“Cross-team monitoring”
Pros
We've used it for quite a few things, from keeping track of student concerns to submitting office supply requests. It has also been helpful for managing multi-department projects and keeping them moving forward.
Cons
Its effectiveness really depends on the team setting it up. Our company has had it in place for four years but only recently have we started using its full potential. You really need people who think creatively and push the limits to get the most out of it.

“Advanced features with dated UI”
Pros
The platform offers very advanced features that give us strong control and detailed refinement when tracking tasks and project information.
Cons
The web interface feels slow and awkward and even after the modernization effort, it still needs a lot more improvement.

“Agile collaboration success”
Pros
Our team uses it to manage projects with an Agile approach and it has become the main place where we run Scrum while keeping track of meeting details and supporting reports. It works really well as a collaborative platform and the social, community and messaging features make communication much better across the team.
Cons
There is not much to complain about overall. I have used other alternatives in the past and the only downside here is that the pricing can feel a little too expensive for larger teams.

“All-in-one tracking”
Pros
Everything related to a project or task is kept in one place which makes it very convenient to use. It helps track all activity from a single dashboard, including the work handled by different team members across the project.
Cons
The interface could be a bit more efficient but aside from that there's not much to complain about. It also comes with a wide range of features so anyone looking for only very basic tracking might prefer a simpler project management tool.

“Flexible reporting suite”
Pros
Platform gives us a lot of flexibility with customizable workflows and visualizations which makes it easier to adapt to different processes. The reporting features are powerful and the history tracking tools are especially useful when we need to review past activity. It also connects well with a wide range of third-party systems which adds a lot of value.
Cons
It does take quite a bit of training before someone can use it efficiently. Also even small workflow changes can sometimes involve more manual effort than expected.

“Practical and fast”
Pros
Right out of the box, this product felt genuinely practical. I was able to start using it with very little setup or learning which made the whole experience really easy.
Cons
One thing I liked less was the limited drag-and-drop functionality. I also wish it offered cascade modeling to better support more traditional companies.

“Admin-controlled setup”
Pros
Using it feels pretty easy since everything behind the scenes is kept very basic, it's essentially a database that stores strings. That simplicity makes it quite manageable especially for anyone with a great technical background. Because of how it's built, the platform is also very flexible and admins can configure it to do just about anything they need as long as they have the technical skills to set it up properly.
Cons
Support is a major weak point since for most customers it's basically nonexistent. There is a paid support option available but the price is extremely high. On top of that, the product can be difficult for non-technical users to manage on the administrative side.

“Helpful ticket templates”
Pros
Having ticket templates makes it much faster to enter the key details of each action into the database and share that information with the rest of the team.
Cons
There are a lot of options available which can make the system feel a bit overwhelming. It's also hard to track a group of open tickets closely and spot the ones that have gone without any action for some time.

“great scrum support”
Pros
A really great tool for managing development work as a team especially when using Scrum and other agile methods to plan product development.
Cons
The permissions around changing, deleting or adding work time on each issue could be tighter and intermediate access levels would help. The user interface also has room for improvement and field customization could be better.

“Workflow visibility done right”
Pros
Using this has been very easy and it gives a clear visual view of whatever workflow you build in it. We rely on it to track discrepancies and follow them through to resolution and it does a really strong job of capturing and organizing the data at each stage of the process.
Cons
When it comes to customization, you can either start from templates or build everything from scratch. That flexibility is nice but I'm a bit let down by how much effort some customizations require. Creating forms field by field can be tedious and the setup isn't always as user-friendly as it should be.

“Dashboard and wiki connection”
Pros
The interface is what I enjoy most especially with the Confluence integration and the dashboards.
Cons
Getting started with it is honestly pretty frustrating. A lot of actions don't feel simple at first, for example, linking multiple tasks to a story so it can end up taking more time than it should.

“Ticket tracking that delivers”
Pros
Posting support tickets and keeping up with their status is very easy. It has made our company more efficient overall and helped us provide better service to our clients.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is the main page used to search for the client before submitting a support ticket. I'm not sure whether that comes from the platform itself or how our team configured it but the search only shows results if you enter the exact name. When you can't remember the full client name, you end up scrolling through the entire client list manually. It would be much better if the search could return similar matches based on keywords.

“Too limited and frustrating”
Pros
It does let me finish the work I need to do, technically but only after putting in a lot of effort.
Cons
Honestly, it's hard to know where to start. Once you get pushed into either Agile or Scrum, everything feels unnecessarily restrictive, with no real flexibility between the two. Even basic things like naming and cloning are harder than they should be and a lot of the platform just doesn't feel simple.

“Marketplace integration boost”
Pros
Using this has been a huge step up for us. It's user-friendly, works really well with other products especially the marketplace and lets us keep track of every enhancement, bug and project in one place. We used to manage development in an Excel spreadsheet and switching over has improved our productivity dramatically, honestly by 1000%.
Cons
At times, figuring out how to do certain things can still be confusing. The knowledge base also isn't the easiest to navigate and finding answers to what seem like simple questions can take more effort than it should.

“Connected tracking platform”
Pros
Managing sprints and tracking bugs is very easy with this tool. The reports and plugins do a really good job of helping analyze project data. It also comes with plugins for Jenkins and TeamCity which are quite valuable for CI/CD integration and automation. On top of that, the GitHub integration is another useful addition.
Cons
One downside is that the UI changes quite often and after upgrades it can sometimes disrupt custom scripts or existing workflows.

“Workflow flexibility wins”
