“team visibility tools”
Pros
We've been using it to capture and track digital requirements and it works well for discussing them across teams. It includes integration options for product roadmap cards and task assignments, not just for engineering but also for UX, digital marketing and IT. The search feature is also really useful for quickly locating assigned tasks, timelines and dashboard details.
Cons
A downside is that it's missing some basic functionality for creating a to-do list and improving document search which would make teams more effective.

“workflows and task links”
Pros
It works well for handling everyday bugs and tasks that aren't too complicated. You can attach files, requests and notes and anyone with the right permissions is able to view them. It also lets you connect several tasks together which helps keep related work organized. Another strong point is being able to set up your own workflow for each stage of the process.
Cons
One limitation is that a new task can't be assigned to two or more people at the same time. There are cases where the same job needs to be handled jointly and in those situations it's not possible to attach the task to both users.

“storage limits hurt”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is how well it supports collaboration across different teams in my role. We can share files, send requests, build projects and even handle simpler facilities-related requests all in one place. Without it, a lot of this work would be much more manual and keeping track of everything would be harder. The tracking and recordkeeping it gives my team and me is something I definitely value.
Cons
At the same time, the storage capacity causes frequent problems for my team because of how much space we need and how heavily we use it. We need a system that doesn't cap our ability to store and share files since communication inside the platform basically stops being workable once the storage is full. That limitation makes it harder for me to carry out some of my key responsibilities and creates missed expectations around client turnaround times. The interface also feels a bit awkward and could really use an updated look.

“ticketing with shared visibility”
Pros
Being able to customize ticket fields and create tickets in batches is a big plus. The interface is well designed and feels simple to use so working in it is easy. It also keeps the whole team aligned with current information, including people who join an operation already in progress. On top of that, the archive of previous work is really valuable and makes it simple to track older products.
Cons
An auto-refresh feature would make a noticeable difference. Having to refresh manually whenever you want to confirm you're looking at the latest updates gets frustrating. It can also feel a little slow at times especially when dragging cards or taking certain actions. In some cases, it's not immediately clear what element you're interacting with until you move it across the screen.

“convenient team visibility”
Pros
Coordinating purchases with our out-of-state Accounting team has been really convenient. All I need to do is send over the product links and they can review, approve and place the orders for the company. It also helps a lot that any comments or questions they have stay within the same job that was created so I can quickly see what they need from me or what details I may have left out. On top of that, I can include my manager in the process so she stays informed about what's being ordered for the office.
Cons
The only minor issue is that there are some extra boxes or fields we don't really use which can make things a little confusing at times. If you're not paying close attention, it's possible to enter information in the wrong place. Other than that, I really don't have any major complaints.

“versatile tracking tool”
Pros
Managing projects and tracking defects with this software has been very easy. It works really well for both large and small organizations which makes it quite flexible. Being able to view tasks and stories across all of my projects in one place is especially useful and I also appreciate that I can link my hours directly back to the project through the system.
Cons
I honestly do not have any complaints about this software. It has been a really great tool to work with.

“helpful tracking but awkward at times”
Pros
Keeping track of smaller agile projects with a team was very easy and it worked well for collaboration. Being able to search for tasks and view them by priority was also especially useful.
Cons
A few features felt somewhat awkward, particularly when I needed to cross-reference tasks. It can still be done but it got confusing from time to time.

“integrations and team features”
Pros
Getting around the platform is fairly easy and it does an excellent job of linking resources in really powerful ways. The support team has also been genuinely helpful whenever needed. On top of that, the interface is well designed, there are countless third-party integrations available and it's clearly an industry-standard tool. As someone working with a team and not serving as the PM, it honestly offers more functionality than I'll probably ever need.
Cons
Using the SaaS version, I've noticed it can be toughly slow at times. It also consumes a lot of system resources so having a great computer and reliable bandwidth makes a big difference. Another weak spot is the built-in query language, it's not simple at all which makes some of the more advanced features feel hidden unless you're willing to spend time learning how it works.

“team tracking done right”
Pros
The biggest advantage for me comes down to a few key things, it lets us save the work information for every team member, whether that's tracked in hours, minutes or other time entries. It also makes it possible to follow ticket statuses closely so you always know exactly what stage a project or task is in. On top of that, it gives us very valuable reports about the current situation of the team, including what tasks people are working on right now and what status those tasks are in.
Cons
Honestly, it's very useful and when it comes to keeping a team aware of the status of their work, it feels essential. I can't really point to anything seriously wrong with it because it's simple but it does exactly what it's supposed to do, keep the whole team informed about the current status of everything that matters. If I had to mention one possible improvement, I'd add some new features to make the information more visual and clearer at first glance, such as tables, charts or graphs so we could quickly see all the project data we want to review, like assigned people, ticket status, remaining time and similar details.

“reliable version backup”
Pros
One of the strongest parts of this software is how well it enforces proper version control. If something gets misplaced or the code turns into a mess, it really acts like a lifesaver and helps recover things.
Cons
The UI could use more attention and some areas need to be more user-friendly. Adding a new item often requires filling out a long list of fields which can feel tedious and a bit exhausting at times.

“workflow powerhouse”
Pros
Handling inquiries and support tickets, whether they come from us or from clients, is much more organized with this tool. It helps the whole team divide work based on individual strengths, juggle multiple tasks at once and spend less time getting stuck on the more complicated parts. Schedules, sprints, project phases, step-by-step development, it covers all of it. The best part is that it lets you build rules around how your team works without making the process feel restrictive or heavy.
Cons
One downside is that it relies a bit too much on plug-ins even if that also proves how customizable it really is. Still, there's this lingering sense that a platform this good should offer a little more at its core and feel a bit more substantial out of the box.

“better collaboration”
Pros
It keeps everything organized and helps me stay on schedule even when I'm juggling a lot of different projects. It also makes collaboration much better across teams and between different office locations, including with traveling salespeople so we avoid duplicating work or letting tasks slip through the cracks.
Cons
Setting up workflows can be pretty complicated. It also seems like a better fit for a larger organization since smaller companies could probably manage with a simpler and less expensive software option.

“reliable helpdesk”
Pros
Using this IT helpdesk and ticketing system has been very easy especially with the auto-assignment feature that helps route tickets efficiently. It also aligns well with industry standards such as ITIL v3 which adds a lot of value for structured IT service management.
Cons
The GUI still needs some improvement to feel more polished. It would also be better to expand the asset management features and improve contract management scheduling and triggering for multiple users.

“plugins and customization”
Pros
Using this has been very convenient and the plugin support along with the level of customization makes it fit almost any organization's needs. It helps boost productivity and task management is easy thanks to the rich range of features available.
Cons
One downside is that the pricing jumps quite a lot when moving from one user package to the next. It would be much better if it allowed a few additional users at a more reasonable, flexible cost.

Pros
Keeping track of everything the team is working on is much easier with this tool which is especially valuable when you're collaborating across a shared team. It also lets you prioritize tasks so work can be organized clearly.
Cons

Pros
Moving from a messy mix of email and Excel into this tool gave our team a much better overall view of everything and made our processes far more efficient. It really helped us get organized and we're genuinely very happy with it.
