“organized workflow success”
Pros
Having everything centralized in one place has made a noticeable difference for me. The platform keeps progress tracking simple and I find the overall layout clear organized and easy to understand.
Cons
There are probably some useful features available that I'm not aware of yet or I'm not sure how to use properly. A guided tour or walkthrough would make it easier to discover those options.

“flexible integrations”
Pros
Built around your own workflow, this tool is fully customizable and offers plenty of version control integrations. Features like triggers are especially useful and add a lot of value.
Cons
Getting around the platform can feel a little confusing at times. Even something simple, like navigating to the kanban board, can occasionally be harder than it should be.

“great for IT teams”
Pros
Working in the IT department at a law firm, I rely on this software every day and it brings a lot to the table. The Confluence integration is especially useful for documenting technical details across different tasks. Task assignment and projected time estimates are also features I really appreciate. On top of that, being able to add comments, use the Kanban board and connect it with timesheet software makes it very helpful. As a project management tool, particularly for IT work, it's incredibly valuable for getting things completed.
Cons
One issue that comes up regularly is performance. It can be pretty buggy and noticeably slow especially when dealing with Tempo timesheets.

“unified teamwork hub”
Pros
Having everything gathered in one place makes it much easier to keep track of what each team member is working on. Overall, it has really helped strengthen collaboration across the team.
Cons
Because it's so configurable, it can also become quite complex and that sometimes means spending a lot of time figuring out how to do certain things. The UX also isn't always very simple, for instance, moving a task from the bottom of the backlog into a planned sprint can be more confusing than it should be.

“flexible CRM solution”
Pros
One of the best things about this software is how adaptable it is. We've been able to tailor it into a CRM system that works well for our team. Creating tickets is easy, entering client information is simple, the search fields feel simple and keeping up with ticket progress is very convenient.
Cons
There are still a few extra fields I'd like to have available but it's not a major issue. As it stands, the system already handles about 95% of what we need.

“tracking with flexibility”
Pros
This has been a very efficient tool for tracking work. It comes with plenty of useful features especially Reports and scrum boards. Tasks can be organized into Epics, Stories, Subtasks, Issues, Support cases and several other categories. Another valuable capability is the ability to configure workflows based on the specific needs of a project.
Cons
Getting the most out of its advanced features, particularly filtering and querying, does take some time to learn.

“agile workflow success”
Pros
Whether you're already experienced or just getting started in project management, this is one of the best tools available. It provides real agile support for managing projects and helps track software across its entire life cycle, from planning all the way to project completion. The email notifications whenever changes are made also make teamwork and collaboration much easier. On top of that, its ability to integrate with other tools makes it even more useful for project managers and users.
Cons
The pricing can feel a little high for newcomers in the field although its effectiveness still does justify the cost. Another issue some users mention is the frequent changes to the design and interface. Updates are important, of course but they should also focus on keeping the software as user-friendly as possible.

“ideal for large projects”
Pros
During a major project, this worked really well for us because we had a large team and it kept all our contacts and activities organized in one place.
Cons
Everything about it has been very good overall, the only downside is that it isn't free and requires a paid subscription.

“team-friendly tracking”
Pros
Getting started with this is very easy and working together with the team feels convenient. Assigning tasks and keeping track of progress is convenient and the product or process traceability is really helpful. It doesn't take much technical knowledge to join the team and help keep the project moving forward.
Cons
The visual presentation could be better and the search feature still feels slower than it should be.

“planning that works”
Pros
Keeping team tasks organized and planned out is where this tool really shines. Out of all the Agile management software I've used, this has been the best one for handling the workflow.
Cons
It would be even better with more customization options to fit different team needs and the navigation documentation could be clearer and more helpful.

“helpful tracking alerts”
Pros
This is part of our development team's daily workflow and the biggest advantage is how flexible it is in terms of what we can track and the way we choose to manage it. The alerts do a really good job of keeping us informed about changes and tickets that need follow-up. The integrations with Confluence and TestRail also work very well and fit nicely into our process.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that the behavior can be inconsistent in ways that feel a bit odd. Doing the same action from one area of the application versus another does not always produce the same result.

“detailed bug reports”
Pros
One thing this software does really well is let you report bugs with plenty of detail. You can attach pictures, videos and other types of files which makes it much easier to explain the issue clearly. That really helps keep communication strong between the manufacturer and the customer.
Cons
Only thing I'd still like to see is a customer-facing app version as well.

“clean UI and JQL”
Pros
Right from the end-user side, the platform feels easy to work with. It also connects really well with the other products we use which helps communication flow better across tools. The interface is clean and visually appealing and the JQL search feature is especially useful for finding tickets quickly in a large database.
Cons
Configuration and setup side can be difficult to handle. If you make a mistake, it's pretty unforgiving since you often can't delete things afterward to properly clean everything up.

“challenging onboarding”
Pros
It does a really good job of letting you build detailed, highly specific workflows for different scenarios and then apply those workflows across a wide range of projects. It's also very useful for creating dashboards that pull tasks together from several projects in one place.
Cons
Compared with a competitor like Asana, the learning curve is definitely steeper.
