“JIRA Review - July 2024”
Pros
I find Jira very user-friendly. Also it is easy for me to navigate and requires minimal training.
Cons
My least favorite thing about Jira is having to search for old projects or issues. I am not sure what would make this easier but I do spend a lot of time on it.

“Jira is a good software to manage the day to day task of projects I'm working on with company”
Pros
What I like most about Jira is creating tickets and assigning them to myself or colleagues, including setting priorities and story points. It tracks all my tasks and their timelines which makes it easy for me to manage my daily work.
Cons
Jira integrates with Clockify for managing timesheets but when I update Clockify directly, it does not reflect in the Jira timeline. I have to manually add the worklog in Jira.

“Good System if you include integrations”
Pros
Tracking issues and tasks in Jira is clear and easy. I also like the integration with Teams, email and other features, which makes it even more accessible.
Cons
Without integrations, the end-user site for submitting tickets and issues looks very plain and is not easy to customize. It makes the interface appear quite boring and unattractive.
