everything in one place

Pros

It covers pretty much every part of a project in one place. You can keep your documents, user stories, log records, issues and everything else organized inside it.

Cons

My least favorite part is Confluence because it's hard to understand and takes quite a bit of deep study to really get used to.

sprint planning essential

Pros

I first used it years ago mainly for bug tracking and it was really handy for capturing everything needed to reproduce issues, fix them and verify the results afterward. These days, I can't imagine working without it for organizing and planning projects. It has grown far beyond issue tracking for us and now supports the whole project flow, from epics and user stories all the way through each sprint.

Cons

Its high level of customization is a benefit but it also comes with a downside. Since we work across different projects for different clients, there's always some effort involved in adjusting to each team's particular setup, workflow and way of structuring projects.

built for complex teams

Pros

Packed with features and very flexible. It offers a huge range of capabilities for advanced, complex project management especially when multiple team members are involved and each person is responsible for different specialties and parts of a large project.

Cons

This software is definitely better suited to highly technical users. There's a significant learning curve for team members and project managers who aren't familiar with complex project management platforms, technical terms and more advanced functionality.

slow support responses

Pros

It's a testing management tool that records the whole software testing process, including bug logging, assigning issues to the right teams and keeping a history of everything.

Cons

One thing that bothers me about this software is the response time. At times, it takes far too long to react to a specific action.

collaboration powerhouse

Pros

After using it for about a year, I can say it works really well for team collaboration. Creating tasks, assigning them to team members and keeping everyone aligned is very effective. It also does an impressive job of tracking project progress. Paired with Confluence, it becomes a strong combination that supports corporate projects very well.

Cons

The interface is not very user-friendly and it takes some time to fully understand each component of the product.

feature-rich but complex

Pros

There's a lot you can do with it. It offers plenty of flexibility, lots of features and lets you manage projects with very detailed information.

Cons

At the same time, it can feel overwhelming and fairly complicated to use. It's important to think about how much detail and complexity you actually need because there's no point getting into a heavy tool if a simpler one would do the job.

customization that shines

Pros

One of the biggest advantages for me is how customizable this software is. Every company handles projects differently and this platform gives the flexibility to adapt to those different workflows instead of forcing a single way of managing them.

Cons

At times, it does feel a little slow and there's definitely a learning curve since some parts can be complicated to fully understand.

kanban keeps work flowing

Pros

The kanban view is the feature I enjoy most for managing my tickets. Since I usually have several projects going at once, it helps a lot with seeing exactly where things stand and what I should tackle next.

Cons

Looking up older tickets or ones created for other projects can be pretty frustrating. If your labeling system isn't well organized, everything can become cluttered and hard to sort through fairly quickly.

scrum hub

Pros

Running agile scrum across our software development lifecycle, this has been an ideal platform for keeping projects organized. User management, ticketing, reporting and role assignments are all really well handled and having everything related to a project in one place makes day-to-day work much more manageable.

Cons

That being said, it can still feel a little too complex and cluttered at times. The admin portal is not always the most simple to navigate and while the redesign definitely improved things, certain parts can still be more challenging than they should be.

fast request tracking

Pros

Handling IT requests with this has been really effective at my workplace. Every ticket I submit gets taken care of quickly and in a very organized way. It's helpful being able to follow each request and see its progress without any confusion. We use it both in our US office and across global teams and it works very well as a shared tool. Another big plus is how simple it is for users to navigate and use.

Cons

It does a very good job tracking and managing IT requests overall. The only thing that comes to mind is that it could be even better with some additional functionality added in the future.

flexible fields

Pros

Getting started with this tool feels very user-friendly. There are tons of fields available to enter and customize, the interface looks nice and the email notifications are a really helpful touch.

Cons

The initial setup can feel a little overwhelming especially when you're configuring all of the available fields for the first time.

smooth feedback workflow

Pros

No matter who the user is, the platform lets you customize and update IT tickets while also giving feedback or raising concerns directly inside the project management tool at every stage of bug tracking.

Cons

One thing that still needs work is being able to view a ticket again and reopen or retrieve it after it has been closed.

strong community support

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how customizable it is. The documentation is extensive, the community is large and active and because the platform is so widely used, it's usually easy to find people who already know how to work with it.

Cons

A downside is that there still aren't enough ready-made templates for common use cases like support tickets. The interface can feel laggy at times, plugin quality is inconsistent and the licensing options around plugins could be handled better.

all-in-one tracking

Pros

Among the tracking tools out there, this feels like one of the strongest options on the market. It works well for all kinds of project activities and is useful across the whole team, whether you're a developer, QA, BA, project manager or in another role. Having all project artifacts kept in one place is especially convenient and makes day-to-day work much more manageable.

Cons

Since the latest update, it feels less user-friendly and not as simple as it used to be. Some basic tasks are no longer obvious and now I end up googling how to do things that used to be easy. Honestly, I preferred the old design.

clean ticket workflow

Pros

Right away, the interface feels clean and easy for handling workflows and keeping track of ticket logs. It's also very comprehensive and highly configurable so it can fit the needs of a small team just as well as much larger ones. The notification system works well too since you can see alerts inside the tool and also receive them by email.

Cons

There are times when it can be slow to load especially when attaching documents or pictures.

powerful project control

Pros

Managing projects feels very detailed and simple especially when it comes to creating projects, breaking them into subtasks and assigning each task to different team members. It does a really good job of helping me keep track of everything in one place.

Cons

Project boards can feel a little complicated to set up at first especially for new users. That said, the depth in the setup is also what makes the software so capable once you understand how everything works.

issue alerts that help

Pros

Being able to log and track issues in one place has been the biggest benefit for our team especially since they can be searched and shared across the company. It's simple to get into the system, create a new issue, follow its progress while someone is working on it and quickly see when it has been resolved. Another feature I really appreciate is the email notification it sends whenever updates are made, whether you're the observer or the person who created the item.

Cons

Only downside that comes to mind right now is the search function. It's not as easy as I'd want when trying to find a specific item especially if you don't already have the exact issue number.

too cluttered

Pros

It could turn into a great customer service and project management platform but only if everyone at your company has plenty of time, weeks, really, to fully learn how to use it.

Cons

This tool tries to do far too many things at once and that makes it lose any real sense of simplicity. Once a project gets split into separate tasks, keeping track of it becomes nearly impossible.
