“Team visibility tools”
Pros
Using this for capturing and tracking digital requirements has worked well especially when it comes to discussing them with different teams. It includes integration options for product roadmap cards and task assignments not just for engineering but also for UX, digital marketing and IT. The search feature is also very useful for quickly locating assigned tasks, timelines and dashboard information.
Cons
One downside is that it's missing a few basic functions, particularly for creating a simple to-do list and improving document search which would make teams more effective.

“Daily workflow flexibility”
Pros
It works well for handling everyday bugs and tasks that aren't too complicated. You can add files, requests and notes and anyone with the right permissions is able to view them. It also lets you connect multiple tasks together which helps keep related work organized. Another useful part is being able to set up your own workflow for each stage of the process.
Cons
One limitation is that a new task can't be assigned to two or more people at the same time. There are cases where the same job needs to be done together with someone else and in those situations it's not possible to assign the task to both users.

“Collaboration shines but storage lags”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how well it supports collaboration across the different teams I work with. We're able to share files, submit requests, build out projects and even handle simpler facilities-related requests all in one place. If we didn't have this software, a lot of that work would be much more manual and far harder to keep track of. The tracking and recordkeeping it gives my team and me are genuinely valuable.
Cons
At the same time, the storage limits are a real problem for my team because of how heavily we rely on the space. We need a system that doesn't cap our ability to store and share files since once the storage fills up, communication inside the platform basically becomes unworkable. That creates a bottleneck in carrying out some of my core responsibilities and can lead to missed expectations around client turnaround times. On top of that, the interface feels a bit awkward and could definitely use an updated look.

“simple ticket flow”
Pros
Customizing ticket fields and building ticket batches works really well. The interface is simple and comfortable to use so getting around the system feels natural. It also keeps the whole team aligned with the latest updates, including people who jump into an operation after it has already started. On top of that, the archive of previous work is a strong feature and makes it simple to trace past products and activity.
Cons
An auto-refresh feature would make a big difference. Having to manually refresh before doing something just to be sure the information is current gets frustrating. It also feels a little laggy sometimes especially when dragging cards or triggering actions. In some cases, it is not immediately clear what element you are interacting with until you have already dragged it across the screen.

“Aligned approval process”
Pros
Handling office orders with our out-of-state Accounting team has been really convenient. I can just send over the product links and they're able to review, approve and place the order without a lot of back-and-forth. It also helps that any comments or questions they have stay within the same job that was created so I can quickly see what they need from me or what details I may have missed. On top of that, I can include my manager in the process so she stays informed about what's being ordered for the office.
Cons
The extra boxes that we don't really use can be a little confusing at times and if you're not paying close attention, it's possible to enter information in the wrong field. Still, aside from that, I don't really have any major complaints.

“Versatile management suite”
Pros
Managing projects and defects with this software has been very easy. It works really well for both large and small organizations which makes it pretty flexible. Being able to view tasks and stories across all of my projects in one place is especially useful and the option to connect hours back to the project adds even more value.
Cons
I honestly do not have any complaints about this software. It has been a really great tool to work with.

“Helpful with minor friction”
Pros
Keeping track of small agile projects is very easy and it works well for collaborating with a team. Being able to search for tasks and view them by priority was especially useful too.
Cons
A few of the features felt somewhat awkward, particularly when I needed to cross-reference tasks. It can be done but it got confusing now and then.

“Integrations and teamwork”
Pros
Getting around the platform is fairly easy and it does an excellent job of linking resources in really powerful ways. The support team has also been genuinely helpful whenever needed. On top of that, the interface is well designed, there are countless third-party integrations available and it's clearly an industry-standard tool. As someone working with a team and not directly as a PM, it still offers way more functionality than I'll probably ever use.
Cons
Using the SaaS version, I've noticed it can be toughly slow at times. It also consumes a lot of system resources so having a great computer and reliable bandwidth makes a big difference. Another downside is the built-in query language which feels far from simple. Because of that some of the more powerful capabilities stay hidden unless you're willing to spend real time learning how it works.

“Clear insights and reports”
Pros
Biggest benefits for me come down to a few key things, it lets us save the work information for each team member, whether that's tracked in hours, minutes or whatever is needed. It also makes it possible to follow ticket statuses closely so we always know the exact stage a project or task is in. On top of that, it gives us very useful reports about the team's current situation, including what tasks people are working on at the moment and the status of each one.
Cons
It's genuinely very useful and when it comes to keeping a team aware of the status of their work, it feels essential. I honestly can't point to any serious flaw because even though it's quite simple, it does exactly what it's supposed to do, keep the whole team informed about everything important. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be adding a few more visual features so the information is clearer at a glance, things like tables, charts or graphs to quickly see project data such as assigned people, ticket status, remaining time and similar details.

“Version control safeguard”
Pros
One of the strongest parts of this software is how firmly it keeps version control organized and accurate. If something gets misplaced or the code gets messy, it really works like a lifesaver to recover and get things back on track.
Cons
Interface could use more attention and some parts of the usability need improvement too. Adding a new item often requires filling in a long list of details which can feel tiring and a bit overwhelming at times.

“Workflows that deliver”
Pros
Whether it's client requests or internal tickets, this helps reorganize everything in a way that lets the whole team play to their strengths and handle multiple tasks without losing time on the more complicated work. Schedules, sprints, project phases, step-by-step development, pretty much any workflow can be set up here. It gives you the freedom to define rules around how your team works without making the process feel limited or restrictive.
Cons
The downside is that it leans a bit too heavily on plug-ins even though that also highlights how customizable it really is. Still, there's this lingering sense that such an excellent platform should come with a bit more built in at its core.

“Keeps work organized”
Pros
It keeps everything organized and on schedule across a wide range of projects. Team collaboration also works really well even between different office locations and traveling salespeople so we avoid duplicating work or letting tasks slip through the cracks.
Cons
Setting up workflows can be complicated. It also seems better suited to a larger organization since smaller companies could probably manage with a less powerful and less expensive software option.

“Reliable ITIL helpdesk”
Pros
Getting started with this IT helpdesk and ticketing system is pretty easy and the auto-assignment feature helps keep tickets organized without much manual effort. It also aligns well with industry standards like ITIL v3 which adds a lot of value.
Cons

“Plugins and flexibility”
Pros
Using this has been very easy and the plugin support plus customization options make it adaptable to almost any organizational need. It helps boost productivity and task management is simple thanks to the wide range of features available.
Cons
One downside is that the pricing jumps sharply when moving from one user package to the next. It would be much better if it allowed a few additional users at a more reasonable, flexible cost.

“Aligned task management”
Pros
Working with a shared team is much more organized with this tool because it captures all the work everyone is doing in one place. That visibility is especially valuable when multiple people are involved and the ability to prioritize tasks makes planning and follow-through much better.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the user interface. At the moment, the heavy blue, overly serious design makes it seem more complicated than it actually is even though the tool itself isn't that hard to use.

Pros
Switching from the mess of email and Excel to this tool gave our team a much better overall view of everything and made our processes far more efficient. It has really improved the way we work and we're very happy with it.
