“awesome UI design”
Pros
The interface looks really polished and the customized workflow options are fantastic. It's very easy to use and I've already built several workflows that have been really helpful for my team.
Cons
One thing that's frustrating is the situation with the backend logs. Whenever I run into an issue, I keep getting asked to replicate it because they apparently can't see what happened. It really makes me wonder whether there's proper logging on the servers.

“detailed reporting”
Pros
From a project management standpoint, one feature I value most is how well it lets me report data and track progress all the way down to the smallest details. Having a tool that makes everything transparent is incredibly useful because stakeholders can clearly see how work is progressing without needing to be involved in every single step. The Backlog and Active Sprints features are especially helpful too since they make it much easier to stay on top of important tasks and key milestones across every stage of a project.
Cons
One area that could use improvement is the technical side of some features. A few of them feel a bit too arbitrary which can make the platform harder for beginners to understand at first.

“simple setup”
Pros
Getting started with it was really easy and integrating it didn't take much effort. Moving through recent projects and tasks is also very simple and the notifications are something I genuinely appreciate.
Cons
The downside is that its functionality feels somewhat limited for everyday use.

“project follow-up made easy”
Pros
It's been really useful for helping my team stay organized and keep track of our project tasks and follow-up activities.
Cons
Admin menu felt a bit hard to handle. I actually had to request dedicated training for my team twice before we were able to get comfortable using the admin module.

“flexible boards”
Pros
After more than nine years on the cloud version, one thing I really appreciate is how they keep adding new capabilities without raising the price. To be fair, it has always handled exactly what I needed and done it reliably but with each release they usually introduce features and functionality that were not there before. I also love that you can use Kanban boards and sprints within the same project if that fits the way your team works. It is very flexible, quick and simple to navigate even when I am doing admin tasks I do not handle often and have to re-figure out. On top of that, there are plenty of add-ons available. We use Tempo for time tracking and have also used Gliffy before for diagramming.
Cons
Feature I enjoy the least is that the interface has been redesigned several times during the years I have used it. That said, once I spend a little time adjusting to each new layout, I usually end up feeling the redesign is a major improvement. I notice this especially when I go back to older locally hosted versions and see how I used to do things because it really highlights how much the product has improved.

“all requests centralized”
Pros
It keeps every support ticket task on track, whether it's a change request, site update or something similar. All the original requests, supporting files and related discussions stay together in one place which makes it really convenient to go back and find any information whenever needed.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve when you first start using the workflow but once it clicks, the whole experience becomes enjoyable.

“ticketing backbone”
Pros
This tool works like the backbone or core asset for any project that runs on a ticketing system. When workflows are handled through tickets or case reviews, it really serves as a lifeline for keeping everything organized and moving. It's also very useful for tracking how employees are spending their time.
Cons
It still needs some improvement when it comes to data backup updates.

“highly flexible platform”
Pros
There's a lot packed into this product, with plenty of options and plugins to work with. It's a very capable tool overall and gives you a lot of flexibility in how you use it.
Cons
Interface isn't its strongest point and feels a bit outdated. It also comes with a fairly steep learning curve so it takes a good amount of time to really understand how everything works.

“flexible ticket management”
Pros
Creating tickets, tracking them and moving them through the workflow is very easy.
Cons
Our admins still haven't really gotten a great grasp of the software. The customization options are likely there for the way we want to use it but because it's so configurable even making simple changes turns into a frustrating process.

“Ticket creation and management challenges”
Pros
The watcher feature is useful and creating a ticket is pretty easy.
Cons
We rely on it for all of our marketing asset creation and editing. The platform itself is decent but once the number of tickets starts piling up, it becomes pretty tough to manage. I really wish organizing and searching through everything worked better.

“too many options”
Pros
I appreciate its rich feature set, the high level of customization it offers and how easily it integrates with other products.
Cons
There are a lot of options packed into it which can make the whole thing feel overwhelming. It's also not particularly fast and the interface tends to lag at times. If all you need is basic project tracking, this ends up feeling like more than necessary.

“clear collaboration tools”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is how transparent all the comments are. Everyone involved can discuss the work together in one place which helps a lot later since nobody is left confused or missing context. The interface looks pleasant too and the colors are soft enough that they do not distract from the work. Feature-wise, everything feels fully satisfactory. I'm happy with the overall set of tools although I do think a redesign would make the product even better.
Cons
Trying to locate specific tasks is quite difficult and the overall organization feels confusing.

Pros
Our marketing sprints run much more efficiently with this tool. It keeps everything organized and on schedule while also giving a really helpful visual overview of where each team member's workload stands.

“cross-team workflow success”
Pros
Working across teams is one of the biggest benefits here. We can open a task in one department and once that team finishes its part, they can pass the same task along to someone in another department. That keeps a single issue moving all the way through to completion without losing track of it. Being able to attach files directly to the task is also really useful and helps keep everything in one place.
Cons
Notifications can feel overwhelming and they're not very simple to adjust. Setting up dashboards can also be a bit tricky at times although once the initial setup is done, the product ends up being well worth using.

“kanban integration win”
Pros
Really happy with how well it connects with the apps I use the most. Seeing updates directly in Slack is a big plus, the Kanban boards work really well and the close integration with Confluence makes everything feel connected.
Cons
Interface can feel a bit awkward at times. It's also not always easy to tell what's currently active with open tickets so a clearer summary of what's in progress would be a big improvement.

“GitHub workflow sync”
Pros
It handles custom workflows really well, supports a wide range of issue types and even allows custom scripting when workflow changes are needed. The email notifications work nicely too and the GitHub integration is a great plus.
Cons
In my opinion the interface could use some improvement especially since pages can start to feel cluttered when there are too many fields displayed at once.

“familiar industry standard”
Pros
Using it is very easy. It's also common enough across different companies that when you walk into a new workplace and see it already in use, you can get up to speed quickly and start contributing right away because you already know how it works.
Cons
The search function could definitely be improved. We also ran into a problem when it was being used for both version control and bug tracking, developers would close an incident without setting the resolution which meant build creation wasn't accurate. I'm not sure of the exact technical cause but our admin had to adjust the workflow to get everything working properly.

“reliable for years”
Pros
I've been using it since 2005 and it has consistently been a dependable, stable issue tracker the whole time.
Cons
Administration has become more frustrating and harder to manage over time. We moved from an on-premise server setup to the cloud and the cloud version is much more limited in terms of what you can do. Time reporting is terrible because of a bug they still refuse to fix.
