“Flexible boards but frustrating search”
Pros
Managing the software development lifecycle is much more organized with this tool and it does a really good job of making work visible. The Kanban board and the other dashboards make it simple to see progress and status without wasting paper or physically moving stories around the way we used to. Another big plus is how configurable the software is so it can be adjusted to fit different workflows.
Cons
The search feature although fairly flexible, can be frustrating to use. There are times when I end up entering a very broad term and then manually digging through the results just to locate what I need. On top of that, the software can feel pretty slow at certain times.

“Project tracking powerhouse”
Pros
There are plenty of features available to manage projects effectively and the issue tracking system is flexible enough to customize based on different needs. The user experience is really good as well. I come from a non-IT background but it only took me about 4-5 days to learn how to use it. Even without much prior knowledge, it's still quite approachable and practical to work with.
Cons
Even with all that flexibility, there are still a few areas where the product could be improved further. At times, doing the same task across different issues can take longer than it should so adding shortcuts or time-saving features would help make the workflow more efficient.

“Handy ticket hub”
Pros
It's been really useful for handling small tasks and projects. The ticket system keeps all the resources I need together in one central place which makes everything much easier to track.
Cons
Program can be pretty confusing sometimes. There are a lot of features I either haven't been introduced to properly or still don't fully understand the purpose of.

“Project management tool”

It works really well as a project management tool and covers the functionality I need.

One downside is that it isn't very beginner-friendly so new users may need some time to get comfortable with it.

“Advanced communication features”
Pros
One feature that really stands out in this software is the Comments option. It makes communicating with the assignee or the reporter very convenient. You can quickly mention someone just by typing "@" followed by their name and it even auto-fills as you type their initials. On top of that, important parts of a comment can be emphasized using the "pre-formatted" option under the Text or Visual formatting choices. There's also flexibility to make comments visible only to a selected audience which is very useful.
Cons
One thing I would really want changed is the window size when creating a new item. Instead of opening on a full page, clicking the "Create" option brings up a small pop-up window. That limited space makes it a little harder to enter all the required details comfortably when opening a new item.

“Feature-packed and connected”
Pros
It is one of the management tools we use regularly in our company and it's easy to see why so many people appreciate it. It comes with a wide, full-featured set of tools that covers a lot of needs. I can connect it with Slack, Gmail and other platforms, including Bitbucket and even our IDE. It also lets us assign a time range to each card for a specific task or feature and we can organize them using tags or related groupings. On top of that, the push notifications have been especially useful for me.
Cons
Only part I'm less enthusiastic about is how broad the platform is. There are probably a lot of features and capabilities I still don't know about simply because it offers so much. Aside from that, the UI feels a bit complex and not as visually appealing as Trello.

“Tool for tech workflows”
Pros
This is a really powerful tool and honestly I don't know any good software agency that isn't using it. For my business needs, we pair it with Trello so the business side creates cards there and then sends them over to this platform, where my tech teams turn them into user stories and handle the actual development work.
Cons
Time estimation part could definitely be better. Having a more unbiased view of how long something will take to ship is really important.

“simple design and filters”
Pros
UI and overall design make it simple for anyone to get comfortable with the tool quickly. The filter and query features make it really convenient to track task progress and keep an eye on outstanding items. It also offers different UI options in the comment section which helps me format content in a much clearer way. This would definitely be my preferred choice for project management.
Cons
I haven't run into any drawbacks with this software so far.

“Task tracking and insights”
Pros
One of the best parts of using it is how freely you can organize all kinds of tasks however and whenever you want. It also gives you useful information about your work progress as well as your teammates' progress. On top of that, you can keep track of your working hours and see how much time is being spent on specific tasks.
Cons
The hardest part, in my opinion, is understanding the platform at the beginning. It comes with a lot of different features and that can feel confusing at first. But overall great to use.

“Useful agile tools”
Pros
There's a great set of features here for agile development, including burndown charts, dashboards and pretty much everything needed to keep work organized. The bug tracking is also quite capable which makes it a convenient all-in-one place to manage tickets, issues, stories and similar items.
Cons
A few usability updates would definitely help. For instance, clicking into an issue opens it in a side panel and that layout can make it hard to view all of the content properly. The integrations are also not very easy to configure especially GitHub.

“Productive kanban teamwork”
Pros
Our team was encouraged to start using the Kanban board and at first we were honestly a bit unsure about it. As we kept using it though, it became really helpful for keeping all of our work in one place. It made it simple to see who was handling each task and it also helped the team stay more proactive and productive overall.
Cons
We did enjoy the newer features it offers but one thing still felt missing, an individual report. I'm not entirely sure why but we were informed by the IT administrator that this option isn't available.

“simple integrations and workflow”
Pros
Right away, this software feels like it knows exactly where it belongs in the application development lifecycle. There's a lot here to appreciate especially how well it connects with different idea management platforms like Aha! and Jama. It also works nicely with email systems such as Outlook which makes creating issues through email really convenient. On top of that, the integration with source code repositories lets you link check-ins directly to work items. The interface is very well thought out and just feels natural to use. They've clearly put effort into cutting out the clutter you often run into with other software project management tools. Handling users, permissions, project types like Kanban and Agile, along with epics, user stories, issues, bugs, metrics and burndown tracking, all feels very simple in this application.
Cons
There's barely anything to complain about here. The features are easy to find and use, the software is responsive and I haven't run into any bugs.

“Powerful once learned”
Pros
I like how flexible and customizable it is, allowing me to tailor the system to fit virtually any team process. I also value its strong reporting capabilities which make it easy to generate detailed reports using a wide range of filters once the system is properly configured.
Cons
Nothing majot to mention here but I think getting comfortable with it takes a while. There's definitely a fairly steep learning curve and it can take time to fully understand all the features and set the software up in a way that fits your team well.

“Projects and task tracking”
Pros
Working with this tool has been really useful for setting up different projects and it allows multiple users to access them based on their permissions. You can create several tasks within a single project which makes organizing work much better. It's also helpful for creating project-related documents in one place. The dashboard gives a clear view of tasks assigned to each person, lets you check everyone's tasks and makes it possible to update task progress when needed. Another good feature is that assigned tasks can be reassigned from one user to another and hours can be logged against a specific task as well.
Cons
There is still a bit of a learning curve for newcomers so some guidance is needed at the beginning. At times, it can also be confusing to locate the wiki, spaces, Confluence path and similar sections.

“Digital kanban success”
Pros
Keeping up with current sprint tasks and their status is really easy. It feels a lot like the old manual kanban board I've relied on for years with sticky notes and markers and it may finally be the thing that gets me to leave that habit behind and fully switch to digital.
Cons
Getting started took some time especially when it came to adding tasks and entering information since I didn't have any instructions or someone to guide me. After spending a bit of time with it though, I was able to figure it out and everything has been running well since then.
