“highly customizable”
Pros
Packed with a wide range of features, this software is highly customizable and becomes very user-friendly after a bit of training. It's also quite easy for teams to adopt which makes getting started much easier.
Cons
One downside is that if you're not fully aware of what you're doing, things can get messy pretty quickly. And when using the Cloud version, rolling back major changes can be difficult.

“versatile project center”
Pros
Keeping track of lots of projects, issues and bugs is much more manageable with this tool because it gives a clear overall view of everything. One thing that really stands out is how many different ways it can be used which makes it surprisingly flexible. Whether you're working as a PO or as a business project manager, it offers solutions that are easy to understand and practical to use. It also makes communication with coworkers very convenient and the integrations with tools like Mail or Slack work really well.
Cons
This software wasn't a good fit in situations where most of the team preferred other ways of communicating or managing projects. I'd only choose it for projects where everyone is fully on board with using it because without that shared commitment, the tool doesn't really help much when it comes to reaching your goals.

“strong project visibility”
Pros
It works well for Agile, waterfall and Kanban project management which makes it flexible across different teams and workflows. Access to filters and reports is convenient, the interface is pleasant to use and it does a really good job of helping everyone share updates and stay current on a ticket's progress.
Cons
Reporting and filtering can feel a little awkward at times and could definitely be refined. Search also has a learning curve since it helps to understand some of the underlying structure before you can use it effectively.

“GitHub sprint tracking”
Pros
This has been fantastic software for handling sprints and software ticketing. It makes it really quick to organize projects first, then manage tickets and sprints directly within each one. The GitHub integration is especially useful since it gives you a clear running history of the changes each sprint or branch made to the project.
Cons
Getting started can be a bit confusing and the setup isn't always easy. We were fortunate to have someone with deep knowledge of the software helping us through the process. If it's your first time using it, it can feel a little awkward at the beginning.

“planning and tracking win”
Pros
Working in an agile setup, this has been one of the strongest development tools I've used. Planning, tracking and releasing software feels very manageable and building project roadmaps is simple thanks to the drag-and-drop functionality that lets you organize even very detailed project information. Features such as creating user stories and issues, planning sprints and assigning tasks across the team are all flexible enough to fit different workflows. It's honestly one of the best tracking tools I've worked with and it has been extremely useful and effective for project management. The parts I appreciate most are the drag-and-drop roadmap design, the bird's-eye view with quick access to project status and tracking, the strong and highly configurable security options, the attractive dashboard and the convenient support for extracting data for reporting.
Cons
From a user perspective, I haven't really come across anything I would clearly call a downside although I've heard from management that the software is fairly expensive. Also because it offers so much configuration, it can sometimes become a bit complicated to locate the right setting even for a small or simple change.

“workflow management hub”
Pros
Between time tracking, task management, commenting, file attachments, advanced workflows, reporting and filtering, this platform really covers just about everything. It has all the tools I need in one place and honestly feels like one of the best options available on the market.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve at the beginning and it can take some time to figure out how everything works. Still, after a short tutorial or a bit of training, it becomes much more simple and really enjoyable to use.

“Great issue archive”
Pros
One of the most useful parts of this software is how well it maintains a large archive of issues my business needs to monitor. It also makes communication with different parties easy which helps keep everyone aligned.
Cons
Search function still needs quite a bit of improvement. Some parts of the software are clearly more practical and valuable than others.

“team alignment favorite”
Pros
After trying a few different collaboration platforms, this is easily the best one we've used. If your goal is to keep everyone aligned and working from the same page, this does exactly that. It's a really valuable tool for any software company that wants to stay organized without spending a lot.
Cons
There's a slight learning curve when you first log in but once you get used to how everything works, it becomes second nature.

“Easy tracking”
Pros
Getting started with the platform for the first time was surprisingly easy. I found it simple to set up workflows organize my backlog and keep track of tasks. Compared to other tools I've used, this one feels much clearer and more simple. I did find a minor issue when saving test workflows but the documentation helped me resolve it without much trouble.
Cons
Closing tickets was a bit frustrating at times. Having to close them one by one felt fairly tedious even though I can understand the reasoning behind why it was designed that way.

“fast teamwork tools”
Pros
From day one, I found the tool quick to learn and easy to use. The features are organized well which improves team collaboration and the filters are probably my favorite feature. I also appreciate the integrations with tools like Confluence and Git which add a lot of value to my workflow.
Cons
One thing missing is compatibility with other paid automation tools such as UFT and Tosca.

“great task tracking”
Pros
For day-to-day task management, I haven't found another platform that works quite as well. I can log time, add comments, tag teammates, create stories, epics and blockers and assign work efficiently. The communication and collaboration features are also fast and convenient especially when working with larger teams.
Cons
Session handling is definitely one of the weaker parts. If I open multiple sessions in the same browser, I sometimes run into errors like "not have permissions" or "page not found." Downtime also happens fairly often and when too many users are on it, the system can go down. Another annoyance is that comment indentation doesn't stay intact so I sometimes have to add extra tags or blocks just to preserve the formatting and alignment.

“organization boost”
Pros
One of the things I like most is how easy it is to configure the platform around my organization's workflow. I can customize fields, filters and tracking processes to fit exactly what we need. Before adopting it, our team relied heavily on emails and phone calls. Since switching, we've saved a significant amount of time and become much more organized.
Cons
As strong as the product is, there are still moments when I wish it connected with other programs more easily. It's not that the necessary tools aren't there but every now and then you run into situations where the integration side could work better.

“better team connection”
Pros
Collaborating across departments has become much easier with this tool. It's especially valuable for managing support cases and customer-reported issues, giving our QA team and other departments clear visibility into customer concerns from beginning to resolution.
Cons
One frustration is how quickly my inbox fills up with status updates and case changes that are not relevant to me. It becomes inconvenient having to sort through everything and manage rules or filters just to easily identify the tasks that actually involve me or apply to my work.

“helpful sprint support”
Pros
Managing a team's workload was very effective with this platform. I found it particularly useful to see other team members' tasks and monitor sprint progress in real time.
Cons
There are so many features packed into it that, if you don't bookmark things, it can take ages to find what you need. Adding new tasks is especially frustrating because nothing about that part feels simple.
