“reliable project tracking”
Pros
It does a great job of keeping a clear record of the work completed across the different pieces used to build the project.
Cons
Finding specific pieces through the interface can be a bit tricky since it takes too many clicks to get to them.

“workflow powerhouse”
Pros
Getting into it can feel a little overwhelming at first but once you start using it, the value is clear. It's incredibly customizable and still very useful even if you only stick to the basics. One of my favorite parts is how it works both quickly and thoughtfully, you can capture notes fast and turn them into tasks right away. It also brings in a lot of other tools which makes it reliable enough to support your entire workflow from start to finish.
Cons
The biggest challenge is the learning curve at the beginning. It can be pretty confusing when you first open it up and it really helps to have someone familiar with it walk you through how everything works.

“fast dashboard setup”
Pros
Creating dashboards is very easy which makes putting reports together quick and convenient.
Cons
At times, the application feels a bit unstable. Since we run it on-prem, I can't tell whether that's coming from the software itself or from our network environment.

“Powerful agile support”
Pros
Coming from software development studies, I had already heard about this tool at university and after using it myself, I've really seen how useful it is. It provides genuine agile support for development projects and covers the full project management flow, from backlog creation and planning all the way to project completion. Being able to tag other users is also very helpful when something important needs immediate attention. Another big advantage is that it integrates with multiple other tools which matters a lot when managing projects across teams. On top of that, it includes the key features needed to run a project properly, like setting up and managing tasks, tracking bugs and issues and handling project backlogs. Basically, it supports nearly every function needed to get a project finished.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve for first-time users so it can take a while to become comfortable with the software. At the beginning, it feels a bit complex to handle until you understand how everything works. I've also noticed that it can become slow at times when managing projects and there's still plenty of room to improve its efficiency overall.

“bug tracking success”
Pros
This has become one of the apps we rely on every day for reporting bugs and issues to our development team. The updates come through properly and make it simple to stay on top of everything.
Cons
Nothing to complain about, it does exactly what we need it to do.

“powerful but hard to navigate”
Pros
There are plenty of ways to keep tabs on projects, sprints and tasks which makes it flexible for different workflows. It does a really great job with reporting and measuring progress across multiple sprints or iterations so following success over time is easy. Another big plus is how configurable it is since you can tailor it to fit the needs of almost any team or project setup.
Cons
The experience can feel pretty awkward depending on the device you're using to access it. I've also noticed that backlogs can slow down quite a bit at times when viewing them which gets frustrating. On top of that, the navigation isn't the most simple right away and definitely takes a bit of time to get used to.

“Great user experience”
Pros
As an end user, it's very easy to use and the overall user experience is really good.
Cons
On the downside, it feels quite heavy so if your laptop doesn't have much RAM, the performance gets worse. We've also run into some issues when using it in Firefox.

“clear sprint planning”
Pros
Having clear ownership over tasks and projects made this incredibly valuable for coordinating development sprints across our e-commerce team.
Cons
At times, the setup felt a bit complex and I could lose track of things but that came down to the way we configured and used the account rather than any built-in issue with the platform.

“highly customizable”
Pros
Connecting it to a system like ours gives the development team a lot of different ways to use it. It's very flexible and can be customized to fit how we work.
Cons
Reporting is where it falls short. My team would really like to dig deeper into analytics for the sprints we run every two weeks but that information isn't readily available. To visualize the data, we have to send it out to a third-party service.

“Powerful team visibility”
Pros
Adding tickets and checking on open ones from coworkers has been really convenient. The system feels fast and responsive and the ticketing features are quite powerful which makes it simple to include things like screenshots for the developers. It has definitely helped our team stay more aware of who is handling what and when.
Cons
A few parts of the navigation feel a bit unusual especially when moving between the backlog and open tickets so the flow can seem slightly disconnected. The way things are categorized can also feel a little overwhelming at times.

“product team toolkit”
Pros
There's a reason this is considered one of the top products in the market, it covers pretty much every function you could need to manage a product. When it's used alongside related tools like Confluence for documentation, the whole team can handle communication and product management in a single place. That really helps keep important information from getting lost across different platforms and avoids the hassle of constantly switching logins.
Cons
User experience still needs major work. Search especially, is quite weak. It's often hard to locate what you need and even simple pages like the dashboard can take two or three clicks to reach. Most people I know end up bookmarking the pages they use most which to me feels like a clear sign that the UX design is falling short.

“collaboration hub”
Pros
Across all of our projects, this has been an absolute powerhouse for the business. It has made collaboration and project management feel much more manageable and the range of options and flexibility for organizing tasks, stories and epics is genuinely impressive.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve to be ready for. It's a very powerful platform with more capabilities than a lot of people might expect but that depth can sometimes make it less simple to use. Anyone new to project management software should take their time and have a clear idea of what they want to achieve before rolling it out in the business.

“workflow flexibility”
Pros
This is an impressive piece of software that can be adapted to almost anything you need. With enough time and effort, you can build workflows for nearly any business process, from a basic to-do setup to full call center automation.
Cons
Understanding all of its features and capabilities is difficult. Without guidance from someone who knows the system inside and out or help from support, it is almost impossible to use it to its full potential.

“plugins and workflows”
Pros
It's a fully featured issue tracker with support for custom workflows and a wide range of available plugins. That flexibility makes it a great fit for almost any flow-based tracking use case, whether it's a creative pipeline, a hiring process or something similar.
Cons
Managing it is difficult so the advertising can be a bit misleading. It's also pricey especially for a medium-sized team and to make things worse, many of the plugins come at an extra cost.

“delivery standout”
Pros
The interface and the way teams can collaborate are really the biggest strengths of this tool. It has been very useful for software development and managing delivery work.
Cons

“ticket visibility win”
Pros
We rolled out this software so employees could submit I.T. and product-related support tickets in one place and it has worked really well for that. The interface is easy to navigate and it gives us strong tracking and organization around how issues are handled from start to finish. We can clearly prioritize critical problems and separate them from lower-urgency requests which helps a lot. On the I.T. side, it keeps all issues organized and lets us review different data points while on the user side, people can check whether their issue has been resolved, see who it's assigned to and follow its progress. Having that visibility available cuts down on a lot of uncertainty.
Cons
Getting everyone fully trained took some time because there is definitely a bit of a learning curve before users can take full advantage of everything the software offers. That may be partly due to some people being reluctant to learn new systems rather than a flaw in the software itself but clearer and more engaging training materials would make adoption much easier and would really help with implementation.

“quick setup success”
Pros
Getting started can be pretty easy when the default out-of-the-box features are enough for what you need. That tends to be the case when kicking off a new project and you just want to get everything running fast. The setup wizard is clear and simple to follow so creating a project and beginning to use the software doesn't take much effort.
Cons
Once you move beyond the standard setup and need customizations, things can become less clear and not very simple. Building workflows can also be tricky and it's possible to run into situations where items can be moved across the board in ways you didn't expect. It's definitely a very powerful tool but that flexibility can also create problems at times.

“detailed task tracking”
Pros
Being able to add descriptions, due dates, people involved, attachments and comments to tasks is something I really value. Having all of that information available right at the beginning of a project makes a big difference. It's also useful to see what everyone else on the team is working on so we can keep workloads balanced. The calendar feature helps a lot as well. We can quickly tell which projects are on track which ones need attention and what's coming up next.
Cons
One issue that keeps coming up is that Filter Results often doesn't appear on my dashboards. Editing permissions is also hard for the average user to manage. There are so many detailed fields that need to be adjusted for the right people to receive the notifications and dashboards they need and that tends to create bottlenecks. On top of that, adding dashboards feels awkward and more complicated than it should be.
