“Jira is an engineers dream”
Pros
Jira is an excellent tool for keeping all engineers working together and informed about progress, with the roadmap and deadlines always in sight.
Cons
If you're not an engineer like myself, Jira might feel a complex software to you. It's fine if you just want to glance at the roadmap for progress, but it's a very deep and robust software, so training is necessary for most tasks.

“One to rule them all”
Pros
It works flawlessly for both our development department as a traditional management tool (creating bugs, features, epics, and more) and our infrastructure department as a kanban board for tracking work assignments and registering ideas.
Cons
Nothing really. We are still discovering new features that help us improve.

“Making Project Management Easy”
Pros
JIRA is amazing for keeping track of projects and tasks. It can be customized to perfectly fit your team, and it seamlessly integrates with other Atlassian tools like Confluence. The reports and dashboards provide a clear picture of how things are progressing.
Cons
It can be a bit hard for newcomers to learn JIRA, but once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing. Some people wish the interface was a bit simpler, and costs can accumulate if you're not careful.

“Jira helps team to remain agile”
Pros
Jira is so easy to set up, and new users can get started without any hassle.

“This Works for Developers to Customer Support.”
Pros
Getting started with Jira is not troublesome. It has many features I don't use in my role, but it's an amazing tool for collaboration across the entire company. Our customer support team uses it to communicate their needs to our developers, all overseen by our CEO.
Cons
This is a minor drawback because it honestly doesn't matter, however I would like to say that the interface doesn't look friendly. I understand that it's not necessary if you're familiar with this software, but it's noticeable.

“Jira the scm management”
Pros
The best part about Jira is its user interface, which can be customized according to our needs. We can create custom tasks like Epics and features. It seamlessly integrates with other tools like MS Teams and Azure DevOps, providing extensions and third-party integration options. It's fabulous because it allows us to migrate from other SCM tools like monday.com, Azure Boards, Slack, etc. Additionally, Jira offers a convenient dashboard that consolidates all project reports in one place.
Cons
The cost poses a barrier for startups or small-sized companies with around 10 to 20 members. It would be beneficial if it were free for them. Other tools like Azure Board provide free access for up to 5 people in an organization. The migration/sync process is not easy and free with other tools. Understanding the process of migrating from Azure Board to Jira takes time. There are numerous extensions and third-party tools available, but they often come with high costs. The automatic sync after 180 seconds of updates in Azure Board is not ideal, and the manual refresh button is inconvenient.

“All-in-one project management tool”
Pros
In my opinion, the JIRA tool gets the job done, and I highly recommend it. I'm genuinely impressed by its features, which encompass problem tracking, project management, agile development, configurable processes and seamless integration with other programs. It allows us to easily create, track and manage issues and tasks.
Cons
Complexity is the main hurdle for beginners. Additionally, it has limited built-in testing features technically, and the setup cost can be high for startup firms and smaller companies.
