“Clear workflow visibility”
Pros
With help from our IT administrator, this software has become really simple for me to work with. I can quickly update my own work status and also see what my teammates are working on right from my computer. Drag-and-drop actions are very easy and it's convenient to add comments, create issues and break them down into subtasks. It gives me a much clearer view of what still needs to be done and what is already in progress.
Cons
At times, when I'm creating issues, I'm not sure what to enter in all the fields because there are so many of them and I usually only need a few. I keep having to ask the Scrum Master what to fill in although I think that will improve once I get more used to the system.

“Project setup clarity”
Pros
Getting new projects up and running is easy and it's really helpful being able to apply shared settings across everything. It does a great job of keeping all of our tasks organized and team members can check what they need without any confusion. The platform is also user-friendly enough for both non-technical users and technical staff which makes adoption much easier across the whole team.
Cons
The ticketing process and workflow setup can become pretty involved especially when things get more complex. Pricing also feels a little high for mid-sized companies. On top of that, the new IT UI still has some rough spots and could definitely use more refinement and improvement.

“Team tracking dashboards”
Pros
Dashboard has been really useful for keeping an eye on backlogs and making sure my project stays on schedule. It also works very well for tracking tasks across different teams and keeping everyone aligned.
Cons
Setting up a Kanban board or Agile board can be a bit tricky and the initial team setup feels somewhat complex.

“Agile workflow assistance”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and the interface is simple to work with. It supports Scrum, Kanban and other Agile project methodologies well which makes it useful for different team workflows. The integration capabilities are also something I really appreciate.
Cons
Mobile version still needs improvement.

“Aligned ticket management”
Pros
From a day-to-day work standpoint, this feature was really useful. I could clearly view ongoing issues, closed ones and the ones currently being resolved. It also helped me keep up with what my coworkers were working on and I appreciated being able to see every ticket and issue connected to me in one place. That made it much simpler to prioritize which tickets or problems needed attention first.
Cons
Interface isn't the most visually appealing. The UI/UX could definitely use some improvement so it feels more current, polished and in line with modern technology.

“Teamwork productivity boost”
Pros
Our IT team recommended this software and I'm already really enjoying using it. The interface is clean, user-friendly and very easy to navigate. It has become an important part of our company's daily operations because it really helps improve teamwork. Managers can assign tasks, keep track of progress and review each team member's work all within the system. It has also made communication much simpler for everyone.
Cons
The initial setup can be a bit of a hassle for someone without an IT background or for a first-time user but that's really just a one-time issue. Aside from that, it's still an excellent tool overall.

“Feature-packed solution”
Pros
There's a huge range of features built into it which is one of the biggest reasons I enjoy using it. It lets you route issues to different teams and clearly track which teams have handled an issue along the way. Even after using it for almost a year, I still come across useful functions I hadn't noticed before.
Cons
It can take a little time to get used to if this type of tool is new to you. When I first started, assigning tickets and forwarding them to the right teams didn't feel especially simple.

“Planning customization”
Pros
Across different teams, this application works well because it can be customized heavily to match a wide range of organizational needs. It gives much better visibility into ongoing work and helps keep staff tasks organized and easier to track. There are plenty of features available that can be added into project management whenever required. It's also very useful for planning projects in advance and managing them consistently from start to finish.
Cons
Even though it brings a lot of value to an organization, the pricing is quite high and increases as more people are added. Tailoring and setting it up to fit specific organizational requirements can also be difficult and often takes significant effort. On top of that, the search and filtering could be made simpler since finding things sometimes requires more complex queries than it should.

“powerful defect management”
Pros
Across the team, this has been a very powerful tool to work with. It helps us manage product and software defects effectively and it also supports creating user stories from the client side. Because of that, it ends up being useful for everyone on the team, no matter their role. It also supports agile methodology which makes it fit well into our workflow. Overall, I feel very comfortable using it.
Cons
There really isn't anything about this product that I dislike.

“Roadmap and KPI platform”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the built-in staff debugging feature, along with version control for documents across each project. The KPI system is great and the web app development capabilities are another strong point. I also appreciate the communication panel which helps keep team interaction much more organized. Connecting it with other platforms through APIs is pretty easy because it supports a wide range of integrations. In particular, using it with services like Salesforce is a smart option for managing sales campaigns more effectively. Being able to import and export content also makes building product roadmaps far more practical. On top of that, it includes benchmarking tools. Taking all of this into account, it is a platform I would definitely recommend. It offers a lot and the price is quite reasonable. Really impressive overall.
Cons
On the downside, it doesn't provide a way to monitor working hours or track expenses for each stage of a project. It also feels limited in terms of team collaboration features since there is no built-in chat or video conferencing option. Another missing piece is the ability for multiple people to write and edit documents together collaboratively.

“User-friendly case handling”
Pros
What I really appreciate is how user-friendly the interface is. Compared with our previous product, submitting cases to our engineers is much more easy with this IT system.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any major complaints. We've been using it for about a year and it has worked very well overall. I also appreciate that our team can chat internally although it is frustrating that the messages don't actually get sent to anyone.

“Handy issue workflow”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and it's really convenient to create, update and organize issues across different categories or teams.

“Easy after setup”
Pros
From a service desk agent or project manager perspective, it's very easy to work with. Over the past few years I've used it, a lot of effort has clearly gone into making it more practical and user friendly.
Cons
Getting a new instance up and running is frustrating. There were times I got so annoyed with it that I had to shut my machine off for a few hours before coming back to it. From the admin side, setting up a service desk instance and tracking down certain configuration items can be a real headache. Once everything is in place, the product works really well but the initial setup could definitely be made more user friendly.

“Collaboration and reporting hub”
Pros
Across the organization, this tool has been really valuable because it offers a lot of collaboration features along with strong reporting capabilities. It's a powerful platform that works well for a wide range of teams and use cases.
Cons
The tradeoff is that it can be very confusing especially for new users. Since there are so many features, getting started and learning how everything works can feel a bit overwhelming at first.

Pros
Keeping up with any project is much more manageable with this because it makes progress simple to track. It also does a great job of keeping everything organized and making sure people stay accountable for the work assigned to them.

“powerful tool”
Pros
Pretty much anything you need can be built with it. The add-on marketplace is active and since it's written in Java with an extensible architecture, it's fairly practical to find a developer who can customize it around your business logic.
Cons
It costs a lot and the interface isn't very good. Some of the default settings are oddly chosen and performance can be noticeably slow as well.

“Mobile workflows and access”
Pros
Right away, the built-in workflow templates stood out to me. It also includes Kanban boards and the mobile app is excellent for staying updated no matter where you are.
Cons

“Strong tools but awkward feel”
Pros
Between project management, issue triage, Confluence integration and useful work breakdown features, it covers a lot of ground and gives teams a pretty complete toolkit.
Cons
There's no shortage of features but the product doesn't feel especially polished. The interface could really use some simplification and a visual refresh. Tools like YouTrack show how much more refined this kind of platform can look. It seems like it has plenty of potential but right now it comes across as a bit too bureaucratic.

“Feature-rich but overwhelming”
Pros
There's a ton you can tailor in this software, pretty much however your team needs it. It works well for tracking software development bugs and it fits nicely with the rest of the tools. The direct GitHub integration is also a really useful plus.
Cons
At the same time, it honestly comes with way too many features, to the point where it can feel overwhelming and hard to figure out how to use properly. The learning curve is steep and the interface is not very beginner-friendly. On top of that, the price feels high for what you actually get and the reporting tools are more complicated than they need to be.
