“story tracking excellence”
Pros
Among the tools available for user story and feature tracking during software development, this is one of the best I've used especially when the team works in a Sprint-based cycle. It lets you organize functionality clearly through Epics and stories and developers can break those down into subtasks and follow progress for each feature without confusion.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints about this software because it has been very helpful for developers when creating burndown charts and keeping track of story points and time without hassle.

“deep feature set”
Pros
This tool is honestly amazing. The depth of its functionality and the range of features it offers are really impressive. Once you truly get a handle on everything it can do, it gives you a completely different perspective on its value. That said, it's worth planning the implementation carefully with every department involved and making sure all integrations are properly set up from the start.
Cons
At the beginning, it can feel pretty overwhelming. There's a lot to take in so it's normal to feel a bit lost at first and realize how big the platform really is. The first few months can be frustrating but that's mainly part of the learning curve.

“organized team tasks”
Pros
Keeping tasks, bugs and story-related issues in one place has really helped my team stay organized. It gives us a professional way to assign work and everyone across the organization can see what problems come up during a task along with the progress timeline.
Cons
It's definitely very structured and organized which I understand but I'd still rather talk directly with my team members about issues I'm running into instead of creating a ticket for them in the system.

“cross-team visibility”
Pros
Managers and contributors can quickly understand the current status of a project at any moment. Even though it was originally designed with IT and development teams in mind, it adapts really well to just about any industry.
Cons
From my perspective one limitation is that tasks can only be assigned to a single user by default. That approach makes sense on paper but in cases where work is genuinely shared between two people, the task has to be duplicated just to reflect it properly in reporting.

“agile planning toolkit”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility to tailor issue types and shape the platform around your own agile workflow. It also comes with strong built-in features for planning and managing sprints, along with all the standard scrum and kanban metrics and reporting you'd expect.
Cons
One downside is that performance over a VPN especially in remote areas or on slower internet connections, can make the software practically unusable.

“great task platform”
Pros
This is a great platform for managing tasks and keeping track of their progress. Creating tasks, assigning them to people and moving through the workflow is all pretty easy.
Cons
Where it falls behind is in handling links cleanly, connecting tasks or setting dependencies and tracking data and overall progress in a more complete way. Compared with other tools like Wrike, its capabilities feel more limited.

“Excellent for reporting and dashboards”
Pros
One thing that really works well is the variety of reporting options and the dashboards you can customize to track the status of every ticket. The system is easy to use and does a good job of keeping everything organized and on track when needed.
Cons
Looking up tickets takes a bit of getting used to since the search process is not always very simple at first. After using it a few times though, it becomes much easier to understand and use.

“request visibility win”
Pros
As our primary tool for submitting job tickets, this has made a big difference. I work in advertising and before this, copy requests coming in through email were tough to keep organized. The interface is easy and being able to see all your work, whether it's pending or already in progress, right in front of you makes everything much easier to manage.
Cons
Like most software, there's a bit of awkwardness when you're using it for the first time. It can also get somewhat confusing when several users are on the same page especially if you have to keep scrolling to track down your own work.

“elite issue tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with day-to-day issues across the organization used to be difficult especially when updates were shared through emails or quick face-to-face conversations. That often made it hard to follow progress and caused teams to lose track of the actual issue. This software does a really good job of capturing those smaller daily problems making them easier to monitor and giving much better visibility into the overall process.
Cons
The user interface could be improved by reducing the number of input fields which would make it feel cleaner and more efficient to use.

“kanban tracking success”
Pros
The way this tool structures tasks and numbers them works really well. Being able to connect items with each other, build stories and create links makes everything feel organized and complete. It does an excellent job of helping keep track of work and the Kanban boards are especially useful for checking progress at a glance.
Cons
From a non-developer perspective, there are just too many features and settings so it's easy to feel lost while using it. The level of customization adds a lot of complexity and I personally ended up confused at times. I've used it in my company and in other organizations and the setups were completely different which meant having to relearn a lot each time.

“epic backlog control”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is how clearly I can view issues and keep everything organized with tags, epics and other labels. The backlog is laid out in a very organized way so it's simple to follow what needs attention. Adding screenshots also helps a lot because it makes it much clearer for others to understand exactly what I'm referring to in an issue. On top of that, setting up releases and grouping information into epics is very easy.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything about the software that I dislike.

“tough navigation”
Pros
It's been amazing for keeping our team organized and making sure projects are delivered on schedule. Even though we probably only use around 10% of what it offers, it still feels well worth the money we spend on it.
Cons
Navigating the admin screens is really difficult. The permission settings are also incredibly complicated and every time a new user joins, I have to figure out the process all over again.

“ticketing benchmark”
Pros
There really isn't another option that comes to mind with the same level of adoption and in my opinion it's basically the gold standard in this category.
Cons
The newer interface feels a bit too stripped down which makes some features harder to spot than they should be. It's also not always obvious why certain ticket changes can't be made so clearer feedback or more helpful error messages would definitely improve the experience.

“developer toolkit”
Pros
Without a doubt, this is the most powerful project management system I've used. The automatic ticket numbering, GitHub integration and convenient linking with Confluence are all must-have features for a development team. The updated interface is also a really welcome upgrade compared to the old one.
Cons
My only real complaint is the pricing. It works out fine for smaller teams but as soon as your team grows even a bit, the cost climbs very quickly.

“feature-rich platform”
Pros
Each issue can hold a lot of detail which is useful when tracking and documenting work. It also comes with a very wide range of features so there's plenty available to support different needs.
Cons
At the same time, it doesn't feel especially innovative. With Agile development changing how teams work, this space seems ready for something more disruptive. There's still room for a genuinely fresh way to store, maintain, manage and report on bugs and fixes and this doesn't feel like that kind of product. Maybe a better option exists somewhere but I haven't come across it.

“packed with value”
Pros
Every day I seem to come across another feature I hadn't noticed before. I've only been using it for a few months and it's already been an amazing experience with how much it offers and how often I keep learning something new.
Cons
It's not quite as simple or easy as some other boards out there but it's definitely more powerful and powerful. Going through the guides would really help with understanding some of the features and getting more out of it.

“custom workflow power”
Pros
We've adapted it to fit our business model in a way that works both for our internal processes and for how we support clients and the payoff has been huge. One example is the highly customized, fine-tuned SEO content management framework we run in it for every client. It has cut down manual work dramatically which gives our team more time to focus on the things that actually matter.
Cons
Setting up administration for global, company-wide rules takes quite a while to learn and really get the hang of.

“my review!!”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how well it connects with just about every other tool you already use. Confluence, for instance, works really well for storing documentation and linking those docs directly to IT projects feels convenient. It also gives you several ways to monitor projects and tie tasks into specific sprints which is very useful for teams working that way.
Cons
This platform really feels less suited to people outside of product or tech roles. Since it's built heavily around sprint-based work, it's not a strong fit if your team doesn't use an agile approach for project management. In marketing and communications, a lot of projects revolve around firm due dates instead of sprints and sorting work by due date is harder than it should be. Because of that, using the software for my type of work has been pretty frustrating.
