“Jira - Gold standard which needs to keep improving, if it wants to stay ontop”
Pros
Jira sets the gold standard for project management, particularly in the tech industry. The issue hierarchy, with epics/parents flowing into user stories, tasks and subtasks, greatly improves planning.
Cons
Jira is not user-friendly for anyone from the start. It is not as simple to pick up and use as other task management tools.

“Best Tool for Agile Teams and Task Management”
Pros
It features a user-friendly UI that newcomers can easily learn and start using. It is customer-oriented, offering customization options for charts and data based on project needs. It also provides scalability for capturing organizational issues and tracking daily project progress, along with integration capabilities for manual, automated and development results. It is an excellent tool for project collaboration.
Cons
Jira isn't accessible offline, which can be problematic in emergencies. Also it could benefit from more AI integrations. I have also used Jira plugins for automation, reporting and project management.

“Unique Agile Management”
Pros
In Jira, users can create, plan, and assign stories and issues, and manage their status, whether ready, in progress, impeded, waiting for release, or closed. You can also clone a story, bug, or issue to avoid the manual effort of creating a new one from scratch.
Cons
One issue I have encountered is that the web page interface is more user-friendly compared to the mobile app. Additionally, the default image upload size is only 10 MB which can be problematic if the file size exceeds this limit.

“Awesome Projects and Tasks Management tool”
Pros
The first word that comes to mind when I think of Jira is simplicity. It is very easy to use mainly for inexperienced users, at least for the basic features, which are enough for many users. I also like the option that allows to install add-ons. There is likely an existing add-on for almost any problem you might encounter, you just need to look for it.
Cons
I am not completely satisfied with the time management feature, particularly because it requires a database extract for data retrieval. Also, the "Transitions" view on Jira-online is slow to load which is frustrating given its usefulness.

“Great Tool That Helps Get The Job Done”
Pros
Jira is a fantastic tool that truly empowers our Engineering team to make changes, manage tasks and provide visibility into the status of any ticket. There is a bit of a learning curve to get accustomed to the tool, but once you do, it is easy to find what you need.
Cons
As a Support Lead, I use Jira differently from the Engineering team. I use it for task and announcement management during team meetings. It replaced Trello for us but the tool is so powerful that simplifying boards and removing unnecessary features was a challenge. Customizing the board also proved to be somewhat confusing and complex for me.
