A great tool for collaborating between customer facing roles and tech

Pros

It is very easy to log bug tickets and quickly get my tech teams attention with Jira. Ongoing monitoring is simple with the dashboard view, which lets me see everything in one place.

Cons

I sometimes find it difficult to fully explain the gravity of an issue within the system's format, so I still need to use email occasionally.

One of the best project management tool to work on agile methodology with scrum framework.

Pros

I really like features like Scrum boards, Kanban boards, sprints and backlogs for agile teams. I can customize workflows, fields and issue types to suit my needs. The most important feature is the ability to track project progress in real-time. Additionally, Jiras compatibility with many external apps supports a smooth workflow.

Cons

I think the number features and customization options make the initial setup complex, especially for newcomers to project management tools. It lacks built-in idea management functionality, so I need to use additional tools for brainstorming and concept development. Additionally, the pricing seems a bit high and may not be affordable for small teams or startups with limited budgets.

If my team embraces Agile methodology, Jira is practically its best friend. Features like user stories, sprints and Kanban boards act like a built-in Agile coach which helps us stay flexible and responsive to changing priorities.

Cons

I have noticed that with all its power comes potential complexity. Setting up custom workflows and automations can be time-consuming, especially for teams unfamiliar with Jira's details. Pros
