“cross-team tracking”
Pros
We've used it for a range of tasks, from tracking student concerns to submitting office supply requests. It has also been really helpful for managing multi-department projects and keeping them moving forward.
Cons
Its success really depends on the team responsible for setting it up. Our company has had it for four years and only recently have we started using it to its full potential. You really need people with vision who are willing to push the boundaries.

“advanced yet tough to use”
Pros
The platform offers very advanced features that give us strong control and detailed refinement when tracking tasks and project information.
Cons
On the downside, the web interface feels slow and awkward and even after the modernization effort, it still needs a lot more improvement.

“agile teamwork win”
Pros
Our team uses it to manage projects with Agile and it's where we usually handle Scrum while also keeping track of supporting meeting details and reports. It works really well as a collaborative platform and the social, community and messaging features make team communication much better.
Cons
I really don't have much to complain about. I've used other alternatives before and the only possible downside is that the pricing for larger teams can get a little expensive.

At this point, I haven't come across any downsides with the software.

“activity hub”
Pros
Having everything related to a project or task gathered in one place is really useful and the platform is simple to work with. It lets me monitor all activity from a single location, including the work handled by different team members which makes collaboration much easier.
Cons
The interface could be a bit more efficient but aside from that there is not much to complain about. It also comes with a wide range of features so users who only need very basic tracking may prefer a different project management tool.

“workflow reporting win”
Pros
The workflows and visualizations can be customized in detail which makes the platform adapt well to different needs. Reporting is powerful, the history tracking tools are very useful and the integrations with third-party systems add a lot of value.
Cons
It takes quite a bit of training before someone can use it efficiently. Also even small workflow adjustments can end up requiring a fair amount of manual effort.

“practical from day one”
Pros
Right out of the box, this product was genuinely practical to use. I was able to get going with very little learning required which made the whole experience feel easy and immediately useful.
Cons
One thing I liked less was the limited drag-and-drop functionality. I also wish it offered cascade modeling especially for more traditional companies that still rely on that approach.

“simple and flexible”
Pros
Getting around the product is fairly easy and under the hood it stays pretty basic since it's essentially a database that stores strings. That makes managing it very convenient, at least for anyone with a great technical background. Because it works this way, the platform is also quite flexible and gives admins a lot of freedom to configure almost anything they need, as long as they have the technical skills to set it up properly.
Cons
Customer support is basically nonexistent for most users which is a major downside. There is a paid support option available but the pricing is extremely expensive. On top of that, administration can be difficult for non-technical users so it's not the most approachable product for everyone.

“helpful ticket templates”
Pros
Ticket templates help a lot because they let us quickly enter the key details of each action in the database and share that information with other team members without wasting time.
Cons
There are a lot of options available which can make the system feel overwhelming. It is also hard to track a group of open tickets accurately and notice when some of them have gone without any follow-up action for a while.

“great for teams”
Pros
A really capable option for managing development work across a team especially when using Scrum and agile approaches to plan and organize product development.
Cons
It would be better if there were more control over who can change, delete or add work time on each issue, with intermediate permission levels available. The interface could also use some improvement and field customization should be more flexible.

“workflow visibility win”
Pros
Using this has made process mapping very easy and it gives a clear visual view of the workflow from start to finish. We rely on it to track discrepancies and follow them through to resolution and it does a really strong job of capturing and organizing data at each stage of that process.
Cons
When it comes to customization, you can choose from templates or build everything from scratch. That said, I was a bit let down by how much effort some customizations require. Creating forms field by field can be tedious and the setup is not always as user-friendly as it should be.

“confluence reporting hub”
Pros
The interface is what I appreciate most, along with the Confluence integration and the dashboards.
Cons
Getting started is honestly quite tough and a lot of actions don't feel simple at first. For example, linking multiple tasks to a story can be confusing which ends up making the whole process more time-consuming.

“efficient ticket tracking”
Pros
Submitting support tickets is very easy and keeping up with the status of existing tickets is just as simple. It has made our company more efficient overall and helped us provide better service to our clients.
Cons
I'm not sure whether this comes from the platform itself or how our team configured it but I'm not a fan of the main page used to search for the client before entering a support ticket. The search bar only returns results when you type the exact name you need. If you can't remember it precisely, you end up having to scroll through the full client list manually to find the right one. It would be much better if the search could bring up similar matches based on keywords.

“too limited to use”
Pros
It does let me complete my work, technically but only after putting in a lot of effort.
Cons
Honestly, it's hard to know where to start. Once you're forced into either Agile or Scrum, everything gets much more complicated and there's no real flexibility between the two. Even basic things like naming and cloning are harder than they should be and a lot of the system just doesn't feel simple.

“marketplace integration win”
Pros
Using this has been a huge step up for us. It's very user-friendly, works really well with other products especially the marketplace and lets us keep track of every enhancement, bug and project in one place. We used to manage development in an Excel spreadsheet and switching over has boosted productivity dramatically, honestly, it feels like a 1000% improvement.
Cons
Sometimes it can still be hard to figure out how to do certain things. The knowledge base also isn't the easiest to navigate and finding answers to what should be simple questions can take more effort than expected.

“tracking and connectivity”
Pros
Keeping up with sprints and bugs is very easy with this tool. The reports and plugins do a really good job of helping analyze data and project information. It also offers plugins for Jenkins and TeamCity which are quite valuable for CI/CD integration and automation. On top of that, the GitHub integration is another strong plus.
Cons
One issue is that the UI changes quite often and after upgrades it can occasionally disrupt custom scripts or existing workflows.

“flexible project control”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how much freedom it gives you to manage project development however you want. The projects are highly customizable, whether your team follows Scrum or uses a different approach.

“agile tracking powerhouse”
Pros
Between the defect tracking and issue management, this tool has been really effective for our workflow. It connects with several other platforms too, including TestRail which I use regularly for software testing. The agile and kanban boards are especially excellent and make software development much easier to organize.
Cons
It's likely one of the pricier options on the market but since I'm using it under an enterprise license, it has worked out very well for both me and my team.
