“Excellent for agile work”
Pros
Right from the start, the biggest advantage is that the project team can follow issues throughout the entire development lifecycle. It works especially well for Agile-based software development and supports workflows like Scrum, Kanban and more. The interface is also user-friendly when it comes to creating user stories, epics and similar items.
Cons
New users may need a bit of time to get used to it since there is a slight learning curve at the beginning.

“Kanban and scrum support”
Pros
It supports both Kanban and Scrum workflows and the variety of issue types makes it useful for handling different kinds of tasks.
Cons
One thing missing is a way to view issue history and creating child issues isn't very easy.

“Agile-friendly platform”
Pros
The platform is very user-friendly and works really well for our development team especially when following an agile methodology.

“Workflow automation that delivers”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how much automation can be built right into the workflows.
Cons
The overall design feels a bit underwhelming. When a dedicated browser plugin is needed just to provide visual controls that really should be built into the product itself, it kind of says everything.

“Fantastic tracking experience”
Pros
Running project management in a large enterprise, this has delivered an excellent experience on both desktop and mobile. The mobile side, in particular, feels very simple for managing projects on the go. Where it really separates itself from typical project management platforms is how well it tracks issues across the full development lifecycle. Tickets play a huge role in keeping work organized and helping teams keep momentum. The collaboration through comments is especially strong and the available add-ons plus ready-made templates make onboarding much easier for people who are still learning the platform. Even when managing complex projects, the interface never felt awkward or weighed down by a steep learning curve. It worked well with tools I was already comfortable using while also giving me room to expand what I could do.
Cons
One recurring challenge for my team has been the whole process around creating tickets. The platform is very detail-focused which is useful but that same level of detail can also make things feel unnecessarily tough. At times, creating and resolving a ticket seems to take longer than the actual task being worked on. On top of that, closing a ticket is difficult and in some cases impossible, if you are not the person who originally created it. Because of that, project managers end up needing to provide a lot of oversight as task statuses continue to change. Tickets are easily the most debated part of the platform for us even though they are still a necessary piece of getting work done successfully here.

“Backlog and roadmap visibility”
Pros
Working on an Agile project, this has easily been one of the most useful tools on the team. The roadmap visualization is much clearer so everyone can quickly understand where the project is headed. It also offers a lot of flexibility with customizable Kanban and Scrum boards, including fields, ticket flow columns and other board settings that can be adjusted based on the project. Task assignment and tracking are very convenient from both the manager's side and the team members' side. Creating and editing items is easy too and attaching files or screenshots is only a click away. Integration with other tools used in the project especially TestRail and Confluence, is simple and helpful. One of the biggest advantages is the backlog which makes it convenient to create and track tickets immediately when needed and pick them up later. Activity logs are also very useful since every action is recorded. On top of that, the filtering options and status reports make project tracking much easier and being able to filter tickets release-wise is especially helpful during regression.
Cons
Because the application is so simple to use overall, there really are not many major negatives that come to mind. The only issue I personally ran into was when a team member was released from a project. There is no option within the tool for that person to request removal from the project board or unsubscribe from emails related to the old project. As a result, the inbox keeps filling up with comments and updates from former team members and activities from a project they are no longer part of.

“Versatile and customizable”
Pros
Getting started with this platform was easy and managing everything day to day has been just as convenient. It's highly customizable, the support team has been genuinely helpful and it connects with nearly all chat tools and SCM tools we use. On top of that, it comes with many other useful features that make it even more valuable.
Cons
Only slight concern on my side is the cost but considering how much it offers, paying a bit more feels understandable.

“Highly adaptable and reliable”
Pros
There are a lot of customization options which makes it possible to tailor the software to fit a company's specific needs. After spending some time with it, the overall logic starts to make sense and it becomes much easier to work with.
Cons
Getting familiar with the platform took a bit of effort at first. It isn't the most user-friendly tool and the interface feels dated, almost like something from the early 2000s but its functionality is great and that matters most in the end.

“Awesome UI and speed”
Pros
Keeping projects organized feels much better with this tool because the way it works makes tracking everything very simple. It lets us create bugs, assign them to the right people and follow their progress without confusion. The new UI is also awesome and makes the whole experience even better.
Cons
Creating tickets is very easy and tracking them is just as simple. Once any changes are made to a ticket, the notifications come through quickly which helps us stay updated right away.

“Broad integrations and features”
Pros
There are lots of integrations available and it has a strong presence in the productivity and project management space which makes it simple to find help, answers and community support online. It also comes with a wide range of features and when everything is configured properly, it can be an extremely powerful tool.
Cons
Setup process is fairly complicated and there are so many options to adjust and configure that it can feel overwhelming even though that flexibility is part of what makes it versatile. It's also quite a heavy application so moving between screens can be a bit slow.

“Flexible agile workflows”
Pros
One of the best things about this tool is how well it fits an agile way of working. It's a project management platform that is highly configurable and also supports a Kanban approach very well. The interface is clean, teamwork is well supported and it helps get work done efficiently. You can set up almost any workflow you need, including statuses, fields, actions and issue items, either through the default setup or by customizing them as needed. Another part I really appreciate is the way it keeps communication clear across the team, with instant notifications for updates in relevant areas, options to interact with teammates, share ideas and attach documents.
Cons
It's a very capable program but it does have a few rough edges that make it less appealing. The first is its complexity, it's such a broad and powerful system that configuring and implementing it takes a lot of time if you want the setup to truly match your organization's needs. On top of that, there is a learning curve so people also need to invest time in understanding how to use it properly. Some features, depending on the company you work for, require direct customization requests through the vendor which increases the cost. A lot of the functionality also ends up depending heavily on the system administrator so the workload is not always distributed fairly across the team.

“Fantastic sprint roadmap”
Pros
I can't praise it enough. I rely on it every day across all of my projects and it does a really good job of keeping our team aligned throughout the development process. The newer "Next Gen Projects" feature has been outstanding especially with the visual roadmap which makes it much easier for both me and my developers to stay focused and deliver a quality product. Being able to assign hours, epics and story points to each ticket also helps us map out our weeks during sprints and make sure we're staying on pace to finish on time.
Cons
There isn't really anything I dislike but I'm still getting familiar with the Dashboard features and learning how to make the most of the different chart options available there.

“great ticket dashboard”
Pros
As a ticket tracking system, it does exactly what it should. You really can't ask for much more. It gives you a clear dashboard to monitor your workload and makes it simple to hand off tasks within the team.
Cons
Navigation feels a bit confusing to me at times. It's also slightly slow with checkboxes and that half-second delay gets pretty annoying when I'm trying to set up multiple filters.

“Efficient ticket handling”
Pros
Our team mainly relies on it to view tickets and act on them as needed. Test Technicians create tickets that have to be troubleshot and this software really helps improve efficiency in that process. It also works well when several engineers need to collaborate on the same ticket and if needed, the ticket can be escalated to the Software or Hardware team while still allowing you to stay updated as a watcher.
Cons
One limitation is that a ticket can't be assigned to multiple engineers at the same time. You can only add watchers after the ticket has already been created.
