“Helpful filters and attachments”
Pros
Being able to filter by different labels is really useful. You can create categories and then choose to show only specific tracks which makes things much easier to manage. The option to upload attachments is also a nice benefit.
Cons
Looking at it from the client side rather than the design or implementation side, the interface can feel a bit cluttered with information that only seems relevant to the team handling the build. It was also a little tricky to navigate at times. That said, this may not be much of an issue if the platform is mainly being used for internal projects.

“Workflows that deliver”
Pros
Using it day to day feels easy and managing everything is simple. The workflow features are strong and can be customized really well to fit different needs.
Cons
There are just a few small UX tweaks that could noticeably improve it. For instance, having select all/deselect all options for the search checkboxes would help a lot. It would also be useful to save column layouts within a saved search so column selections wouldn't need to be adjusted every time for a different query.

“powerful bug tracking”
Pros
Bug tracking is a core part of software development and this tool really helps my company stay on top of it. It also supports testing tasks and operations so we can confirm everything is working as it should. It's become an important part of our workflow and I'm happy with how well it fits into the process.
Cons
The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at times but software like this needs to be powerful to really do the job well and that's exactly what it is, powerful and effective.

“Agile boards and integrations”
Pros
One thing that really helps is having all planned tasks visible for a specific time period which makes tracking work much clearer. The filters are easy to use and make it simple to find what you need quickly. It also lets you log work which gives project managers better information to adjust planning when necessary. Sprint support is a big plus especially for teams working with agile methods. The integration with GitHub, FishEye and Bamboo is also very great and adds a lot of value.
Cons
Setting up a workflow feels more complicated than it should be. Another issue is the auto-refresh which has not worked very well in my use. Instead of updating the board properly, it only shows a message saying something has changed so you still need to click refresh manually to actually see the updates.

“Customization and analytics”
Pros
This project management platform is incredibly flexible, with plenty of integrations, strong analytics and a high level of customization that makes it adaptable to different workflows.
Cons
The downside is that it really feels like a tool designed by engineers for engineers and it often needs technical people to implement it properly. I've watched management, product and marketing teams struggle to get comfortable with it.

“Reliable notifications”
Pros
It's become my go-to tool for managing workflows between HR and our IT/Systems Administrators. Whenever I submit a ticket, I get notified about any updates and I'm also alerted once the ticket has been completed and closed.
Cons
Submitting tickets can feel a bit confusing until you understand how the system works. Once you get used to it, it's perfectly manageable but initially it didn't feel very user-friendly.

“Clear hierarchy and visibility”
Pros
Setting up links and building hierarchies is easy and really useful, whether it's for EPICs, Features, Stories and similar work items. It also does a strong job of improving visibility and accountability across the team which helps everyone stay aligned.
Cons
Reporting still has room for improvement. Better data visualization inside the application would make a big difference and it would also be helpful to have stronger visualization options through plugins.

“User-friendly tasking”
Pros
Assigning tasks to teams is really easy. With one click, a task can be given to the entire team which saves a lot of time. The main interfaces are also very user-friendly and simple to work with.
Cons
The pricing is quite high especially for small companies.

“Workflow powerhouse”
Pros
Search is powerful, with faceted filters and helpful suggestions that make things quick to find. Creating new tasks and connecting them to existing projects, epics or related and dependent work is very easy. It's also simple to track tasks and tailor statuses like open, in progress and others to match the way our team works. On top of that, the different project and task views, such as boards, burndown charts and reports, give us great visibility. The integrations with Confluence for documentation and InVision for product design are also really valuable.
Cons
It covers just about everything but that also means you can end up staring at a huge wall of information and a lot of fields to complete at times.

“Dashboard and goal tracking”
Pros
The dashboard gives a clear view of a project's full lifecycle, including progress updates and parent tickets which helps keep everything organized. It's also really useful that ticket fields can be customized to match specific needs. On top of that, the graphical display of completed goals versus what's still left makes tracking performance much more practical.
Cons
The only frustrating part is the occasional downtime. I usually get email notices ahead of time saying the system will be unavailable during a certain period but that's something I feel should be managed better.

“Fast task management”
Pros
Right away, the biggest advantage of this software is how simple it is to use. Assigning tasks to different team members is quick, easy and doesn't take much effort. It's also been very reliable for me, with no downtime at all.
Cons
One downside is the limited UI customization, along with the absence of a dark mode. The interface does look polished and professional overall but it doesn't offer much flexibility to personalize it.

“Tracking and reporting tools”
Pros
Task assignment and progress tracking work really well. Both the management team and clients can monitor the project status which helps everyone stay aligned. The time tracking reports are helpful for both individual team members and the whole team and the sprint and task allocation reports add even more visibility.
Cons
One downside is that the system sends automatic emails even for very minor task updates. It would be better if there were some limits or controls on those notifications.

Pros
While working with the Project Management Organization at a large financial services company, I used this software quite a bit. It gave us the ability to track project variables effectively and came with great reporting tools that were very useful.

“Reliable tracking and updates”
Pros
As an application developer, this is one of those tools we have to use in our company. It helps me keep track of my work and sends email notifications for every single change. Every team also uses its tickets to stay on top of tasks and maintain proper tracking.
Cons
Layout feels a little complex and cluttered. The project list could definitely be organized into better categories and a poor internet connection can also be a drawback.

“Simple ticketing with updates”
Pros
Using this software feels very easy. It's simple enough that even someone without much technical background can work with it comfortably. Every change on a raised IT ticket is also sent by email which keeps the team informed on each update. The support has also been up to the mark.
Cons
