confusing because it has a lot of features and the documentation does not do a good job of guiding users.

“easy projects and reporting”
Pros
Creating IT projects, managing IT tickets and using the reporting tools all feel very user-friendly. It's highly efficient and really helps me stay on top of the work my team handles every day.
Cons
Configuring the reporting can be a little tricky at first. Setting up the initial automation for job queues was also challenging but once we got it working, it became convenient to duplicate and reuse.

“Perfect agile switch”
Pros
After moving over from another agile development tracking tool, our team has been using this one for about three months and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Everyone has been really pleased with the functionality, the UI/UX and how easy the software is to use. The transition ended up being very convenient and low-stress which made the switch much easier on the whole team.
Cons
At this stage, we still haven't run into any bugs or noticed any missing functionality in the software. We've been very satisfied with what our team has been able to achieve while rolling it out and putting it into practice.

“tracks anything”
Pros
No matter what I need to track or how I want it organized, this platform can handle it. It's incredibly flexible and seems capable of adapting to just about any tracking setup I need.
Cons
The downside is that it's a very complex platform to configure properly and it depends on too many third-party plugins to get everything working the way it should.

“helpful task companion”
Pros
Keeping up with task progress and managing everything needed to get them completed is really useful day to day. It helps a lot with staying organized and it's even possible to use it for Free Fire as well.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is with the filters since they sometimes disappear for no clear reason. I have four saved as favorites but only three show up in the filter bar.

“better sprint UX”
Pros
Our team relies on it to run agile and scrum workflows especially when it comes to managing software development sprints. One thing I really appreciate is that it keeps refining the user experience and continuing to make the product better over time.
Cons
A difficulty we still run into which is partly a limitation of agile and scrum itself, is making sure we're doing the right level of forward-looking planning. I'd love to see a more powerful set of tools to support that area.

“handy test organization”
Pros
Keeping test cases organized and linking them to requirements works really well. It's also useful for assigning tasks and staying on top of task management.
Cons
The Excel export format could be better. There's also no option to import from Excel and the traceability report isn't very clear.

“issue visibility tools”
Pros
Being able to follow issues that aren't assigned to me is really helpful. Another feature I appreciate is the option to control comment visibility so different user groups only see the comments they're supposed to view.
Cons
Certain characters are treated as formatting symbols so when I actually need to use one in a comment, the text can end up displaying in a strange way.

“helpful training workflow”
Pros
Our team uses it to manage learning requests and add classes or courses into the learning management system. It's very user-friendly and the built-in workflow makes communication with the requestor clear and efficient throughout the whole process.
Cons
It still takes some training to get new users fully up to speed. Reporting can also be a little challenging so we usually export the data into Tableau to build reports on the requests that have been handled.

“reliable collaboration hub”
Pros
Having one dependable place where designers, developers and other stakeholders can collaborate makes this tool really valuable. It works as a reliable single source of truth for the whole team.
Cons
Getting around the platform and figuring out how to use it can be challenging and the learning curve is definitely steep. It also freezes at times although that has not been a major issue overall.

“flexible setup”
Pros
The configurable workflows are a real plus and adding new fields is fairly easy without being too much work.

“fast team tracking”
Pros
Within about five minutes, I can set up a board and invite my entire team to jump in and start working together. The software offers a lot of functionality and its collaborative features help us get tasks done much faster than we could in many other tools. Adjusting how the work is presented to fit the needs of the business also doesn't take much time. On top of that, it gives me everything I need to monitor performance and keep releases on schedule.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into a few irritating issues while using it. Most of the time, it's just a small UI glitch that makes things look messy or unattractive but it never actually stops me from using the product properly. One thing to watch out for is that the more configuration changes you try to make, the more likely you are to create problems for yourself.

“great task planning”
Pros
Creating tasks with it has been a pleasure, it's really simple to use and gives us a great way to organize software development priorities.
Cons
Getting help or finding useful how-to guides is incredibly frustrating when you're trying to locate a project feature since every project is set up differently. New versions keep rolling out and a lot of the forum advice is already out of date.

Pros

“agile filters that help”
Pros
This software has been really useful for both agile work and bug tracking. The part I appreciate most is the filters since they can be customized in a lot of different ways.
Cons
The part I appreciate least is the search engine. It doesn't work very well and sometimes you have to run the same search twice.
