“task tracking win”
Pros
Compared with other tools I've tried, this one makes organizing tasks and staying on top of job responsibilities much more manageable.
Cons
There's still a bit of a learning curve and the filters can feel somewhat tough to use.

“packed with options”
Pros
There are tons of options available. You can customize it in a lot of different ways and the team at Confluence even handles a good portion of the setup and work for you.
Cons
At the beginning, it was a lot to absorb when I first started exploring it. There may be simpler ways to introduce everything but that really should be built into the software's own onboarding.

“integration powerhouse”
Pros
Creating user stories is pretty easy, the workflows can be customized to fit different processes and the search feature works well. It's also helpful that it integrates with Bitbucket and Jenkins.
Cons
The pricing feels too expensive. Versioning can be hard to manage and there's no command-line interface available.

“scrum-friendly integrations”
Pros
Using this tool has been pretty easy. It connects well with Bitbucket, Bamboo and Confluence which makes it really convenient to keep everything linked in one workflow.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that the scrum page can be slow to load especially when it's packed with a lot of stories.

“clean UI visibility”
Pros
Navigating through the platform feels very easy thanks to the clean interface and getting to the features I need is quick. It also gives the whole team clear visibility and the different permission levels are really useful for managing access properly.
Cons
The mobile app could use some improvement although it still gets the job done.

“deep ticket customization”
Pros
The level of customization is incredible, almost overwhelming in a good way with how specific you can get. It lets you add very fine details that really help with help desk workflows and ticket tracking.
Cons
Getting everything set up was frustrating and definitely took a while. With that much customization, the tradeoff is a more complex setup process and it's not the kind of cookie-cutter solution you can just roll out quickly.

“centralized tracking”
Pros
Having everything for a project in one central place makes a big difference for tracking progress and team communication. Any member of the team can jump in and access what they need and it cuts out the hassle of copying people on emails, following long message chains or constantly checking on status updates.
Cons
Because the platform comes with so many features, not everything feels simple right away. New users may run into a bit of a learning curve when trying to set up the most effective project tile. That said, the help articles are detailed and with a little self-guided learning, the page can be customized well.

“industry tracking standard”
Pros
At this point, it feels like a benchmark product for the year. If you're checking this review because you need something in this category, there's a good chance this is exactly what you're after. It's powerful, dependable and comes ready out of the box with all the features needed for bug tracking, issue tracking and project management.
Cons
Using it from the user side isn't as easy as it should be. Some parts really need to be redesigned to make everyday use faster and more simple. It's also not cheap.

Pros
Filtering tools are excellent and the platform feels very user-friendly. Once the filters are set up the right way, it becomes simple to view exactly the information you need right when you need it.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues with it. The software has worked really well for us and there are plenty of templates and views available to choose from.

“time-saving shortcuts”
Pros
Handling tickets every day can take up a lot of time so discovering how many shortcuts this tool offers was a huge help. Whether on Mac or Windows, it works really well with just the keyboard which makes daily tasks much faster.
Cons
The design and overall look can feel a bit old-fashioned at times and not very modern but it doesn't really affect how usable the software is.

“task and defect control”
Pros
It works well inside projects for keeping individual tasks and defects organized and under control. There are plenty of useful options in the product too especially when it comes to filtering tasks by group, progress, type and similar criteria.
Cons
It does take a bit of research to understand everything the product can offer for your specific needs. Not all of the available options are visible right away so some features can be easy to miss at first.

“ticketing collaboration”
Pros
Right out of the gate, this platform feels incredibly full-featured. It comes with a wide range of tools that help support teams communicate internally and also stay connected with users submitting help desk tickets. It also provides strong issue and task tracking and opening and closing tickets is very easy.
Cons
Getting started can be a bit challenging for first-time users because the learning curve is somewhat steep. A few features are also labeled differently than in comparable applications. Other than that, it's an excellent tool.

“best issue tracker”
Pros
Out of all the issue tracking tools I've worked with, this one has been the best without question. It doesn't box you into a specific development methodology which makes it much more flexible to use. The support for custom workflows is excellent, bug tracking moves cleanly through the different stages of development and my favorite part is being able to see exactly which features are included in each software release.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about. That said, the Android app could definitely use some improvement.

“cross-team connector”
Pros
From a non-technical perspective, this is a helpful way to stay updated on what the company is doing with software upgrades and bug fixes. On the technical side, it also seems to do a good job of connecting the tech team, developers and end users.
Cons
Being part of the non-technical team, I can say it can feel a bit confusing to use although that may be tied more to surrounding issues than the software itself. It might work better if there were one version for technical staff to log into and another, more understandable version designed specifically for non-technical employees.

“great mobile experience”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use and the plugin options are excellent. The mobile app is by far one of the best parts of the platform.
Cons

“team tracking solution”
Pros
Handling issue tracking and agile project management with this tool feels very detailed and organized. Large pieces of work can be divided into smaller tasks and assigned to team members according to their roles, along with start dates, estimated completion time, due dates and other useful details. Team members are also able to add work logs for every task assigned to them. On top of that, it helps monitor everyone's daily progress and produce monthly reports. It is also very practical for checking which tasks still need to be started which ones are currently in progress and which have already been completed. For software development teams, this is a really valuable tool. The interface is good and it offers many other helpful features as well.
Cons
Because the platform includes so many services and features, it can feel a little hard to understand at the beginning.
