“custom teamwork visibility”
Pros
One of the best parts is how well this tool can be customized based on specific requirements. In an IT organization, it helps keep everyone aligned and on the same page which cuts down confusion among employees about their tasks and updates. It also includes time tracking which is useful for both employees and employers. The platform is simple to understand, practical to maintain and works well for managing multiple projects from one place. It's suitable for everyone involved, including clients, project managers, developers, testers and others. It also acts like a secure place to store project details and information and retrieving data through search is quite convenient. The transparency it provides makes users feel more comfortable and helps them enjoy their work while delivering quality projects. The UI and overall functionality are both very supportive for day-to-day use.
Cons
Report tracking can be difficult unless someone has a strong understanding of graphs. There are also times when the tool does not respond properly after requesting a functionality.

“Great task manager”
Pros
We used this app at work for several years and even after switching to other tools when the market became crowded with new options, I still consider it a reliable choice for managing projects and tasks.
Cons
From an admin perspective, it did the job well for me although some users struggled to fully get the hang of it. That may not be entirely the app's fault since not everyone was comfortable enough with technology to learn it quickly.

“Perfect ALM powerhouse”
Pros
It handles everything for us, stories, features, bugs, test suites, test plans, test execution and basically every part of ALM. The way it connects with the rest of the product suite makes it an excellent fit for our workflow.
Cons
Honestly, I have no complaints. The product design feels very well thought out and that really shows in how well it works.

“Great customization”
Pros
Customizing ticket workflows is very easy and works well.
Cons
Backlog filtering feels a bit limited and the interface could be more user-friendly. I'd also prefer a better tree-style view for Epics and stories.

“great for remote teams”
Pros
For large companies with development teams spread across different locations, this tool feels indispensable. It does a really good job of tracking Epics, Stories, Issues and Bugs in one place which makes project management much more organized.
Cons
Downside is that the learning curve is quite steep. It's common for companies to bring in consultants just to train employees on how to use it properly.

“kanban alignment”
Pros
Getting started with the kanban methodology feels very approachable with this especially for first-time users. It does a good job of bringing the team together around shared norms and helps establish the right working cadence for everyone.
Cons
The interface can feel a little unattractive at times and there are quite a few menus and submenus to work through. It would benefit from a UI designer giving it a refresh and adding some extra visual polish.

“better ticket handling”
Pros
One thing this has clearly improved for our organization is how we manage incoming tickets, whether they come from internal teams or external sources. Being able to route and assign tickets to the right people or departments so quickly has made the whole process much more efficient and issues are getting answered and resolved in a better way overall.
Cons
I'd really like to see the reporting features expanded since we want to dig deeper into where our team is struggling and where extra support might be needed to help reduce response times.

“workflow comments win”
Pros
Using it day to day has been very easy. Commenting on tickets works well, the built-in workflow is really useful and the integration with Zendesk adds a lot of value.
Cons
Sugar integration is harder to work with than it should be and the amount of SugarCRM data available feels pretty limited.

“strong reports but messy setup”
Pros
Building metric reports is pretty easy, the query system feels simple and the connections between tickets, teams, boards and related items work well.
Cons
Configuration side is extremely complex and it doesn't take much to turn a working setup into a very dysfunctional one. A few features you'd expect to be included in the base package come at an extra cost and Zephyr is honestly awful to use.

“collaboration platform”
Pros
Without a doubt, this is one of the best collaboration tools available for product and project management. I've been using it for years and they've done a great job of staying up to date with new features, functionality and UX improvements.
Cons
There's a huge amount packed into the software but it often feels like I'm only tapping into a small fraction of what it can actually do. I just wish there were a more simple even fun, way to learn about the other capabilities I could be using.

“tracking and dashboards”
Pros
It does an excellent job of capturing discussions and being able to attach documents and images as supporting evidence is really useful. JQL is incredibly capable and easy to use especially when searching issues with multiple parameters. I've also never run into problems pulling up stories that are more than five years old. The dashboard feature is another big plus and it helps a lot with agile planning and keeping track of iteration work. Another feature I appreciate is that components, labels and fix versions are clickable hyperlinks so selecting them instantly brings up a list of issues with matching fields.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the way stories are split into multiple tasks since the only option is to log them as subtasks. That creates extra effort when it's time to close each subtask during release and deployment. VersionOne handles this process better.

“tech team essential”
Pros
Across every company I've worked at, this has easily been one of the top products I'd recommend especially for teams in tech. I work in EdTech and we rely on it all the time to create tickets and share formal progress updates for both our app and website. It acts as a central place where different teams can stay aligned on bugs, fixes and ongoing updates. The automated email notifications are really helpful and being able to open a ticket directly from the email saves time. The usability is a huge plus. I absolutely love it.
Cons
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I've been using it for years and it has consistently been a valuable asset at every company where I've worked.

“reliable team tracking”
Pros
One of the best things about this software is how well it works as a general-purpose issue and task tracking system. It can be used to manage just about any kind of task and it makes it simple for teams to split up responsibilities and stay aware of who is handling what. Assigning tickets to people is very easy and it's just as simple to locate your own tickets through the personal reporting tab. Another big plus is its reliability, I haven't run into bugs or platform issues at all since I started using it at the agency. It's also very user-friendly so there's basically no training needed to get started.
Cons
There isn't much negative that comes to mind with this platform. I know some people complain that it has a lot of bugs but that really hasn't matched my experience. The workflow feels clear and well-structured to me so I don't fully understand why others struggle with it. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that if someone doesn't notice the customization button before setting up their tickets in a certain way, they might end up dealing with extra fields or boxes that aren't actually necessary for the person assigning or distributing those tickets.
