“clear workflow visibility”
Pros
After our IT administrator got everything set up, using this software became really easy for me. I can quickly update my own work status and also see what the rest of the team is working on right from my computer. Dragging and dropping items, adding comments and creating issues or subtasks all feels very simple. It gives me a much clearer view of what still needs to be done and what is already in progress.
Cons
At times, when I'm creating issues, I'm not sure what to enter in all of the fields because there are quite a lot of them and I usually only need a few. I end up asking the Scrum Master pretty often although I think that will improve once I get more familiar with it.

“task management platform”
Pros
Getting new projects up and running is easy and it's convenient to apply shared settings across everything from the start. It keeps all of our tasks organized in one place and makes them very visible for the whole team. The platform is also user-friendly enough that both non-technical members and technical staff can work with it comfortably.
Cons
Ticketing process and workflow setup can become pretty complicated especially when handling more complex cases. Pricing also feels a little high for mid-sized companies. On top of that, the new IT UI still has some rough spots and could definitely use further improvement.

“team tracking dashboards”
Pros
The dashboard does a really good job of helping me keep track of backlogs and stay on schedule with my project. It's also very useful for monitoring tasks across different teams and keeping everyone aligned.

Setting up a Kanban board or Agile board can be a bit tricky and the initial team setup feels somewhat complex.

“ticket visibility that helps”
Pros
Using this for work has been really helpful because I can clearly view ongoing issues, closed items and the ones currently being resolved. It also lets me keep up with what my coworkers are working on which makes collaboration easier. Another thing I appreciate is being able to see all the tickets and issues connected to me in one place so on a daily basis it's much simpler to figure out which ones need attention first and prioritize what should be solved before anything else.
Cons
Interface is not the most attractive visually. The UI/UX could definitely be improved to feel more current, polished and better aligned with modern technology standards.

“team productivity boost”
Pros
After hearing about this software from our IT team, I started using it and quickly grew to love it. The interface is very user-friendly, well designed and simple to understand. It has become essential to how our company operates because it really improves teamwork. Team leaders can assign tasks, keep track of progress and review each member's work all within the software. It has also made communication much easier for everyone.
Cons
The initial setup can be a bit of a headache for someone without an IT background or for a first-time user although that only happens once. Aside from that, it's still an awesome tool overall.

“Feature-rich platform”
Pros
There's a huge range of features built into it which is something I've really appreciated. It lets you route issues to different teams and clearly keep track of which teams have handled an issue along the way. I've been using it for almost a year now and I still come across new functions on a regular basis.
Cons
It can take a little time to get used to if you haven't worked with a tool like this before. When I first started, assigning tickets and sending them to the right teams didn't feel very simple.

“planning with clear visibility”
Pros
One of the best things about this application is how customizable it is which makes it fit well across different teams and organizational needs. It does a great job of helping manage staff tasks while giving much better visibility into what is happening across ongoing work. There are also plenty of features that can be added into project management when needed. It has been very useful for planning projects in advance and keeping them managed properly from start to finish.
Cons
Even though it is very useful for organizations, the pricing is quite high and increases as more people are added onboard. Setting it up and tailoring it to match an organization's requirements can also be difficult and may take a lot of effort. On top of that, the search and filter functions could be made simpler since they sometimes require more complex queries than they should.

“agile team support”
Pros
This is a really powerful tool that helps the team track and manage defects in the product or software application. It also supports creating user stories from the client side which makes it valuable across the whole team regardless of each person's role. On top of that, it fits well with agile methodology and using it feels very comfortable.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't anything about this product that I dislike.

“planning and integrations”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the built-in staff debugging feature, along with version control for documents in each project. The KPI system is great and the web app development capabilities are another strong point. I also appreciate the communication panel because it helps keep conversations between team members more structured and organized. Connecting it with other platforms through APIs is pretty easy thanks to its broad integration support and it works especially well with services like Salesforce for managing sales campaigns more effectively. The ability to import and export content also makes building product roadmaps much more practical. On top of that, it includes benchmarking tools. Taking all of this into account, it is a platform I would definitely recommend. It offers a lot, the pricing is quite reasonable and overall it's an excellent product.
Cons
A few limitations stand out though. There's no way to monitor work hours or track expenses for each stage of a project. It also falls short on collaboration features for teams since it does not include an integrated chat tool or any videoconferencing option. Another missing piece is the inability to co-author documents collaboratively.

“friendly interface and chat”
Pros
What I really appreciate is how user-friendly the interface is. Compared with our previous product, submitting cases to our engineers through this system is much more easy and convenient.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any major complaints. We've been using it for about a year and it has worked out very well overall. I also appreciate that our team can chat internally although it's frustrating that the messages don't actually get sent to anyone.

“easy after setup”
Pros
From a service desk agent or project manager standpoint, it's very easy to use. A lot of work has clearly gone into making it more practical and user-friendly over the past few years I've been working with it.
Cons
Getting a new instance up and running is still frustrating. There were times I got so fed up with it that I had to shut my machine off for a few hours before coming back to it. From an admin side, setting up a service desk instance and locating certain options can be a real headache. Once everything is configured, the product performs really well but the initial setup could definitely be made more user-friendly.

Pros
Across the organization, this works as a powerful platform for collaboration and reporting. It supports a wide range of teamwork needs and is useful for just about everyone.
Cons
The downside is that it can be very confusing at first. Because there are so many features, new users may have a hard time figuring out how to get started and learn the system.

Pros
Bug tracking has been really effective with this tool. It supports project development well in both Agile and Scrum environments which makes it useful across different workflows. The platform is also quite versatile and creating tickets is easy without any trouble since the system is very user-friendly.
Cons

Pros
Keeping tabs on any project is really easy with this and it does a great job of showing progress clearly. It also helps keep everything organized while making sure everyone stays accountable for the work assigned to them.
Cons
The interface feels a bit dated although that also helps keep things simple and uncluttered. I do wish there were more options available to customize the layout and overall interface.

“great tool but slow performance”
Pros
There's pretty much no limit to what you can do with it. The add-on marketplace is active and well supported and since it's built in Java with an extensible architecture, it's usually not too hard to find a developer who can customize it around your business logic.
Cons
It feels heavy, costs a lot and the interface leaves quite a bit to be desired. Some of the default settings are oddly chosen and performance can be noticeably slow as well.

“mobile-friendly workflows”
Pros
Right out of the box, the workflow templates are one of my favorite parts. It also includes Kanban boards and the mobile app is excellent for staying updated no matter where you are.
Cons
One thing I don't care for is that some of the strongest features are hidden behind a marketplace paywall. If you're already paying full price, it feels like the complete product should be included.

“mixed user experience”
Pros
Between project management, issue triage, Confluence integration and useful work breakdown features, it covers a lot and gives teams a pretty complete toolkit to work with.
Cons
There's no shortage of functionality here but the product doesn't feel especially refined. The interface could really use some simplification and a visual refresh. Tools like YouTrack show how much more polished this kind of platform can look. It seems like the potential is there yet right now it comes across as a bit too bureaucratic.

“complex but capable”
Pros
There's a ton you can tailor in this tool, pretty much in any way you need. It works well for tracking software development bugs and it fits in nicely with the rest of the products if your team already uses that ecosystem. The direct GitHub integration is also a big plus and makes development workflows more connected.
Cons
At the same time, it comes with way too many features, to the point where it can feel overwhelming and hard to figure out how to use properly. The learning curve is steep and the interface is not very friendly for beginners. On top of that, the price feels high for what you actually get and the reporting tools are complicated enough to be frustrating.
