“Custom dashboards and tracking”
Pros
Once you get familiar with how the features work, the platform is pretty easy to use. It gives you a structured way to manage projects and priorities and the sub-task feature is especially useful for following progress throughout a project. Time tracking also helps a lot when trying to understand the effort behind each sprint. I also appreciate being able to customize the dashboard and add a profile icon which makes the workspace feel more personal.
Cons
A few tools still don't work as well as they should especially when trying to view the total Time Spent across the whole team. The reporting area could definitely be improved too. There's also a bit of a learning curve before all the different features start to make sense and at times the system feels buggy and can crash.

“Workflow builder connects well”
Pros
Getting workflows set up is easy and it works really well for connecting with other systems.
Cons
One thing that caught me off guard was the limited flexibility in system configuration especially compared with Salesforce which I've also implemented. There's no field-level validation and there are gaps in the permission settings that end up costing a lot of extra time and creative workarounds to enforce certain rules. The reporting features are also quite weak.

“Bug tracking just clicks”
Pros
Using this app has made it much simpler for our development team to keep track of bugs, stories and epics. The interface is really easy to work with and being able to copy and paste images that auto-attach as evidence has been an excellent addition.
Cons
There isn't much I dislike about the app but the most frustrating part is that it sometimes logs me out even right after I've signed in.

“Active sprint cards and integrations”
Pros
The active sprint card interface has been a standout for us. It's simple to work with but still packed with everything we need. We use it to handle multiple sprints and goals and it gives us plenty of metrics to evaluate team efficiency and throughput. Another big plus is how well it connects with other tools like Bitbucket and Confluence.
Cons
Feature that could be better is the backlog search. The options aren't very simple and getting the most out of it usually means writing fairly complex search queries.

“Agile transparency and mobility”
Pros
It really helps bring consistency to the process while still supporting the fast-changing nature of agile projects. As a collaborative project management tool, it works well for keeping everyone aligned. The mobile app is a big plus too since it makes it possible to manage projects while on the go. I also really appreciate the workflow and the way user stories are organized and categorized. Everything feels transparent and it's a must-have tool for teams working in agile.
Cons
One drawback is that the reports and dashboards are not presented in a graphical format. Also, each ticket can only be assigned to a single person which can be limiting in some cases. On top of that, the pricing feels expensive for a medium-sized organization.

“Issue tracking powerhouse”
Pros
Built by the Australian company, this is one of the best tools for issue tracking, bug tracking and project management. It's written in Java and the standout part of the software is how effectively it keeps track of all ongoing work.
Cons
Getting started took a while because the environment felt somewhat complex at first. The newer version includes more functionality but that also seems to make it slower. Another annoyance is that small comment windows can pop open if you accidentally click in the wrong place.

“Strong engineering fit”
Pros
Book works exceptionally well for software teams and our engineers are genuinely happy using it. That makes perfect sense to me because it fits nicely with Scrum workflows and uses a card-based layout that keeps work organized. One feature that really adds value is the built-in time tracking especially since some competing tools do not include that out of the box. The charts and the rest of the project management features are also really great.
Cons
Downside is that it feels fairly focused on engineering so it becomes hard to use with a mixed team that needs to cover both technical and non-technical work. That is exactly the issue we ran into. It is also not as visually polished as some other options on the market. On top of that, not having a free plan is a big drawback, particularly for a smaller team like ours and that is ultimately why we moved to a different tool.

“Reliable dashboards and teamwork”
Pros
Across project management work, this has been a dependable tool that keeps things running well. It works nicely across departments so everyone can stay updated on what's happening in a project. Bringing clients into the collaboration is easy too which helps a lot. The dashboards are flexible and useful and they give me a clear overview of everything. It's also a fast platform and rarely suffers from delays.
Cons
User permissions and access schemes can be somewhat tricky to manage. There's definitely a bit of a learning curve and the interface can take some time to get comfortable with. That said, a couple of the updates released while I've been using it have improved this area.

“Cloud tools and convenience”
Pros
Usability and convenience are probably its biggest strengths. It also comes with several related products that can be connected to support project management better. Depending on business size and user preference, you can choose either the cloud version or the server option. With the cloud setup, users also get access to Confluence which makes it simple to link task-related documents. Setting due dates, assigning tasks and sending updates to users' phones is much more manageable with the mobile app. Overall, the cloud and mobile features provide a lot of value for the price paid.
Cons
It can feel fairly complex for the average user and there are definitely simpler tools available online.

“Bug tracking for development”
Pros
After using it for a long time, I can honestly say it's one of the best tools for bug tracking and managing the development process. It lets you create epics, stories and subtasks for a specific feature and you can monitor progress in real time by logging work hours, effort and related details. For development work and project tracking, it feels like an essential tool.
Cons
Sometimes there's an intermittent session issue though it doesn't happen consistently.

“Helpful Bitbucket branching”
Pros
Getting around the software is simple and the branching integration from Bitbucket is especially useful. The comment section is also very, very helpful.
Cons
One thing that feels missing is the ability to identify release notes when it's connected with Bitbucket. I'd like each release note, by label, to show the details of a ticket once it's closed. A feature that creates a group email address for each branch would also make Agile practices easier to manage.

Pros
It supports agile development well and can be tailored to match the development process you want, along with the Service Desk or support workflow your team needs.

“Fast and user-friendly”
Pros
Using this tool has been really easy. It's a simple app for logging defects and it fits very well with Agile methodologies. Compared to other defect tracking tools, it runs much faster which makes day-to-day work better. The interface is user-friendly and overall it feels like a strong and capable tool for Agile teams.
Cons

Pros
Keeping up with all the tasks assigned by the Scrum Master is very manageable with this. It also does a good job of preserving issue history and the comment section helps keep all the discussion in one place.

“Project tracking tools”
Pros
Managing projects with this software has been a really positive experience. It's a powerful project management tool with plenty of useful features that support the development of multiple projects at once. It helps everyone stay on top of progress, with reports, notifications, emails and several other helpful functions built in. Setting it up is easy and it can be configured, customized and adjusted to fit the way your team works. It has definitely helped save time and I'd highly recommend it. Another big plus is how well it integrates with other products like Bitbucket and Bamboo.
Cons
At this point, I really haven't come across any drawbacks worth mentioning about this software.

“Scrum customization”
Pros
Being fully aligned with SCRUM is a big plus and it's flexible enough to be customized to match the way SCRUM works. It lets you track burn-down charts, supports multiple teams and projects and handles epics, stories, tasks and subtasks really well. The delivery workflow can also be tailored which makes it fit different team processes nicely.
Cons
You need to pay to unlock all of its capabilities which is a downside. I'd also really like to see stronger filtering options, plus built-in integration with GitHub and GitLab instead of having to rely on Jigit.

“simple ticketing and formatting”
Pros
Even without any prior experience, creating a ticket feels very easy. As long as you know what you need to report, you can submit one in under five minutes. The interface is simple to navigate and I also appreciate that it lets you format ticket descriptions and place long code snippets into code blocks which makes everything look much cleaner.
Cons
