“flexible ticket links”
Pros
Being able to customize it extensively and connect related tickets together has been really useful.
Cons
That same level of customization can sometimes feel a bit heavy and there are moments when it seems to slow things down.

“bug tracking from day one”
Pros
Getting started with this bug tracker was very easy and understanding how everything works didn't take long even for someone new to bug tracking in a company. I really enjoyed using it on my project as our bug tracker. It felt simple to work with and still offered plenty of options to choose from.
Cons
I genuinely loved using this product and honestly can't think of any downsides.

“better board visibility”
Pros
This platform has made a noticeable difference in our workflow and how cross-functional teams communicate. The Kanban board setup has been especially useful and I've really appreciated the notification "watch" feature for keeping track of updates.
Cons
Getting around the platform didn't feel very simple during the first couple of times I used it. It also really needs a better way to organize files within boards.

“helpful sprint insights”
Pros
It has been a wonderful product with all the standard features you'd expect and it doesn't demand a lot of technical knowledge to get started. It works really well for generating reports and giving deeper visibility into sprints, releases and similar areas.
Cons
It would be even better with more improvements to the mobile interface especially if developers and QA could have personalized individual dashboards on mobile.

“reports and team insights”
Pros
Right from the start, this feels like a very well-structured project management platform and honestly it does more than just project management. It brings together everything the team needs in one place which is really convenient. We can keep track of tasks without overlooking important details or small nuances. I also have to mention the ticket estimation, sprint tools, project analytics and reports. The reports alone deserve special recognition because they are diverse, informative and truly essential for everyone on the team.
Cons
Getting started can be a bit challenging for newcomers especially without some kind of user guide or a person who can explain how the features work. It's definitely a tool worth learning first before fully rolling it out and using it in daily work. Once you study it properly, implementation becomes much more manageable.

“scrum management tool”
Pros
Managing scrum projects feels much simpler with this tool and the visual design is really appealing too.
Cons
The latest updates haven't been good. Performance has gotten worse, a lot of features are now harder to locate and using it with Firefox is almost impossible because it becomes extremely slow.

“good tracking but dated design”
Pros
It does a great job of tracking projects and gives plenty of room for customization which helps tailor it to different workflows.
Cons
Using it feels far from user-friendly. The interface seems built around handling data instead of making things simple for the people actually using it.

“flexible boards”
Pros
Kanban boards, sprint configuration and customizable notifications are all really useful. It also connects well with other services which makes it more practical to use day to day.
Cons
The ticket organization system could be improved. Filters and tags feel a bit limited right now and there's definitely room to make that part much more powerful.

“collaborative fields”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is how flexible the custom fields are. It's nice being able to include a great level of detail without feeling boxed in and the @mention feature adds a more collaborative touch when working with others.
Cons
Email update content still feels pretty lacking and could be much more useful.

“dev planning hub”
Pros
For any team working inside this system, this really feels like the foundation everything builds on. If you're developing software and already using its other tools, this was likely the starting point and if not, it probably should be. That's a big reason this suite stands out so much in the market. It does a really great job of helping teams manage projects, coordinate roadmaps and keep visibility across development work and progress in one place.
Cons
One thing that still needs improvement is its hosted cloud services, including this product since they seem to run into bugs and uptime problems more often than some competing platforms. The upside is that issues usually get addressed pretty fast but it would still be better to see those disruptions happen less often.

“clean boards”
Pros
After using it for 12 years, the ticketing form still works really well for me and feels familiar. The layout looks clean, it's easy to read and the overall interface makes day-to-day use comfortable. I also really enjoy the agile boards when they're configured properly especially how simple it is to link tickets, create epics and move issues around. Those features have been consistently valuable.
Cons
One ongoing frustration is that product updates almost always seem to introduce bugs. A specific issue that has bothered me for a long time is the ticket modal view instead of the full-page ticket. Whenever I try to attach screenshots there, the upload fails every single time. The only workaround is opening the ticket in full size and trying again. I even emailed support about it and never received any response.

“fits every agile role”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how flexible it is. We can tailor it to function like a Kanban board or use it to plan a sprint for agile development. It fits the needs of developers, testers, PMs and architects alike so the whole team can work with it comfortably.
Cons
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I've been using it for years now and absolutely love it.

“work order tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of what's been completed and what still needs attention is very easy with this software. It does a really good job of helping users document tasks and communicate updates clearly. Being able to attach photos directly to work orders is especially helpful and the option to update the status of each work order adds a lot of value.
Cons

“bug workflow support”
Pros
From a developer's side, this makes it really simple to review all the reported bugs and work through them. The QA team can log and organize the issues and then developers are able to check those bugs quickly without any trouble.

“clear defect visibility”
Pros
One thing that works really well is how clearly it shows the current stage of a logged bug and who owns it. Updates are presented in a way that makes them easy for any interested party to follow and the road maps also make the overall process very clear.
Cons
Only minor frustration was with bug logging. I'm not sure whether it was due to the setup or if that's just how it's designed but after logging an issue I had to go back and submit it separately. It's only a small annoyance but still noticeable.
